香料组合物

制备香料组合物的方法
本发明的香料组合物可通过混合香料原料(典型地为液体)来制备。某些香料原料为固体物质并且需要微热以与其余香料匀化。该香料共混物还可包含显著比例的稀释剂(例如,双丙甘醇)、抗氧化剂或增溶物质。增溶剂是尤其有利的,其中表面活性剂含量较低,以分散主要亲水的基质(例如含水液体清洁剂)中的香料。
香料递送方法

消费品
在申请人发明的第一个方面中,申请人的发明包括消费品。所述产品包含至少0.05%重量或甚至约0.05%重量至约30%重量的本发明的香料组合物,所述组合物的任何余量为一种或多种助剂物质。所述消费品可包含脂肪酸气味或产生脂肪酸气味的物质或其组合。
在申请人发明的第二个方面中,申请人发明包括清洁和/或处理组合物,所述组合物包括约0.05%至约5%重量,约0.05%至约2%重量,约0.05%至约1%重量的所述香料组合物和脂肪酸气味、产生脂肪酸(例如,丁酸)气味的物质(例如,脂肪酶)、或脂肪酸气味或产生脂肪酸气味的物质的组合。所述组合物的任何余量为一种或多种助剂物质。

漂白剂-本发明清洁组合物可包括一种或多种漂白剂。不同于漂白催化剂的合适漂白剂包括光漂白剂、漂白活化剂、过氧化氢、过氧化氢源、预成形过酸以及它们的混合物。通常,当使用漂白剂时,本发明的组合物可包括按所述受试清洁组合物的重量计约0.1%至约50%或者甚至约0.1%至约25%的漂白剂。合适漂白剂的示例包括:
(1)光漂白剂如磺化酞菁锌;
(2)预成形的过酸:合适的预成形的过酸包括但不限于选自由下列物质组成的化合物:过羧酸及其盐、过碳酸及其盐、过亚氨酸及其盐、过一硫酸及其盐(例如Oxzone)、以及它们的混合物。合适的过羧酸包括具有分子式R-(C=O)O-O-M的疏水和亲水过酸,其中R为烷基,任选支链烷基,当过酸疏水时,其具有6至14个碳原子或者8至12个碳原子;当过酸亲水时,其具有小于6个碳原子或者甚至小于4个碳原子;并且M为抗衡离子,例如钠、钾或氢;
(3)过氧化氢源,例如无机过氢化合物盐,包括以下碱金属盐如钠盐:过硼酸盐(通常为一水合物或四水合物)、过碳酸盐、过硫酸盐、过磷酸盐、过硅酸盐以及它们的混合物。在本发明的一个方面,无机过氢化合物盐选自由下列物质组成的组:过硼酸钠盐、过碳酸钠盐以及它们的混合物。如果被采用,无机过氢化合物盐典型地以总组合物的0.05至40%重量或者1至30%重量的含量存在,并典型地作为可被涂敷的结晶固体掺入到这种组合物中。合适的涂层包括:无机盐如碱金属硅酸盐、碳酸盐或硼酸盐或它们的混合物,或有机物如水溶性或可分散聚合物、蜡、油或脂肪皂;和
(4)具有R-(C=O)-L的漂白活化剂,其中R为烷基,任选支链烷基,当漂白活化剂疏水时,其具有6至14个碳原子或者8至12个碳原子,当漂白活化剂亲水时,其具有小于6个碳原子或者甚至小于4个碳原子;且L为离去基团。合适的离去基团的实施例为苯甲酸及其衍生物-尤其是苯磺酸盐。合适的漂白活化剂包括十二烷酰氧基苯磺酸盐、癸酰氧基苯磺酸盐、癸酰氧基苯甲酸及其盐、3,5,5-三甲基己酰氧基苯磺酸盐、四乙酰基乙二胺(TAED)和壬酰氧基苯磺酸盐(NOBS)。合适的漂白活化剂还描述于WO 98/17767中。尽管可采用任何适宜的漂白活化剂,在本发明的一个方面中,受试清洁组合物可包含NOBS、TAED或它们的混合物。
如果存在,过酸和/或漂白活化剂通常以基于所述组合物约0.1至约10%重量,约0.5至约60%重量或者甚至约0.6至约40%重量的含量存在于所述组合物中。一种或多种疏水过酸或其前体可与一种或多种亲水过酸或其前体联合使用。
可选择过氧化氢源与过酸或漂白活化剂的量,使得可用氧(来自过氧化物源)与过酸的摩尔比为1∶1至35∶1,或者甚至2∶1至10∶1。
表面活性剂-如本发明所述的清洁组合物可包括表面活性剂或表面活性剂体系,其中所述表面活性剂可选自非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂、半极性非离子表面活性剂以及它们的混合物。如果存在的话,表面活性剂典型地以按所述受试组合物的重量计约0.1%至约60%,约1%至约50%或者甚至约5%至约40%的含量存在。
