Abstract

A disposable liner (60) and a reusable cup holder (95) for use in a fluid supply assembly. The disposable liner or the reusable cup holder is made of an antistatic material. In use, the chargeable particles in a coating mixture do not stick to the disposable liner so that uniformity of the coating mixture is maintained while it is dispensed. Methods of maintaining the uniformity of a coating mixture during dispensing are also described.

Claims (27)

1. A disposable liner comprising at least one side wall, defining a volume for containing material having chargeable particles therein, the disposable liner being made of a material containing antistatic conductive nanofibers, and the disposable liner being see-through, whereby the chargeable particles do not stick to the disposable liner so that uniformity of the material having chargeable particles therein is maintained while the material having chargeable particles therein is dispensed.
2. The disposable liner of claim 1 wherein the material containing antistatic conductive nanofibers comprises a polymeric material containing the antistatic conductive nanofibers.
3. The disposable liner of claim 2 wherein the polymeric material is selected from polyethylene, or polypropylene.

6. The disposable liner of any of claims 1-4 wherein the disposable liner comprises a flexible, disposable cup, the disposable cup comprising a side wall, an open outlet end, and a closed bottom defining an interior, wherein the disposable cup stands on the bottom, and wherein the side wall collapses when fluid is withdrawn from the disposable cup.
7. The disposable liner of claim 6 wherein a flange extends outward from an edge of the outlet end of the disposable cup.
8. The disposable liner of claim 7 wherein the flange extends downward from the outlet end at an angle in a range of from 10° to 70°.
9. The disposable liner of any of claims 6-8 wherein the disposable cup has indicia for measuring fluids on the side wall.
10. The disposable liner of any of claims 6-8 wherein the side wall is generally cylindrical.
11. The disposable liner of any of claims 6-10 wherein the sidewall has a first portion adjacent to the outlet end, a second portion adjacent to the bottom, and a third portion between the outlet end and the bottom, the first and second portions having a thickness greater than a thickness of the third portion.
12. A reusable cup holder having a side wall, an open upper end, and a lower end, the lower end having an opening therein, a connecting surface at the upper end, the reusable cup holder being adapted to receive a disposable cup, the reusable cup holder being made of an antistatic material, whereby the antistatic material of the reusable cup holder dissipates a charge, so that chargeable particles do not stick to the disposable cup disposed in the reusable cup holder so that uniformity of a material having chargeable particles therein is maintained while the material having chargeable particles therein is dispensed..
13. The reusable cup holder of claim 12 wherein the antistatic material comprises a polymeric material containing an antistatic additive.
