Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及无源磁性位置传感器,其具有布置在枢转臂上的磁体并具有布置在磁体枢转范围内的多个接触弹簧元件,这些接触弹簧元件位于厚膜网孔的对面,并且所述接触弹簧元件可以通过磁体被移向厚膜网孔。此外,本发明涉及用于安装无源磁性位置传感器的方法,其中磁体是这样安装的,即它们可以在与厚膜网孔相对侧的接触弹簧元件的上方枢转。
背景技术
无源磁性位置传感器与现代机动车油箱中的液面传感器一起得到了广泛的应用,并通过DE 19648539A1为人所知。该磁体为圆柱形并被保持在枢转臂中的一个孔内。磁体的一端位于至少一个接触弹簧元件的对面。当枢转臂和磁体在接触弹簧元件上方被移动时,随磁体的位置而不同的接触弹簧元件被压在厚膜网孔上。这使得它有可能确定磁体的位置。
已知的位置传感器的一个缺点就是:在磁体枢转范围内的边界点处不能准确确定磁体的位置。当无源磁性位置传感器被用作油箱内的液面传感器时,这会导致就在油箱几乎空了并因而正需要尤其高的精确度时存在的不精确性。
发明内容
本发明基于设计上述类型的无源磁性位置传感器并使得其在靠近枢转范围的边界点处具有特别高的精确度这一问题。本发明还要提供一种用于安装具有特别高精确度的位置传感器的方法。
根据本发明,提供一种无源磁性位置传感器,其具有布置在枢转臂上的磁体并具有大量布置在所述磁体的枢转区域内的接触弹簧元件,这些接触弹簧元件位于厚膜网孔的对面,并且这些接触弹簧元件可以通过磁体被移向厚膜网孔,其特征是,磁体是这样被保持的,即它不能围绕其机械轴旋转,该机械轴指向厚膜网孔,并且与其磁轴一起指向预定的方向。
上述设计方案防止了磁轴围绕磁体的机械轴发生摇摆。磁体的磁轴由此在接触弹簧元件的上方随时产生一个确定的枢转范围。如果磁体的磁轴偏离了其机械轴,不能旋转的磁轴校正确保了,例如在端部区域内,在每种情况下相同的接触弹簧元件被移向厚膜网孔。这就消除了由磁体的磁轴相对于机械轴的变位以及由磁体围绕机械轴旋转所产生的不精确性。
根据本发明的另一个有利的改进方案,磁体具有导向多边形并且枢转臂被设计为与导向多边形相一致,这样一来,在预定的位置安装磁体只需要特别低的费用。在这种情况下,导向多边形可以是凹进部或是突出部。
如果在磁体的磁轴和机械轴之间的接合处布置至少一个接触弹簧元件,根据本发明的位置传感器在其端部区域内具有特别高的精确度。当磁体的磁轴偏移机械轴时,这两条轴与相同的接触弹簧元件排成一行。此外,磁轴指向下一个接触元件,并由此能够在相关的接触弹簧元件内感应出特别高的磁场强度。
根据本发明,为了解决第二个提及的问题,提供一种用于安装具有特别高的精确度的无源磁性位置传感器的方法,其中所述无源磁性位置传感器具有布置在枢转臂上的磁体并具有大量布置在所述磁体的枢转区域内的接触弹簧元件,这些接触弹簧元件位于厚膜网孔的对面,并且对于这些接触弹簧元件而言,其有可能被磁体朝向厚膜网孔移动,其特征是,所述磁体是这样布置的,即磁体能在与所述厚膜网孔相对的接触弹簧元件的上方枢转,并且所述磁体的磁轴被确定,所述磁体的磁轴与最近的接触弹簧元件排成一行。
该设计方案保证了磁体的磁轴相对接触弹簧元件排成一行,使得尤其在枢转范围内的端部区域内,所提供的接触弹簧元件朝向厚膜网孔移动。由于本发明,无需对位置传感器做进一步的调整。对于细长的磁体,根据本发明的磁体的确定和排列是这样的,即首先相对于磁体的机械轴确定磁体的磁轴,然后相对于下一个接触弹簧元件排列磁体,使得磁轴和机械轴都指向共同的接触弹簧元件。
根据本发明的一个有利改进方案,如果一旦已经确定磁轴的排列,磁体具有一个导向多边形,在枢转臂内安装该磁体只需较低的费用。该磁体随后可以很容易地插入枢转臂的相应设计的保持架中。