助洗剂-本发明清洁组合物可包括一种或多种洗涤剂助剂或助洗剂体系。当使用助洗剂时,受试组合物将典型地包括按所述受试组合物的重量计至少约1%,约5%至约60%或者甚至约10%至约40%的助洗剂。助洗剂包括但不限于:聚磷酸的碱金属盐、铵盐和链烷醇铵盐、碱金属硅酸盐、碱土金属和碱金属碳酸盐、硅铝酸盐助洗剂和聚羧酸盐化合物、醚羟基聚羧酸盐、马来酸酐与乙烯或乙烯基甲基醚的共聚物、1,3,5-三羟基苯-2,4,6-三磺酸、和羧甲基苹果酸、多元乙酸(如乙二胺四乙酸和氨三乙酸)以及多元羧酸(如苯六甲酸、琥珀酸、柠檬酸、氧联二琥珀酸、多元马来酸、1,3,5-三苯甲酸、羧甲基苹果酸)的各种碱金属盐、铵盐和取代铵盐、以及它们的可溶性盐。
螯合剂-本文清洁组合物可包含螯合剂。合适的螯合剂包括铜、铁和/或锰螯合剂以及它们的混合物。当使用螯合剂时,受试组合物可包括按所述受试组合物的重量计约0.005%至约15%或者甚至约3.0%至约10%的螯合剂。
染料转移抑制剂-本发明的清洁组合物还可包含一种或多种染料转移抑制剂。适宜的聚合染料转移抑制剂包括但不限于:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮聚合物、聚胺N-氧化物聚合物、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮和N-乙烯基咪唑的共聚物、聚乙烯基噁唑烷酮和聚乙烯基咪唑、或它们的混合物。当存在于受试组合物中时,染料转移抑制剂可以按所述组合物的重量计约0.0001%至约10%,约0.01%至约5%或者甚至约0.1%至约3%的含量存在。
增白剂-本发明清洁组合物也可包含可为制品着色的附加组分,如荧光增白剂。合适的荧光增白剂含量包括从约0.01%重量,约0.05%重量,约0.1%重量,或甚至约0.2%重量的较低含量至0.5%重量或甚至0.75%重量的较高含量。
分散剂-本发明的组合物还可包含分散剂。合适的水溶性有机物包括均聚或共聚酸或其盐,其中多元羧酸包含至少两个相隔不超过两个碳原子的羧基。
酶-清洁组合物可包含一种或多种酶,该酶提供清洁性能和/或织物护理有益效果。合适的酶的实施例包括但不限于:半纤维素酶,过氧化物酶、蛋白酶、纤维素酶、木聚糖酶、脂肪酶、磷脂酶、酯酶、角质酶、果胶酶、甘露聚糖酶、果胶裂解酶、角蛋白酶、还原酶、氧化酶、酚氧化酶、脂氧合酶、木素酶、支链淀粉酶、鞣酸酶、戊聚糖酶、malanases、β-葡聚糖酶、阿拉伯糖酶、透明质酸酶、软骨素酶、漆酶和淀粉酶、或它们的混合物。典型的组合是可包含例如与淀粉酶结合的蛋白酶和脂肪酶的酶组合。当存在于清洁组合物中时,上述酶可以按所述组合物的重量计约0.00001%至约2%,约0.0001%至约1%或者甚至约0.001%至约0.5%酶蛋白的含量存在。
酶稳定剂-可使用多种技术来稳定用于洗涤剂的酶。本发明使用的酶可由最终组合物中存在的钙和/或镁离子水溶性源来稳定,最终产物将这种离子提供给酶。在含水组合物包含蛋白酶的情况下,可加入可逆蛋白酶抑制剂例如硼化合物以进一步改善稳定性。
催化金属配合物-申请人的清洁组合物可包括催化金属配合物。一类含金属的漂白催化剂是这样的催化剂体系,该体系包含具有确定漂白催化活性的过渡金属阳离子,如铜阳离子、铁阳离子、钛阳离子、钌阳离子、钨阳离子、钼阳离子或锰阳离子;包含具有很低的或者没有漂白催化活性的辅助金属阳离子,如锌阳离子或铝阳离子;以及包含对于催化的和辅助的金属阳离子有确定稳定性常数的螯合剂,尤其是乙二胺四乙酸、乙二胺四(亚甲基膦酸)以及它们的水溶性盐。上述催化剂公开于U.S.4,430,243中。
如果需要,本发明组合物可借助锰化合物进行催化。上述化合物和用量是本领域熟知的,并且包括例如公开于U.S.5,576,282中的基于锰的催化剂。
可用于本发明的钴漂白催化剂为人们所知并描述于例如U.S.5,597,936、U.S.5,595,967中。这种钴催化剂容易通过已知步骤制备,例如U.S.5,597,936和U.S.5,595,967中所提出的。
