Abstract

电讯接线板
本申请是申请号为99807006.8(PCT/US 99/11120)发明专利申请的分案。
技术领域
本发明涉及一电讯连接板,更具体地涉及一交叉连接的接线板,该接线板一侧具有带插座的外框和在相对侧的一导线终端。
背景技术
局域网和电讯联系经常要用到接线板,特别是在客户的房子里要在电讯设备间建立交叉连接的情况下。接线板一般包括前、后连接位置。后连接位置一般是更永久的连接形式,如用以连接到铜制基板、一对加捻的电讯电缆上的绝缘移动接插件。接线板的前连接位置可以包括多种插座中的一个以接纳一插入线或其它传输电缆的一插头。该插座和插头可以实现在同一接线板上的两插座之间或在接线板的一插座与附近的接线板的一插座之间通过插入电缆快速连接或分离。一种用于接线板的插座和插头结构是RJ45型接插件。5,639,261号美国专利是一交叉连接接线板的示例,该交叉连接接线板包括在后端的绝缘移动接插件以及用来接纳插入线的插头的前端接插件插座。
为保护并组织各种电缆的电缆管理的需要在增加。当电缆过度弯曲时,一对互相加捻的铜基电缆会发生其中某一区域损坏和/或丧失性能的状况。当使用更高的频率时,如第5类或更高的,这点尤其值得注意。弯曲半径小至最小弯曲半径以下的电缆会不利地影响通过铜制插入线传输信号的功能。因此,这里有必要提供一可实现上面所提到的电缆管理的接线板。
发明内容
鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种电讯接线板和组装该接线板的方法,可以避免电缆被过多拉出和过度弯曲。
本发明的另一目的在于提供不仅可以避免电缆被过多拉出和过度弯曲,而且其中接线组件的倾斜使应变减小以便防止电缆损坏和/或丧失电缆性能,应变减小有利于接插件插头相对于电缆路径的垂直安装。
本发明提供了一电讯接线板,包括:多个接插件组件,各接插件组件包括至少一直线列前接插件插座,各所述接插件插座连接到一后连接位置上;外框,具有一界定一前平面的托架,所述接插件组件安装于所述外框上,各直线列接插件插座与所述前平面成一角度。

具体实施方式
参阅图1和图2,示出了用于电讯设备连接的接线板20的一较佳实施例。接线板20通过一块或多块接线板20或其它接线板特别地用于交叉连接的设备。接线板20安装在普通结构的一支架22上,如用紧固件26,穿过接线板20上的孔28以进入支架22的孔24中。接线板20在其前侧21包括多个接插件插座30,如RJ45接插件插座。接线板20还包括多个连接位置,如安装于相反后侧23的导线终端或连接块31。较佳地,终端块包括110型绝缘移动接插件。终端块31可用于信号传输电缆46的连接,各终端块都包含了多根导线48。接插件插座30可用于信号传输插入电缆或电线44的连接,该电缆或电线44包括导线,且可进一步包括接插件端插头42。图2示出了分别包括连接端插头42a-d的电线44a-d。将各终端块31电气连接到接插件插座30上。
接线板20包括多个接插件组件32,其中各接插件组件32包括多个接插件插座30。接线板20的接插件组件32呈直线排列。接线板20的各接插件组件32包括直线排列的接插件插座30。每个接插件组件32示出一列直线排列的插座30,也可以提供两至三列插座30。可替换的实施例包括具有单个接插件组件32的接线板20。且,各接插件组件32可做成仅具有单个接插件插座30的结构。
如图1和图2所示,各接插件组件32相对于外框34以一定角度安装。具体的,外框34包括一前平面或表面36,且各接插件组件32包括一前平面或表面37,其中接插件组件32的各前表面37相对于外框34的前表面36具有一夹角。接插件组件32a、32b向外框34的左方倾斜一角度38a,接插件组件32c、32d向外框34的右方倾斜一角度38b。或者说,接插件组件32a、32b顺时针倾斜,以及接插件组件32c、32d逆时针倾斜,图2示出了从外框34顶部俯视下来的状态。如果接线板20垂直安置,接插件组件32a、32b将向上偏转一角度(或向下),而接插件组件32c、32d将向下偏转一角度(或向上)。
