Abstract

背景技术
在留置葡萄糖传感器的设计和制造中,在将随后固化的粘性液体层材料涂敷于电化学活性(铂)表面上的处理中遇到了问题。希望具有在大约平方毫米数量级的活性表面区域。不幸地,当将粘性液体浸涂到此相对大的区域上时,很难构造厚度足以对葡萄糖的存在产生足够响应的涂布。
发明内容
在第一独立方面中,本发明是一种具有活性传感区的留置分析物传感器。该传感区包括电化学活性表面和附着于该电化学活性表面的膜系统。此外,介电材料的至少一个凸起(nub)从电化学活性表面向外伸出并用作膜系统的支托结构。
在第二独立方面中,本发明是一种构造分析物传感器的方法。该方法开始于提供电化学活性表面的步骤。随后,构造由介电材料制成并从电化学活性表面横向向外伸出的至少一个凸起。向电化学活性表面涂敷可固化的液体,随后使其固化。在此过程中,所述凸起(可能是几个凸起中的一个)用于在固化之前和固化期间托住液体。

具体实施方式
在分析物(典型地为葡萄糖)传感器10的优选实施例中(图2),用25微米厚的聚酰亚胺层14涂布178微米厚的铂丝12。将银丝16包绕层14的一部分。此外,不锈钢回缩引线(retractor lead)18形成传感器10的一部分。

Claims (19)
1、一种留置分析物传感器,包括:
电化学活性表面;
介电材料的至少一个凸起,其从所述电化学活性表面向外伸出;以及
附着于并基本覆盖所述电化学活性表面和所述凸起的膜系统。
2、根据权利要求1所述的传感器,其中,所述至少一个凸起为片的形式。
3、根据权利要求1所述的传感器,其中,所述电化学活性表面被限定为纵长体的一部分。
4、根据权利要求3所述的传感器,其中,所述纵长体的横截面为圆形。
5、根据权利要求1所述的传感器,其中,所述至少一个凸起包括环形片。
6、根据权利要求1所述的传感器,其中,所述至少一个凸起从所述电化学活性表面纵向地移位。
7、根据权利要求1所述的传感器,其中,所述膜系统包括多个膜。
8、根据权利要求1所述的传感器,其中,所述膜系统包括酶层。
9、根据权利要求1所述的传感器,其中,所述凸起包括几个凸起。
10、根据权利要求9所述的传感器,其中,所述电化学活性表面贯穿所述凸起。
11、根据权利要求9所述的传感器,其中,所述膜系统在所述凸起之间限定悬链线的表面。
12、根据权利要求1所述的传感器,其中,所述膜系统限定所述传感器的外表面。
13、根据权利要求1所述的传感器,其中,所述电化学活性表面包括铂。
14、根据权利要求1所述的传感器,其中,所述至少一个凸起包括聚酰亚胺。
15、根据权利要求8所述的传感器,其中,所述膜系统进一步包括选择性渗透层。
16、根据权利要求8所述的传感器,其中,所述膜系统进一步包括干扰物隔绝层。
17、根据权利要求1所述的传感器,其中,所述凸起包括四个凸起。
18、根据权利要求9所述的传感器,其中所述凸起包括四个凸起,并且所述四个凸起形成三个凹部。
19、根据权利要求1所述的传感器,其中所述膜系统仅附着于并基本覆盖所述电化学活性表面和所述凸起。
