Abstract

Dispositif comprenant un réacteur (1) de forme allongée selon un axe, de préférence à section carrée ou rectangulaire, comportant à une première extrémité au moins unmoyen d'alimentation en au moins un réactif, à l'extrémité opposée au moins un moyen d'évacuation des effluents produits ledit réacteur comprenant dans une première zone (côté première extrémité) une pluralité de moyens d'échange de chaleur (3),lesdits moyens d'échange de chaleur (3), sensiblement parallèles entre eux, étant disposés en nappes sensiblement parallèles, perpendiculaires à l'axe du réacteur de façon à définir entre lesdits moyens et/ou les nappes formées par ces moyens desespaces ou passages pour la circulation du ou des réactifs et/ou des effluents, lesdits moyens d'échange de chaleur (3) étant adaptés à échanger de la chaleur dans lesdits passages par sections transversales successives, indépendantes et sensiblement perpendiculaires à l'axe du réacteur, ledit dispositif étant tel que certains au moins des moyens d'échange de chaleur (3) comprennent un tube, formé d'au moins une enveloppe, alimenté en gaz ou mélange de gaz d'échange de chaleur et comportant au moins un moyen d'évacuation dudit gaz ou mélange de gaz ayant échangé de la chaleur avec le ou les réactifs et/ou effluents circulant à l'extérieur dudit moyen d'échange de chaleur (3).