如较佳实施例所表示的那样,各接插件组件32相对于外框34的偏转角度大约为15度,当插入电线44a、44b向左倾斜,则插入电线44c、44d则向右倾斜,这样的倾斜角度使应变减小以便防止电缆损坏和/或丧失电缆性能。倾斜的接插件组件32所提供的电缆位置有助于当各电缆向其它插座或其它设备移动时减少使电缆的弯曲半径减至最小弯曲直径以下的可能性。这样减小的应变有利于接插件插头相对于电缆路径的垂直安装,如图4所示。
图3和图4阐明了本发明中接线板20的优点特征。较佳地,接插件组件32相对于外框34是可转动的。在图3和图4中,各接插件组件32具有基本平行于外框34前表面36的前表面37。在接插件是绝缘移动接插件的情况下,当使用终端器件(未示出)安装导线48至各终端块31时,这样的布局是有利的。一锁40,大致如图1和图2所示,在终端运作期间将各接插件组件32保持于外框34内。锁40可打开以使各接插件组件32如希望的那样转动,如图1和图2所示,接插件组件32a和32b向左转,而接插件组件32c、32d向右转。如果需要,一个或多个接插件组件32可留在如图3和图4所示的位置。或者,所有的接插件组件32可如图5所示向左转或如图6所示向右转。为将接插件组件维持在转过的位置,锁40重新作用。如果需要,一个或多个接插件组件32和外框34可构造为相对于外框34前表面36的一固定倾斜结构。
图2和图4中示出的电缆44从接线板20上直接伸展出。需要注意的是电缆44的相对端可与接线板20的其它接插件插座30连接。同时,必要时接线板还可用于交叉连接系统与内联系统。提供较小应变使电缆的弯曲半径不会减至最小弯曲半径以下也是光纤传输电缆的所需解决的一个问题。本发明的电讯接线板20也可用于具有合理结构的光纤接插件的光纤应用之中。
锁40是接线板20的一较佳特征。然而,一锁处于非工作状态的接线板20,或者无锁的接线板20都是合理结构。在那些例子中,各接插件组件32可根据需要置于左边(完全或部分地)、置于右边(完全或部分地)或平行安置。对于可自由转动的接插件组件,当插入电线44增加或改变时,接插件组件32可从原先位置移动至一新的位置以提供较小的应变。
现在参阅图7至17,它示出了接线板20的其它细节。各接插件组件32包括向相反方向延伸的销钉50且界定一回转轴52(如图11所示)。各回转轴线52基本垂直于接插件插座30的直线阵列。销钉5接纳于外框34的孔54中。可回转地安装各接插件组件32至外框34也可用穿过孔54的紧固件来完成。
外框34总体包括一顶部34a和一相对的底部34b。在外框34的相对端上的端部托架部分34c、34d,包括如上所述的支架安装孔28。末端支杆34e与端部托架部分34c、34d相连。中间支杆34f在顶部34a和底部34b之间延伸。支杆34e、34f以及顶部34a和底部34b界定一列开口,每个开口用来接纳一接插件组件32。外框34的孔54置于顶部和底部34a、34b中,用来保持绕各自相应的回转轴线52可单独回转的接插件组件32。回转轴线52相对于接插件插座30的直线阵列和由多个接插件组件32所界定的直线阵列横向延伸。
多个锁定销钉60,以及托架76安装于外框34上。各锁定销钉60包括一轴部62;两隔开的横片64、66;一第一工具啮合末端68以及一相对末端70。各横片64、66具有向相反方向延伸的两末端。末端70接纳于外框30的各末端或中间支杆34e、34f上的孔56中。工具啮合端68置于托架76的孔80中。托架76用两个穿过孔58的紧固件82安装于外框34的顶部与底部34a、34b。各紧固件82还置于托架76的孔78中。当托架76安装到外框上时,锁定销钉60可在非锁定位置和锁定位置间转动,锁定位置如图所示,非锁定位置是轴62绕其纵向轴回转90度所处位置,如通过一接纳于工具啮合端的平头螺旋起子使其转至非锁定位置。