具体实施方式
图1示出了位置传感器,其具有布置在枢转臂1上的磁体2。枢转臂1固定在旋转轴3上。旋转轴3可以与例如:机动车油箱中的液面传感器的浮标(未示出)相连。磁体2可以在厚膜网孔4的上方枢转。磁性接触弹簧元件5、6被布置在厚膜网孔4上远离磁体2的一侧。接触弹簧元件5、6可以被磁体2吸引并被压向厚膜网孔4。厚膜网孔4通过电线7与电子单元(未示出)相连,该电子单元通过厚膜网孔4上的接触弹簧元件5、6探测磁体2的位置。该位置传感器在DE19648539 A1中有详细的说明,因此,其中关于可能的设计和功能的说明,在本文中将作为参考。
磁体2具有导向多边形8,其布置在远离厚膜网孔4的端侧内,通过导向多边形8,磁体2插入枢转臂1的保持架10的相应设计的突出部9中。因此,磁体2被固定在枢转臂1的保持架10内,使其不能旋转。导向多边形8在此为凹槽形。在另一实施例(未示出)中,导向多边形8还可以具有矩形的外横截面,其被插入枢转臂1的矩形保持架10中。
图2部分放大地展示了磁体2,其具有图1中的厚膜网孔4和接触弹簧元件5、6的相邻区域。磁体2具有机械轴11和相对于机械轴11偏移了角度α的磁轴12。角度α在制造过程中确定,并且当重新加工磁体2时,角度α在大小上只能减小,所需费用也很高。
图3展示了沿经过了图2所示的磁体2,厚膜网孔4的邻近区域以及接触弹簧元件5、6的线III-III的截面图,如图所示,磁轴12相对于机械轴11偏移了0°,并且磁体2如此定位,使得机械轴11和磁轴12一个位于另一个的顶部,如图3所示。由此,磁轴12和机械轴11从而都指向安装靠在厚膜网孔4上的相同的接触弹簧元件5。
为了安装图1所示的位置传感器,首先磁体2围绕它的机械轴11旋转,直至磁轴12相对于机械轴11的偏移为0°,然后,凹槽形的导向多边形8被置入磁体2的一个端侧内。当磁体2被插入枢转臂1的保持架10中时,导向多边形8进入突出部9。磁体2从而被定位在位置传感器中。

Claims (5)

1、一种无源磁性位置传感器,其具有布置在枢转臂上的磁体并具有大量布置在所述磁体的枢转区域内的接触弹簧元件,这些接触弹簧元件位于厚膜网孔的对面,并且对于这些接触弹簧元件而言,其有可能被磁体朝向厚膜网孔移动,其特征在于,所述磁体(2)是这样被保持的,即磁体被固定在枢转臂的保持架内,磁体的机械轴(11)指向厚膜网孔(4)并且与其磁轴(12)一起指向预定的方向。
2、如权利要求1所述的位置传感器,其特征在于,所述磁体(2)具有导向多边形(8),所述枢转臂(1)被设计成与所述导向多边形(8)相对应。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的位置传感器,其特征在于,在所述磁体(2)的磁轴(12)和所述机械轴(11)之间的接合处上,布置有至少一个接触弹簧元件(5,6)。
4、用于安装无源磁性位置传感器的方法,其中所述无源磁性位置传感器具有布置在枢转臂上的磁体并具有大量布置在所述磁体的枢转区域内的接触弹簧元件,这些接触弹簧元件位于厚膜网孔的对面,并且对于这些接触弹簧元件而言,其有可能被磁体朝向厚膜网孔移动,其特征在于,所述磁体(2)是这样布置的,即所述磁体能在与所述厚膜网孔相对的接触弹簧元件的上方枢转,并且所述磁体的磁轴被确定,所述磁体的磁轴与最近的接触弹簧元件排成一行。
5、如权利要求4中所述的方法,其特征在于,一旦磁轴的排列已经被确定,则将导向多边形置入所述磁体内。
