Hi, I'm using this gadget and I like it a lot! It's very useful, but I'm having trouble when I click over the name of the channel instead of redirecting me to my channel URL: http://www.youtube.com/ChannelName sends me to this URL: http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=ChannelName Somebody knows how to fix this? What would be the solution? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

Loved this gadget. One limitation is that I can just view one channel. It would be good to add more (say 5) channels to it. You could reduce the preview image size or just make it title text of the latest video.

way too many YouTube gadgets for me to be certain which one was randomly added to my Google start page without my consent. but the supremely annoying one foisted on me (which repeatedly went to the YouTube page--to play the same soul-deadening repetitive shrieking song: either if I left it alone, or went back to the beginning and replayed if I clicked on "Remove") acts like this one is described. if this one's even similar, it's bad enough. piss off.

Anyone know of a gadget that really looks like the youtube channel or shows the videos and titles listed and then lets you play them on the same site? This is a useless gadget - showing one video at a time.

What worked for me to remove the lame Ford Models channel was to reveal javascript in Firefox developer toolbar and remove that channel. I did this a few days ago and seemed to work. On the newest version I did not see it. Here is a link to modified javascript. http://docs.google.com/Doc?docid=0AQc01UPtjS60ZGRqcTZ2cG1fMGY3Y3F3NWZw&hl=en Find text... ytchannel:INSERT_YOUR_CHANNEL_NAME_HERE replace "INSERT_YOUR_CHANNEL_NAME_HERE" with your channel name. Add this text as html/javascript widget in page elements of your Blogger blog and seems to work. Apologies in advance if this gives you trouble, but easy to delete a widget!

This gadget is broken. When linked from Blogger, it only displays videos from the lame Ford Models channel, which is hard-coded into the xml as the (so-called) "default". You're supposed to be able to configure it to use another channel, but it ignores that and only displays the fordmodels one.

The assumption is that this plays only videos of one channel. This assumption is further assumed when you run the mouse over a playing video and see only video pics from channel videos - initially. But!! If you click on the last video pic to play it (choosing it from the player, while it is playing a video) then when that last video is playing - the standard YouTube "related video" query will take place, pulling up videos outside the channel specified originally in the gadget (and often very inappropriate.) Will someone at Google/YouTube correct this bug please, because it is not a true "Channel Gadget"?

To use this on Blogger, use the URL: http://www.google.com.au/ig/adde?moduleurl=youtube.xml Blogger will then let you set the values you need, like which channel, how high and the widget label. You will probably need to edit the Blogger template, to increase the width of the sidebar though, as the default settings for most themes are too narrow (and you'll get scrollbars). About halfway down the template code, the sidebar value is usually a default of 220px. Change it to 300px and then save.

Love the little gadget but shows the playlist & you can choose what video you watch at the beginning but once its playing you can't rotate to the next video on the playlist...It all of the sudden loads other videos...If it stays on the playlist this would be great for Mobile...
