Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种注射装置,其适于装纳注射器、伸出注射器和排出注射器中的物质。这种装置在WO95/35126和EP-A-0516473中进行了一般性描述,通常包括位于外壳中的注射器,所述外壳带有驱动弹簧,可以通过致动触发器释放所述驱动弹簧。触发器的下压导致驱动弹簧开始操作。
背景技术
目前的注射装置的第一自动动作是向前驱动注射器和将注射器的针头推入患者体内。这通过对注射器主体(“直接驱动”)或注射器活塞(“活塞驱动”)施加作用力来实现。当一种机构可以用于驱出针头然后排出注射器中的物质时,活塞驱动对工程师来说是更简单的方法。然而,该方法会产生的风险是在针头到达患者皮肤中的所需深度之前可排出少量的流体。系统依赖于在可以排出大量的流体之前针头到达最大深度。流体输送速率由可获得的力、流体的粘度和针头的限制来限定。该性质有时被描述成液力锁。
因此,本发明的一个目的是提供一种利用活塞驱动方法的注射装置,其在针头到达患者皮肤中的所需深度之前不会排出任何流体。依然寻求实现该目标的最简单和最便宜的方式。
发明内容
鉴于前述内容,根据本发明,提供了一种注射装置,包括:外壳,其适于装纳具有排出喷嘴的注射器;以及驱动器,其能够在致动时通过外壳中的开口将注射器从缩回位置推进到伸出位置并且释放注射器中的物质,其特征在于,该注射装置还具有锁定机构,当注射器未处于其伸出位置时,所述锁定机构使驱动器与注射器接合,当注射器处于其伸出位置时,所述锁定机构从驱动器脱离并且使注射器与外壳接合,使得当注射器从其缩回位置推进到其伸出位置时,防止驱动器相对于注射器运动,当注射器处于其伸出位置并且其中的物质正在被释放时,防止外壳相对于注射器运动。因此,当驱动器被锁定到注射器时,当注射器从其缩回位置运动到其伸出位置时不通过排出喷嘴喷出注射器中的物质。此外,当注射器处于其伸出位置并且其物质正在被排出时,注射器被锁定到外壳上,从而当其物质正在被排出时外力(例如患者和他们的皮肤之间的接触力)不会迫使其回到外壳中。
在本发明的一个实施例中,根据权利要求1的注射装置,其中所述外壳的内表面至少限定外壳的第一横截面和第二横截面,所述第一横截面和第二横截面分别具有第一内径和第二内径,所述第一内径小于所述第二内径,并且第二横截面位于所述开口附近;所述驱动器包括第一制动器;所述锁定机构包括位于所述外壳的内表面和驱动器之间的至少一个可动锁定元件,使得所述锁定元件在所述外壳的内表面和驱动器之间位于第一横截面中时接合在第一制动器中,位于第二横截面中时从第一制动器脱离。该布置提供了易于制造的简单锁定机构。
优选的是,第一制动器是在驱动器的外表面中的沟槽。如果驱动器是圆柱形的,所述沟槽可以围绕驱动器的圆周延伸。
优选的是,所述锁定机构在位于第一横截面中时,作用在位于注射器的与排出喷嘴相对的末端处的注射器凸缘上。因此,传统的注射器可以用于该注射装置。
有利的是,还包括支承元件,所述支承元件能够使锁定元件抵靠在注射器凸缘上。锁定机构作用在支承元件上,支承元件作用在注射器上。
在本发明的一个实施例中,支承元件是围绕驱动器的套筒。优选地,所述套筒包括外表面、内表面以及在其内表面和其外表面之间的开口,所述开口的尺寸适于支承锁定元件。套筒在制造期间可以容易地围绕驱动器定位。
第一横截面和第二横截面优选由所述外壳的内表面中的台阶分离,使得台阶在所述外壳的内表面中的位置限定了当注射器从其缩回位置被推进到其伸出位置时锁定机构从驱动器脱离的位置。台阶可以在第一横截面和第二横截面之间倾斜。
优选的是,每个锁定元件是球,当柱塞相对于外壳和注射器运动时所述球允许锁定元件自由旋转。
有利的是,第一制动器的边缘倾斜,允许所述球容易地进出所述沟槽。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述锁定机构被布置成与驱动器连接,使得当注射器处于其伸出位置注射器中的物质被排出时锁定机构从外壳脱离,由此允许注射器从其伸出位置运动到其缩回位置。因此,注射器不会保持锁定在其伸出位置,可以安全地缩回到注射器的外壳中。
优选的是,所述驱动器包括位于驱动器的最远离所述开口的末端的第二制动器,使得当第二制动器位于锁定元件附近并当注射器中的物质被排出时,锁定元件位于第一横截面中,由此使锁定机构从外壳脱离并且允许注射器从其伸出位置运动到其缩回位置。
注射装置可以包括复位驱动器,该复位驱动器能够在注射器中的物质被排出之后作用在注射器上,使注射器从伸出位置缩回到缩回位置。这样,在释放其物质之后注射器可以自动地缩回到外壳中。锁定机构保证了在驱动器相对于注射器到达某个预定位置之前不会发生缩回。

具体实施方式
图1a显示了根据本发明的注射装置110。注射装置110具有外壳112,该外壳112具有第一内横截面113a和第二内横截面113b。注射装置110具有近端101和远端102。第一横截面113a的直径小于第二横截面113b的直径。第一横截面113a和第二横截面113b之间的直径变化由台阶115限定,该台阶115是第一和第二横截面113a、113b的内表面之间的连续斜线(即斜面)。常规的皮下注射型注射器114可滑动地安装在外壳112内部。外壳112具有近端101和远端102。开口150位于外壳112的近端101上,注射器114通过所述开口150从外壳112内部的缩回位置运动到外壳112外部的伸出位置。第二横截面113b离外壳112的近端101比离远端102更近。

