Abstract
La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'occlusion vasculaire. Selon l'invention, il comporte deux organes expansibles (3, 4) pour sa fixation par appui sur deux portions de la paroi du vaisseau ; une partie intermédiaire (5) est également présente et déformable en torsion à un degré ajustable selon la position relative des deux organes expansibles (3, 4) ; une zone de striction maximale (6) est ainsi créée définissant le degré d'occlusion. L'invention concerne également un appareil de mise en place ainsi qu'un procédé d'utilisation d'un tel dispositif.
