Abstract
Procédé de traitement de surface d'un pigment de dioxyde de titane caractérisé
en ce qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes:
- on forme une suspension aqueuse de pigments de dioxyde de titane, - on précipite dans une première étape une couche de phosphate d'alumine à la surface du pigment, - on précipite dans une deuxième étape une couche d'alumine sur le pigment, - on récupère le pigment à partir de la suspension;
et pigment de dioxyde de titane caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un noyau de dioxyde de titane recouvert successivement d'une couche de phosphate d'alumine, puis d'une couche d'alumine, puis d'une couche d'oxyde de magnésium.
en ce qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes:
- on forme une suspension aqueuse de pigments de dioxyde de titane, - on précipite dans une première étape une couche de phosphate d'alumine à la surface du pigment, - on précipite dans une deuxième étape une couche d'alumine sur le pigment, - on récupère le pigment à partir de la suspension;
et pigment de dioxyde de titane caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un noyau de dioxyde de titane recouvert successivement d'une couche de phosphate d'alumine, puis d'une couche d'alumine, puis d'une couche d'oxyde de magnésium.