各接插件组件32在各末端上包括锁销(detent)84和86。锁40构造成当接插件组件32锁定于如图3所示位置时,横片64和66容于锁销84、86中。当接插件组件32转至外框34的前平面36之外时,仅有一横片64、66容于锁销84、86中的一个之中。当锁40从如图所示位置回转90度后,没有横片64、66容于锁销84、86中,这使接插件组件32可自由回转。连接外框34的中间支杆34f的锁40各锁定两相邻的接插件组件32。
各接插件组件32包括一电路模块90以及一面板92。电路模块90包括具有一通常平面结构的印刷电路板94。如图17所示,各终端块31的销钉96穿透印刷线路板94并与之焊牢。如图15所示,接插件插座30包括许多穿过印刷电路板94的销钉98,这些销钉焊接于此板。接插件插座30还包括两横杆102,该横杆102通过如图15所示孔100横跨安装于印刷电路板94。印刷电路板94包括将一个终端块31电气连接各接插件插座30的电路。如图所示接插件插座30带有接收面垂直向下的插座部分的夹子。
面板92较佳地横跨安装于电路模块90上,面板90的相对末端110包括内弹性薄片112用于印刷电路板94的边缘的按扣啮合(参阅如图12)。这样的结构在需要时可进行电路模块90或面板92的维修或调换。
面板92包括一用以露出接插件插座30的中心开口108。面板92在各末端110上还包括一面向外的阻挡部分114,该阻挡部分114限定了在使用中接插件组件的回转量。各阻挡部分114啮合托架76的一边缘116,从而将接插件组件的回转量限定为较佳实施例中的大约正负15度。各面板92包括用以标识接插件插座30的一前置标识的狭长区域120。

Claims (11)

1.一电讯接线板,包括:
多个接插件组件,各接插件组件包括至少一直线列前接插件插座,各所述接插件插座连接到一后连接位置上;
外框,具有界定一前平面的多个托架,所述接插件组件安装于所述外框上,各直线列接插件插座与所述前平面成一角度。
2.如权利要求1所述电讯接线板,其特征在于,所述接插件组件可回转地安装于外框上。
3.如权利要求1所述电讯接线板,其特征在于,至少一些前接插件插座构成为用于容纳铜芯电缆的插头。
4.如权利要求1所述电讯接线板,其特征在于,一所述直线列前接插件插座向托架之一附近的外框一端倾斜,另一所述直线列前接插件插座向另一托架附近的外框另一端倾斜。
5.如权利要求4所述电讯接线板,其特征在于,所述接插件组件都位于穿过外框的开口中。
6.如权利要求1所述的电讯接线板,其特征在于,所述多个接插件组件包括第一接插件组件和第二接插件组件,所述第一接插件组件具有沿着第一条线延伸的第一排设置的前接插件插座第一直线列,所述第二接插件组件包括沿第二条线延伸的第二排设置的前接插件插座第二直线列,所述第一和第二条线间有一夹角。
7.如权利要求6所述的电讯接线板,其特征在于,所述第一和第二条线在所述外框前部的一个位置处相交。
8.如权利要求6所述的电讯接线板,其特征在于,所述第一和第二接插件组件包括从所述电讯接线板上方看呈V形的前侧面。
9.如权利要求6所述的电讯接线板,其特征在于,所述第一和第二接插件组件在水平面上对齐。
10.如权利要求6所述的电讯接线板,其特征在于,所述第一和第二接插件组件枢转地连接到所述外框上,所述第一接插件组件可绕垂直于所述第一条线的第一枢转轴线转动,所述第二接插件组件可绕垂直于所述第二条线的第二枢转轴线转动。
11.如权利要求10所述的电讯接线板,其特征在于,所述第一和第二接插件组件都绕所述第一和第二枢转轴线在至少第一和第二角度位置之间转动,其中所述第一和第二条线在所述接插件组件处于所述第一角度位置时有一夹角,所述第一和第二条线在所述接插件处于所述第二角度位置时相互平行。
