Abstract

Dental apparatus includes a handpiece graspable at one end by a user, and a head at the opposite end of the handpiece including a single nozzle, or a pair of nozzles, connectible to a source of a liquid, a gas, and/or powder.
An electrical oscillating drive within the handpiece oscillates the head; and a manual fluid selector device manually selects the liquid, gas, and/or powder for conduction to the single nozzle or to the pair of nozzles.
