Abstract

一种用于模塑外加肋的和波纹的热塑性塑料管的装置,包括一个用以挤出热塑性物料型坯的管模;若干在一条连续的闭合路径上运动的半模块,半模块互相配合形成一个运动的模具;及一个承受模塑液体压力的结构。该结构由带柱销的轭块构成,轭块的柱销与半模块上与之相对的销孔啮合。各轭块上装有滚轮,由平行的导轨导引,保证各柱销相继地进入或离开销孔而不改变自身的位向。

Description

本发明与用于模塑外加肋或波纹的热塑性塑料管的装置有关。
已知的此类装置(美国专利3,998,579、4,021,178及我本人的美国专利4,504,206)包括一个用以挤出热塑性物料型坯的管模和若干在一条连续的闭合路径上运动的半模块,该路径上包含一段直线向前的部分,各半模块在这一段上沿运动方向并与之垂直地相互配合,形成一个运动的模具以成型热塑性塑料管。半模块的运动路径上还有一段返回的部分及两段半圆形的导轨作为各半模块在向前与返回的路径之间的过渡。
关于此装置的第一个已知的专利是特定地用于生产外加肋管的,因此它带有承受在直线向前段上使各半模块在垂直于运动的方向上分开的模塑流体压力的结构。
这种承受液压的结构形成两条依靠弹簧装置相互施加偏压的导轨,这种设计的缺点是由于作用在框架-弹簧-导轨-各半模块-导轨-框架区的注射模塑液压使导轨所受载荷和磨损极大。况且此专利没有说明各半模是相互独立的(非链式的)还是成链式的。带有独立半模的非链式装置(在后两个专利中描述)是为模塑波纹管设计的,不带上述结构,而且不能承受使各半模在它们循环运动的方向上分离的模塑液压力。因此这种装置不能有效地模塑成型外加肋管。
类似的问题在吹塑特别大的波纹管时也会出现。
本发明的目的是克服已知装置的上述缺点。
为此采用轭块把各半模块相互固定,使框架和导向部分不受压力。从而,在本发明中液体压力仅作用在半模块-轭块-半模块区。承受液压力的结构是由连续循环运动的轭块组成的两个封闭系列。各轭块上带有柱销,通过各半模块上与之相对的销孔与运动的模具结合。轭块承受上述的两个方向上的压力。
各轭块上带有滚轮,各封闭系列轭块配有具有适当的上游、下游、和为上述滚轮向前和返回导向的部分。导轨的布置使滚轮在其上运动时,在上游和下游段轭块的各柱销相继地进入或离开半模块上与之相对的销孔而不改变位向,也不产生咬住,并且在向前段上柱销与销孔相啮合。
上游段和下游段有分立而互相平行的导轨以保证上述的相继动作。
为公平起见,应该指出产生相继动作的目的在生产波纹管的技术中已经用于驱动各半模块(美国专利4,021,178和我的美国专利4,504,206)。
根据下面的详细描述,图示和后面的权利要求,本发明的更完善性及其特色,目的和附带的优点对于熟悉与此有关技术的人将是显而易见的。
图1是本发明的装置的侧视图;
图2是同一装置,循环轭块系列的平面视图;
图3是图1中沿Ⅲ-Ⅲ线的截面;
图4是图1中沿Ⅳ-Ⅳ线的截面部分的分解图。
参照各图,本发明中的装置包括由链轮4驱动的连续闭合路径上运动的两列半模块2,链轮4与各半模块2的滚柱销5啮合。运动路径包含直线向前段6,返回段8以及使半模块在6、8段之间移动的半圆的导轨部分10、12。各半模块在路径6和8上互相贴合,同时在路径6上与对面系列的半模块配合以形成一个运动的模,对由管模16处挤出的热塑性塑料管14进行成型。
应该指出,以上的设计基本上对应于在我本人的美国专利4,504,206中叙述的波纹管制造机。
在直线向前路径6上有沿上游方向定位的配有循环轭块22的系列18和20。各轭块22上的柱销24与运动的模在各半模块2上相应的销孔26处相啮合。轭块22上装有滚轮30。
系列18和20具有上游(32)下游(34)、向前段(36)和返回段(38),在32和34段配有分立的、互相平行的导轨40和42。
很显然,熟悉有关管的制造技术的人可以通过不同的方案来使用上述的相同的结构。例如,柱销可以是圆锥形的或是圆柱形的,可以属于半模块(此时相对的销孔在轭块上产生),上游和或下游段可有一旋转传送器(如图4中的链轮44),轭系列可以用一条链来实现,等等。
在使用中,热塑性物料的挤出物自管模16进入运动的成型模,使半模块2在路径6上分开的熔融物料的液体压力由处于向前段36中与半模块销孔26啮合的轭块22来承受,没有力被传递到半模块以外。导轨44和42在轭系列的上游和下游段导引各柱销,它们相继地进入或离开各销孔而不改变位向,这样就避免了柱销和销孔的相互咬住。
尽管本装置的设计目的主要在于生产外加肋管(其工艺接近注射成型),在偶尔的情况下它可以用于承受吹塑非常大的管时的吹塑压力。
然而上面已经叙述并强调了应用于该推荐的实施例的本发明之基本的新颖特点。可以理解,上面的叙述是解释性和例证性的,但没有限制性。本发明并不局限于已经描述和示出的具体的详细部分。熟悉有关制造技术的人可以做出各种改动、省略、替代和变化而不离开本发明内容的范围,也不丧失它的主要优点。
很明显,利用上面的指导可以对本发明做许多改动和变化。从而可以理解,在后面的权利要求范围内,本发明可以用在本文中具体叙述的内容以外的方法来实现。

Claims (3)

1、一种用于模塑外加肋的和波纹的热塑性塑料管的装置,包括:
一个用于挤出热塑性物料型坯的管模;
若干在一条连续的闭合路径上运动的半模块,该路径上包含一段直线向前的部分,各半模块在这一段上沿运动方向并与之垂直地相互配合,形成一个运动的模具以成型热塑性塑料管,半模块的运动路径上还有一段返回的部分及两段使各半模块在向前与返回的路径之间的过渡的半圆形的导轨;
一种承受在直线向前段上使各半模块在垂直于运动的方向上分开的模塑液体压力的结构;
其改进在于,在这里为了避免在上述向前运动中出现的高载荷和磨损,该结构为两个由连续的循环运动的轭块组成的封闭系列,各轭块上带有柱销,通过各半模块上与之相对的销孔与运动的模具结合。
2、权利要求1中的装置,其中轭块上装有滚轮,该系列轭块配有具有适当的上游、下游、向前和返回段的导轨,以引导该滚轮,其方式是,在上游和下游段,轭块的各柱销相继地进入或离开半模块上与之相对的销孔而不改变位向,和不产生咬住,并且在向前段上柱销与销孔相啮合。
3、权利要求2中的装置,其上游段和下游段配有分立的互相平行的导轨,保证上述的相继运动。
