Abstract

技术领域
本发明一般涉及内燃机中的润滑油过滤。
背景技术
内燃机已知一般包括一个润滑系统,一种一次性使用的滤筒与上述润滑系统相配合,该滤筒装在一个杯中,这无需详细描述。
上述滤筒一般是通过一个螺纹系统和通过合适的插入式密封机构可拆卸式连接到一个底座上,所述底座设置在发动机结构上,并包括一个合适的支座。
上述滤筒的底座具有用于待过滤的油进入的孔和用于经过过滤的油出口的孔,上述支座提供分别用于待过滤的油和用于经过过滤的油的相应到达通道和离开通道。
在一些发动机中承载滤筒的支座一般面朝下存在,而在另一些发动机中承载滤筒的支座一般面朝上存在。
在发动机运行期间装满油的没入区域一般在上述支座和滤筒相互面对的表面处存在。当将滤筒拆卸下,例如用于滤筒更换时,至少一部分在上述区域中存在的油不再保留,因此自由地流出底座。
如果承载滤筒的底座一般面朝下,一般不存在上述油部分的损失问题,因为油被滤筒的杯保留住。
然而,如果承载滤筒的底座一般面朝上,则由于下列原因的至少其中之一而可能有上述油部分损失的问题:弄脏达到高温的发动机部件的附件,渗入电器和/或电子设备,玷污发动机机舱和面板,和污染工作场所地板。
本发明的主要目的是提供一种能克服上述问题的用于滤筒的底座。
本发明的另一个目的是在一种简单、合理、可靠而经济的构造范围内达到上述目的。
发明的公开
上述目的通过一种底座达到,所述底座提供权利要求中所指出的特征元件。
在总体一般意义上,它包括一个面向上的接合支座,用于安放一个滤筒,所述滤筒装在一杯形密封外壳中,并具有用于待过滤的油进入的孔和用于经过过滤的油出口的孔。按照本发明,有一个在圆周上与上述支座相配合的凸出封装元件,所述封装元件与上述支座形成一种杯,从该杯的底座分出一个回收管道,所述回收管道延伸到一个合适的部位,如发动机油槽上,并通过一个止回阀截断,所述止回阀将在后面详细说明,止回阀的闭合或打开的状态分别取决于滤筒和底座是相互接合还是相互分开。
本发明的所有目的都由于上述机构而达到。
在这方面,当阀处于闭合状态时,亦即在安装滤筒情况下,上述阀能使油经受正常的过滤,而当它处于闭合状态时,亦即在取出滤筒及借助于上述封装元件情况下,它能自动回收用别的方法溢出底座的油。
优选的是,阀是例如通过弹性止推机构自动地关闭和打开,上述弹性止推机构插在阀和底座之间,并在它安装期间通过滤筒的作用加载。
本发明的优点和构造的优点从下面参照各附图所作的详细说明将变得显而易见,所述附图示出本发明的一个优选实施例,该优选实施例作为非限制性例子给出。

上述附图,尤其是图1,3和4,示出一个底座1,在所述底座1上设置一个支座2,该支座2用于安装一个一次性使用的润滑油滤筒。
在所示实施例中,上述支座2平放着并向上敞开,但同等地可以稍微倾斜。
支座2具有一个中心管道4,所述中心管道4用于已过滤的油的出口,并具有一个同心式环形槽5,所述槽5用于把待过滤的油进给到滤筒3。
一个用于进给油的常用到达管道(为简单起见未示出)和一个下面所述的不同横截面的回收管道6通到上述槽5中。
如可以看出的,一个空心杆7拧入上述中心管道4中,上述空心杆7延伸到支座2范围之外,上述空心杆7具有螺纹部分,用于固定叠加的滤筒3。
上述滤筒3属于已知类型,它包括一个杯形外壳8,所述杯形外壳8的口缝接合一个环形圈9,该环形圈9带一个下面的垫圈10,用于沿着支座的外部环形边缘23(图1)密封。
在图中从底部开始向上,上述杯8内部含有一个中心开孔的圆盘11,一个唇形环形固定垫圈12,一个空心圆筒形过滤主体13,和一个止推弹簧14,所述止推弹簧14设置在杯8的底座和过滤主体13的上盖130之间,以便将组件弹性夹紧在一起。
还设置一个中心抗排空管15,所述抗排空管15连接到过滤主体13的多孔下盖上。
上述圆盘11的中心孔具有一种螺纹,所述螺纹待拧到空心杆7上,围绕上述孔,上述圆盘11显示一个圆周系列的孔110,所述孔110面向一个带唇的垫圈121,所述带唇的垫圈121起一种阀的作用。当发动机分别停止和起动时,上述垫圈12自动地关闭和打开。
