Abstract

L'invention a pour objet une composition pour bio-matériau de résorption/substitution de tissus organiques de soutien, comprenant: 20 à 75 % en poids d'une phase minérale constituée par des particules comprenant soit de l'hydroxyapatite (A), éventuellement en mélange avec du phosphate tricalcique .beta. (B), soit du calcium-titane-phosphate (Ca(Ti)4 (PO4)6) (C), et 80 à 25 % en poids d'une phase liquide comprenant une solution aqueuse d'un polymère biocompatible, hydrosoluble, autoréticulable sous l'effet du pH du milieu. Cette composition est stérilisable et injectable. Elle durcit dans les milieux biologiques pour former un bio-matériau de comblement de tissu de soutien.
