Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用以将定子安装在扁平电梯马达之中的装置,所述扁平电梯马达具有马达本体、固紧于马达本体的定子以及转子。
背景技术
电梯机器的实际尺寸相关于电梯竖井和/或建筑物的大小,取决于机器安放的位置。当电梯机器安放在电梯竖井之中或其旁边时,电梯机器的厚度在所需空间方面是至关重要的。
美国专利文献5962948披露了一种电梯机器,设计用来安放在电梯竖井之中并具有包括一定子和一转子的扁平、盘状电梯马达。转子包括一转子盘,配有永久磁铁和装在它上面的牵引绳轮。定子具有一定子芯体和绕组。定子借助螺纹固紧方法被固紧在马达本体与转子之间。
发明内容
本发明的目的是获得一种新型安装结构,用于将定子固紧于马达的本体,借助于此,可以改进定子的冷却并获得一种定子结构,与先前技术的各种解决办法相比是非常紧凑的。
为实现上述目的,根据本发明提供了一种扁平电梯马达中的定子固紧装置,所述马达具有马达本体,设置有包括定子芯体和绕组的定子,以及结合定子配装的转子,其特征在于,还包括槽状的安装部件,所述安装部件具有槽并利用紧固装置紧固于马达本体,所述定子配装在所述安装部件的所述槽内,而安装部件与定子之间的空间填充有导热充填材料,用以将热量从定子导向安装部件,所述充填材料将所述定子固紧于安装部件。
优选地,充填材料是可浇铸的材料。
优选地,位于具有盘状本体和转子的电梯马达中,槽状安装部件在外缘处借助于固紧零件固紧于马达本体,定子相对于转子设置在马达本体的相对侧上。
优选地,安装部件由铝制成。
优选地,安装部件设置有冷却翅片。
优选地,所述扁平电梯马达是盘状电梯马达。
优选地,所述可浇铸的材料是树脂。
在本发明的安装结构中,定子配装在一槽状安装部件内,其中定子绕组与安装部件之间的空间填充导热填充物,用以将热量从定子导向安装部件。
本发明使得可以获得一种经济、简单和可靠的定子固紧装置。此外,实现了有效的冷却和因之很高的功率密度。在本发明的解决办法中,绝缘间隙可以小于先前技术解决办法之中的,允许电梯马达在轴向上制作得短于先前技术的马达,其特别是在电梯马达设计用来安放在电梯竖井之中的情况下是非常重要的。此外,采用填充物可防止定子绕组的脏污。因此,马达的防护能力可以比较容易提高。
此外,安装部件和定子构成单一的组件,导致一种刚强牢固的结构。

具体实施方式
此图表明一用在靠近导轨1设置的无齿轮电梯机器中的扁平、盘状电梯马达2。其包括形成在马达本体3上的盘4和固紧于所述盘的定子5。定子包括绕组芯体51和绕组52。圆形的转子盘7和牵引绳轮8用各轴承3安装在本体3上。盘4在其内侧具有为转子制成的凹槽41。
定子5在转子7外侧,亦即在盘4的相对侧安装在由比如铝制成的槽状安装部件9的槽91之中。安装部件9在外缘处用各螺丝10固紧于盘4。安装部件9在外侧上配设有各冷却翅片92。绕组52与安装部件9之间的空间11填充树脂12,后者具有良好的导热性。因而,绕组52和尤其是其端部在安装部件9内得到有效的冷却。树脂还将定子迅速地粘合于安装部件9,因而不需要任何其他的固紧零件。
对于本技术领域中的熟练人员来说,显然是,本发明的各不同实施例不限于上述的实例,而是它们可以在本发明的范畴之内予以改变。

Claims (7)

1.一种扁平电梯马达(2)中的定子固紧装置,所述马达具有马达本体,设置有包括定子芯体(51)和绕组(52)的定子(5),以及结合定子配装的转子(7),其特征在于,还包括槽状的安装部件(9),所述安装部件具有槽并利用紧固装置紧固于马达本体,所述定子(5)配装在所述安装部件(9)的所述槽内,而安装部件(9)与定子(5)之间的空间填充有导热充填材料(12),用以将热量从定子导向安装部件(9),所述充填材料将所述定子(5)固紧于安装部件(9)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的固紧装置,其特征在于,充填材料是可浇铸的材料。
3.按照权利要求1所述的固紧装置,其特征在于,位于具有盘状本体(4)和转子(7)的电梯马达中,槽状安装部件(9)在外缘处借助于固紧零件(10)固紧于马达本体(4),定子相对于转子设置在马达本体(4)的相对侧上。
4.按照要求1所述的固紧装置,其特征在于,安装部件(9)由铝制成。
5.按照要求1所述的固紧装置,其特征在于,安装部件(9)设置有冷却翅片(92)。
6.按照要求1所述的固紧装置,其特征在于,所述扁平电梯马达是盘状电梯马达。
7.按照权利要求2所述的固紧装置,其特征在于,所述可浇铸的材料是树脂。