在这方面,在发动机运行期间,待过滤的油处在压力之下,所述油进入由槽5所限定的室中,穿过孔110,并通过升起垫圈流入过滤筒中,然后通过过滤主体13,最后经由抗排空管15和杆7到达出口管道4。
按照本发明,底座1包括一个封装元件33,上述回收管道6被一个用标号66表示的止回阀或阀瓣元件截断。
上述封装元件33包括一个较薄的封装壁,所述较薄的封装壁从底座向上伸出,并具有它的内表面,所述内表面适当地与滤筒3底端的外表面间隔开。
在所示的实施例中,上述壁与底座1形成整体,但也可以用金属或其它合适材料分开制造,而然后合适地固定到底座1上。
阀瓣元件66包括一个圆柱形杆16,所述圆柱形杆16在其底座处提供一个环形垫圈17,在一个中间位置中,设置两个完全相反的纵向肋18,所述纵向肋18在下面具有一个可弹性变形的防缩回齿19,而在它的顶部有一个变宽的头部20,在上述变宽的头部20的外部有一个同轴式螺销21。
变宽的头部20和螺销21安放在槽5中。
一个直角式附件23的有孔的臂与上述螺销21接合,并通过螺母22固定于其上,另一个臂通过支座2的外部,以便搁在滤筒3的环圈9上成滑动式接合。上述另一个臂加工成一定形状,以便当安装滤筒3时使阀66保持闭合,而当拧入或拧出滤筒3时防止阀旋转。
在回收管道6方面,该管道6将槽5连接到一个方便的收集点,例如发动机油槽上。它包括(见图1,3和4)一个下面直径较小的部分和上面直径较大的部分,上述下面直径较小部分密封地接合垫圈17,而上面直径较大部分提供一个中间圆周凸缘24。
这个圆周凸缘24起一种用于下面齿19的接合点作用,和起一种用于上面止推弹簧25的支承件作用,上述止推弹簧25围绕杆16的上面部分安装在头部20的下方。
当将滤筒3取出,例如待更换时,在底座1的槽5和唇形垫圈12之间的区域装满未经过滤的油。
随着松开滤筒3螺钉进行,滤筒3从支座2升起,随后通过弹簧25的推动作用升起阀瓣元件66。
当滤筒3和支座2之间不再有密封时,装在支座2和唇形垫圈12之间的油渗到滤筒3的外部,并均匀分布在由壁33限定的平表面上(见图3)。
当滤筒3完全松开螺钉时,可以将它取出(见图4),油位于支座2上方,槽5内,和在回收管道6的顶部,然后排放到发动机油槽中。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于内燃机滤筒的底座,底座(1)预定安放一个滤筒(3),所述滤筒(3)具有用于待过滤的油进入的孔和用于经过过滤的油排出的孔,滤筒(3)安放在一个相应的面向上的匹配接合的支座(2)中,所述支座(2)具有待连接到上述滤筒匹配通道上的油进给通道和油排放通道,其特征在于,一个凸出的封装元件(33)在周边上与上述支座相配合,该支座(2)与上述封装元件(33)一起形成一个油溢出保护隔间,一个回收管道(6)从隔间的底部延伸,该管道(6)连接到收集地点并被一个止回阀(66)截断,所述止回阀(66)的关闭或打开状态取决于滤筒和支座是分别相互接合还是相互分开。
2.如权利要求1所述用于内燃机滤筒的底座,其特征在于,上述封装元件与上述底座制成一个整体部件。
3.如权利要求1所述用于内燃机滤筒的底座,其特征在于,上述封装元件包括一个密封式固定到底座上的分开形成的部件。
4.如权利要求1所述用于内燃机滤筒的底座,其特征在于,上述止回阀包括一个阀瓣元件,所述阀瓣元件在一端处提供一个密封元件,该密封元件插入上述回收管道中,在此处设置一个相应的阀座,而在阀瓣元件的另一端处提供一个附件,该附件延伸到承载滤筒的支座外部,以便搁在滤筒的底部上滑动接合。
5.如权利要求4所述用于内燃机滤筒的底座,其特征在于,上述阀瓣元件具有弹性机构,以使阀瓣元件保持被稳定地压向它的打开位置。
6.如权利要求4所述用于内燃机滤筒的底座,其特征在于,防缩回机构插入在阀瓣元件和它的阀座之间。
