Abstract

A visual stimulation attachment (10) for amusing an infant riding in a child safety seat (12) or child in a vehicle that has headliner (44) includes a visually-stimulating background member (22) and an attachment device (24) (e.g., a micro-hook material) secured to the background member and operable to releasably couple the background member (22) to the headliner (44} of the vehicle. The visual stimulation attachment (10) may have one or more tether lines (28) with a dangling member (34) attached to it.