沟槽155围绕驱动元件134的圆周定位在最靠近外壳112的近端101的驱动元件134的末端。锁定元件设在外壳112中,在图1a-1c中,所述锁定元件是位于驱动元件134和外壳112的内表面之间的球160。外壳112、球160、驱动元件134和沟槽155的尺寸使得当球160和驱动元件134位于第一横截面113a中时,球160必须位于沟槽155中。此处,球160自由旋转,但是保持相对于驱动元件134固定。当球160和驱动元件134位于第二横截面113b中时,球160不需要位于沟槽155中,并且可以沿垂直于外壳112的纵向轴线175的方向自由移出沟槽155。实际上,沟槽155倾斜,使得由弹簧130施加到驱动器134上的力迫使球160离开沟槽155进入在球和外壳112的内表面之间的间隙,该间隙由于第一横截面113a和第二横截面113b之间的横截面积增加而形成。此处,由于球160不再保持在沟槽155中,因此球160和驱动元件134可以相对于彼此运动。因此,驱动弹簧130能够作用在驱动器134上并且迫使它通过注射器114以释放其物质。同时,驱动器134已迫使球160向上进入到第二横截面113b中,因此它们不能够移回到第一横截面113a中,因此将注射器锁定在其伸出位置(参见图1b)。
支承元件170围绕球160定位。支承元件170为一个环,该环被定位在驱动元件134上。所述环在驱动元件134上自由滑动。所述环具有内表面和外表面,对于每个球,在所述内外表面之间有孔形开口,球被定位在所述开口中。
如上所述,当球160位于第一横截面113a中时,它们被锁定在沟槽155中。因此,如图1a中所示,当驱动弹簧由触发器(未显示)释放时,驱动弹簧130作用在驱动元件134上的力通过沟槽155被传递,通过球160和支承元件170进入注射器114的凸缘120,使致注射器114从其缩回位置朝着其伸出位置滑出开口150,并且驱动元件134和注射器114不相对于彼此运动。因此,在注射器114从其缩回位置前进到其伸出位置期间不会从注射器114排出药物124。
当球160到达第二横截面113b时(即当注射器114处于其伸出位置时),球160沿垂直于外壳112的纵向轴线175的方向自由移出沟槽155,与沟槽155脱离。如图1b所示。
台阶115被定位成使得当球160到达台阶115时注射器114处于其伸出位置。
现在来自驱动弹簧130的沿平行于纵向轴线175的方向的力主要被施加到驱动元件134而不是凸缘120上。因此,驱动元件134在注射器114中滑动并且通过针头118排出药物124。
当注射器112处于其伸出位置时(如图1b中所示),球被迫使抵靠在第二横截面112的内表面上。来自近端101的朝远端102的方向沿着注射器112的任何作用力通过凸缘120被传递到球160,所述球被锁定在台阶115上。这样,防止了当注射器中的物质正在被释放时注射器112从其伸出位置运动到其缩回位置。
驱动元件134在其未被插入到注射器112中的末端具有制动器156,所述末端的横截面比其主体窄。当制动器156到达第二横截面113b时,球160不再被迫使抵靠在外壳112的内表面上(如图1c中所示)。来自近端101的朝远端102的方向沿着注射器112的作用力使注射器112从伸出位置运动到缩回位置。该作用力由复位驱动弹簧(未显示)施加。

Claims (15)
1.一种注射装置,包括:
外壳,其适于装纳具有排出喷嘴的注射器;以及
驱动器,其能够在致动时通过外壳中的开口将注射器从缩回位置推进到伸出位置并且释放注射器中的物质,
其中,该注射装置还具有锁定机构,当注射器未处于其伸出位置时,所述锁定机构使驱动器与注射器接合,当注射器处于其伸出位置时,所述锁定机构从驱动器脱离并且使注射器与外壳接合,使得当注射器从其缩回位置推进到其伸出位置时,防止驱动器相对于注射器运动,当注射器处于其伸出位置并且其中的物质正在被释放时,防止外壳相对于注射器运动,
其特征为,所述外壳的内表面至少限定外壳的第一横截面和第二横截面,所述第一横截面和第二横截面分别具有第一内径和第二内径,所述第一内径小于所述第二内径,并且第二横截面位于所述开口附近;所述驱动器包括第一制动器;所述锁定机构包括位于所述外壳的内表面和驱动器之间的至少一个可动锁定元件,使得所述锁定元件在所述外壳的内表面和驱动器之间位于第一横截面中时接合在第一制动器中,位于第二横截面中时从第一制动器脱离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的注射装置,其特征为,所述第一制动器是所述驱动器的外表面中的沟槽。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的注射装置,其特征为,所述锁定机构在位于第一横截面中时,作用在位于注射器的与排出喷嘴相对的末端处的注射器凸缘上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的注射装置,还包括支承元件,所述支承元件能够使锁定元件抵靠在注射器凸缘上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的注射装置,其特征为,所述支承元件是围绕驱动器的套筒。
6.根据权利要求5所述的注射装置,其特征为,所述套筒包括外表面、内表面以及在其内表面和其外表面之间的开口,所述开口的尺寸适于支承锁定元件。
7.根据权利要求1所述的注射装置,其特征为,所述第一横截面和第二横截面由所述外壳的内表面中的台阶分离,使得台阶在所述外壳的内表面中的位置限定了当注射器从其缩回位置被推进到其伸出位置时锁定机构从驱动器脱离的位置。
