Abstract

本发明是有关于一种合成树脂瓶型容器,其构成包括:肩部,连接内装物注出的口部,以及瓶体部,由该肩部到其底的区域,形成内装物品的装填空间。该瓶体部设有至少一条,向容器内凹入的沟漕,以区分形成减压吸收面板。在该减压吸收面板的靠近肩部下方的沟漕,沿该沟漕一并设置深度更深的凹部。

Description

合成树脂瓶型容器
技术领域
本发明为关于使用聚乙烯对苯二甲酸脂(poly-ethlenethelephthalate)等的合成树脂,以二轴延伸吹气成形法,制造合成树脂瓶形容器,对容器内的形状变形,特别是对减压吸收板的变位,引起的容器肩部的变形,能更有利地回避。
背景技术
以小型瓶型容器为代表的合成树脂容器,因重量轻处理容易,又可确保透明性,外观呈现不较玻璃制容器逊色,而且价值低廉。近年,广用于饮料或调咪料,酒类,清洗剂,或药品等的装填容器。
又,此种容器,经改善耐热性,已渐可用于直接装填经高温杀菌等处理后,未经冷却的温度较高的物品。
特别是经耐热性改善处理的容器,在内装物品冷却至常温之际,由于减压效果,容器的形状变形不能避免。为防止该项变形,在容器的瓶体部设有至少一条向容器内侧凹入的漕沟,以区划形成减压吸吸板。
但是,设有减压吸收板的容器,特别是方型的容器,该区划形成减压吸收板的位置,设在接近容器的肩部的场合,因减压吸收使瓶板变位之际,受其牵引该肩部有局部凹入的可能。如此产生凹入的容器,不能当做商品出货,变成制品成品率降低的原因。
合成树脂的吹气成形容器,其肩部的肉厚度本来就容易变薄,不能如瓶体部的具有充分的伸延倍率,也是强度不充分的处所。对于此缺点,已知的有在容器的肩部设分段部,由该分段部至瓶体之间,用三角形板形成的多面体构成的吹气成形容器(例如,日本专利特开平6-127542号公报)。但,近年更显著地趋向于容器的轻量化,肩部的肉厚亦随之薄形化。又,对于容器的内部填充容量达1.5公升的大型容器,因减压吸收量亦变大,更容易受其影响,单用先前的方法已不能适用于现状。
发明内容
本发明的课题,为提案一种新规格的合成树脂瓶型容器,能够避免由减压吸收面板的变位引起的容器肩部的变形。
本发明为一种合成树脂瓶型容器,其特征为:
其构成包括:肩部,连接内装物品出入的口部;以及瓶体部,由该肩部到其底部的区域形成内装品的填充容间;
该瓶体部设有至少一条向容器内侧凹入的沟漕,以区划形成减压吸收面板;
在该减压吸收面板的极近肩部下方的沟漕,沿该沟漕设置沟深更深的凹部,与该沟漕一起延伸。
如上述的凹部与该沟漕同等宽度则更佳。
最好是该凹部为由外侧壁向其沟底倾斜,形成防止牵引用的倾斜面。
为让本发明的上述原理和其他目的、特征和优点能更明显易懂,下文特举一较佳实施例,并配合所附图式,作详细说明如下:

具体实施方式
图1至图4为本发明的实施例,所示为方形断面有腰部的瓶型容器的图。标示数字1为内装物注出的口部,2为连接口部的肩部,3为由肩部2到容器底壁的区域形成内装物品的填充空间的瓶体部。瓶体部3,为由一对对向配置的长边壁3a,及同样对向配置的一对短边壁3b,以及连结该些壁3a、3b以加强容器弯曲的四个角壁3c,一体成形的方形断面。
标示数4为腰部,其将瓶体部3分成上下二部分有补强的功用。5为设于长边壁3a的上部的减压吸收面板,6为设于长边壁3a的下部的减压吸收面板,7为设在短边壁3b上部的减压吸收面板,8为设在短边壁3b下部的减压吸收面板。面板5~8的断面分别如图5a~5c至图8a~8c所示,由在瓶体部3向容器内凹入的沟漕M的区划形成,在容器内减压时,向容器的内侧变位,以防止容器的形状变形。
又,标示数字9,为沿减压吸收面板5的上端沟漕M(靠近肩部下方的沟),且较沟漕M更深的,具有深度t的凹部(参考图5b)。
图9所示为与上述图1至图4的容器同样的断面形状的方形容器。该种容器,因长边壁侧的面积特大,其肩部容易随减压吸收而使面板变位,进而产生局部的凹入的变形,成为制品良率低下的原因。对此点,依照本发明的容器,在减压吸收面板5的上端沟漕M,设有较该沟漕更深的凹部9,故该部份的刚性加强,肩部2不致简单地变形。
凹部9的宽度,考虑容器的成形性,设计成与区划形成减压吸收面板的沟漕的宽度相同。
至于凹部9的深度t或长度,在不损及容器的大小及减压吸收面板机能的范围内,可适宜变更。
图10所示为依照本发明的容器的其他实施例。
在容器的吹气成型时形成凹部9之际,因凹部9的深度t或宽度,需考虑其在柱壁3c的部位发生牵引。
因此,由凹部9的外侧壁9a向其沟底倾斜设成倾斜面S,以图防止吹气成形之际发生牵引。
对于容量1.5公升的上述图1~图5所示的本发明的容器(树脂使用量55公克,区划形成减压吸收面板的沟漕深度1.5mm、宽度7mm,凹部9的深度4.5mm、宽度7mm),及同等容量的图9所示的参考例的容器(树脂使用量55公克,形成减压吸收面板的沟漕深度1.5mm、宽度7mm),调查容器内减压的场合的减压强度(在容器内减压的场合产生变形的压力)。
其结果,图9的参考例的容器在压力41mmHg时,肩部发生变形,相对地,依照本发明的容器,压力至55mmHg时,肩部仍未变形,可确认减压强度大幅上升。
由上述可知,依照本发明的方式,确实能够防止减压吸收引起的容器肩部的变形,也能改善制品的良率。
以上,本发明的图示实施例,是以方形断面为例说明,但本发明不受此限制,图形断面或多角形的断面的容器亦可适用。又容器的装填容量亦无特定的限制,只要是配有减压吸收面板的容器,由200毫升或300毫升的小型容器至超过1.5公升的大型容器的各种大小皆可适用。
虽然本发明已以一较佳实施例揭露如上,然其并非用以限定本发明,任何熟习此技艺者,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作些许的更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围当视后附的申请专利范围所界定者为准。

Claims (3)

1、一种合成树脂瓶型容器,其特征为:
其构造包括:肩部,连接内装物品注出的口部,以及瓶体部,由该肩部到其底部间的区域,形成内装物品的装填空间,
该瓶体部设有至少一条向容器内凹入的沟漕,以区划形成减压吸收面板,
在该减压吸收面板的靠近肩部下方的沟漕,沿该沟漕一并设置深度更深的凹部。
2、根据权利要求1所述的合成树脂瓶型容器,其特征在于其中的凹部与该沟漕具有同等的宽度。
3、根据权利要求1所述的合成树脂瓶型容器,其特征在于其中所述的凹部为由外侧壁向沟底倾斜,形成防止牵引用的倾斜面。
