20~6832 La présente inventlon concerne l'entretlen des animaux domestiques et plus particuli~rement elle se rapporte à un bac à litière muni d'un ferme-sac, c'est-à-dire de bras artlculés qui remontent les parois du sac de plastique contenant la litiare souillée et les ramanent vers le centre, celui-ci étant alors prêt à être attaché. Ce qui permet à l'usager de pouvoir changer rapidement et efficacement la lttlère du chat ou du ch~en en évltant l'inconvénient de la mauvaise odeur qui se dégage de la litiare usée.
Actuellement, les propriétaires d'animaux domestiques disposent de litiare et de bacs à litière pour l'entretien et le confort de leur animal préféré. Ils peuvent simplifier le trans-vidage du bac à liti~re en mettant cette derniare dans un sac de plastique au fond du bac. Cependant, il reste toujours l'incon-vénient de l'odeur désàgréable qui monte au nez lorsqu'on doit se pencher près de la surface de la litière ~ouillée pour retirer le sac à litière du bac et le fermer.
Pour remédier à cet inconvénient, je propose un bac à litiare muni d'un ferme-sac. On a placé la litibre fraiche dans un sac de plastlque et le sac de lltlare dans le bac à li-tière. L'animal se sert de la litiare le temps voulu. Puis, ,~', ~ .

20~6832 lorsque c'est le temps de changer la litière, il suffit d'ac-tionner la pédale avec le pied pour faire s'élever les bras articulés et les faire se ras6embler vers le centre, Les parois du sac de plastique ayant été placées par-dessus ces bras artlc~lés, elles se déplolent alors sur toute leur hauteur et se referment vers le centre. Il ne reste à l'utili~ateur qu'à attacher le sac de plastique contenant la litière souillée et à le remplacer par un neuf, lorsque les bras articulés du ferme~sac ont repris leur place initiale le long de la bordure du bac à litière.
L'utilisateur a pu ainsi changer la litière souillée de son animal préféré sans l'inconvénient d~ à la mauvalse oleur, puisque les bras articulés du ferme-sac ont él0vé les parois du sac de plastique contenant la litlère souillée et les ont refermées eux-mêmes une fois que la pédale commandant le mécanisme de levage a été actionnée. Cela peut permettre aussi de mettre moins de litière et de la changer plu8 souvent, l'opération de changer de sac étant simplifiée et facilitéeO

205~832 Le ferme-sac selon l'invention comporte deux bras articulés ajustables, reliés à la base du ferme-sac, a~ustable elle aus6i, et qui en est l'assi6e. Cette base est complétée par un contour ajustable servant à la stabill6er. Ce contour devrait s'ajuster le mieux possible à la bordure du bac à litière.
A l'un des bouts du ferme-sac se trouve une pédale pouvant ~tre actionnée par le pied de l'utilisateur et commandant le mécanisme -- lequel pourrait être par exemple à roue dentée et crémaillère --servant à faire se relever et se rejoindre les deux bras articulés.
Le tout peut être fait de matière plastique, ainsi que les ajustement6 à coulisse, qui servent ~ rendre toutes les pièces ~acilement adap~bles aux différents formats de bacs à litière se trouvant sur le marché. Cependant, dans le cas où le fabricant intéBrerait le ferme-sac selon l'invention au bac à litlère dès sa fabrication, il n'y aurait plus besoin de ces ajustements à coulisse, le ferme-sac étant produit par le fabricant même du bac, ce qui suralt d'a1llnurs la s~4u~1on 1deale.

A ce point de jonction et derTière une bande protectrice 15 se situe aussi le mécanisme de levage 16 des deux bras articulés 13. Sur les bandes constituant la base 11 , le contour 12 et les bras articulés 13 du ferme-sac se trouvent des ajustements à coulisse 17 destinés ~ les rendre ajustables afin de correspondre aux différents formats des bacs à lltière.
Telle qu'illustrée plus en détall dans la Figure 2, la pédale 14 , que l'utilisateur peut actionner au moyen du pied, sert à commander le mécani~me de le~age 16 des deux bras articulés 13 . Ce mécanisme de levage 16 peut être, comme il est illustré ici, à roue dentée 18 et crémaillère 19 . Lorsque l'utilisateur abaisse la pédale 14 qui commande le mécanisme de levage 16 , la crémaill~re 19 qul s'y rattache communique à la roue dentée 18 le mouvement qui fait se lever les deux bras articulés 13 . Ce bac à litière muni d'un ferme-oac facilite Brandement l'opération qul consiste à chan~er la litière du chat ou du chlen.
Car il permet de fermer le sac de plastique contenant la liti~re souillée et malodorante en un simple mouvement du pied sur la pédale commandant le mécaniæme de levage. Le ferme-6ac est décrlt icl comme étant ajustable, c'est-à-dire fait pour être ajouté aux bacs à lltière déjà existants. Mais 11 pourrait tout aussi bien être intéBré au bac à litière d~s sa fabrication, par son fabricant même, Sans que cela change l'esprit de l'invention. Bref, mon invention est un moyen efficace et peu co~teux de compléter avan-taeeusement le bac à litlère tel qu'on le connait, afin de faciliter la tâche de l'usager, de la rendre plus agréable.