本文的组合物还可适宜地包括配体的过渡金属配合物,所述配体例如bispidones(WO 05/042532 A1)和/或大多环刚性配体(简写为“MRL”)。作为实施项,而不受限制,可调节本文的组合物和方法,使得在含水洗涤介质中提供大约至少一亿分之一的活性MRL物质,并且在洗涤液体中将典型地提供为约0.005ppm至约25ppm,约0.05ppm至约10ppm,或甚至约0.1ppm至约5ppm的MRL。
本发明过渡金属漂白催化剂中合适的过渡金属包括例如锰、铁和铬。合适的MRL包括5,12-二乙基-1,5,8,12-四氮杂双环[6.6.2]十六烷。通过已知步骤易于制备合适的过渡金属MRL,例如在WO00/32601和U.S.6,225,464中所提出的。
溶剂-合适的溶剂包括水与其它溶剂如亲脂性流体。合适的亲脂性流体的实施例包括硅氧烷、其它硅氧烷、烃、二元醇醚、甘油衍生物如甘油醚、全氟胺、全氟化和氢氟醚溶剂、低挥发性无氟有机溶剂、二醇溶剂、其它对环境友好的溶剂以及它们的混合物。
制备清洁和/或处理组合物的方法
本发明的清洁和/或处理组合物可配制成任何适宜的形式并且通过配制人员所选的任何方法制备,其非限制性实施例描述于申请人实施例以及美国专利5,879,584、5,691,297、5,574,005、5,569,645、5,565,422、5,516,448、5,489,392、5,486,303中。
使用方法
本发明包括一种清洁、处理和/或遮蔽某区域(例如,表面或织物)气味的方法。所述方法包括以下步骤:任选地洗涤和/或漂洗某区域,然后将申请人的香料组合物的实施方案或包含这种组合物的消费品以未稀释的形式或稀释在洗涤液体中,与至少一部分的所述区域接触,然后任选漂洗所述区域。可使所述区域在上述漂洗步骤之前进行洗涤步骤。对本发明而言,洗涤包括但不限于擦洗和机械搅拌。如本领域的技术人员所认可的,本发明的消费品的方面理想地适用于洗涤用途。因此,本发明包括一种洗涤织物的方法。所述方法包括将待洗涤的织物与清洁洗涤溶液相接触的步骤,所述洗涤溶液包含至少一种申请人的清洁和/或处理组合物、清洁助剂或它们的混合物的实施方案。织物可包括任何能够在正常消费者使用条件下洗涤的大部分任何织物。优选地,溶液具有的pH值为约8至约10.5。所述消费品在溶液中使用的浓度可为约500ppm至约15,000ppm。水温典型地为约5℃至约90℃。水与织物的比率典型地为约1∶1至约30∶1。

实施例#7:实施例3至6的组合物被如下使用:
将每种组合物与溶剂的单独等分试样组合以得到包括约500ppm至约15,000ppm各自组合物的单独溶液。将包含衣服或硬质表面的制品与各溶液接触。当制品为衣服时,溶剂与织物的质量比率为约1∶1至约100∶1,并且溶液温度为约5℃至约90℃。然后,任选地洗涤和/或漂洗制品。所得制品的气味、外观和/或颜色被改善和/或保持。
实施例#8
香料酯的稳定性以下列方式测定。本申请中公开的香料酯的共混物可通过以相等的重量百分比混合本申请公开的香料酯原料来制备。以0.3%的含量将所得的香料加至以商品名TIDE销售的液体洗涤剂。酯降解在20℃至25℃下在储存后0和24小时时被监测,均以产品的形式和以通过将1.5g的上述液体洗涤剂加至1升的水中制得的洗涤溶液的形式。所得液体和溶液的酯含量通过标准顶空气相色谱法测定,所述方法例如在Janusz Pawliszyn“Application of SolidPhase Micro-extraction”,RS.C,第26章,第349至457页(1999)中所述。具体地讲,顶空固相微萃取(SPME)之后接着进行热解吸GC/MS分析。SPME纤维被涂有100%聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)。聚合物膜在纤维上的厚度为100-um。将样品放入20-mL用隔膜密封的顶层空间取样瓶中,并且在分析前平衡60分钟。为了取样,将纤维置于样品瓶的顶部空间,并进行吸收20分钟。然后,将注射器中的样品在240℃下注射至GC柱5分钟。用于这项工作的GC/MS体系是一种连有6890GC的5973MS,二者均得自Agilenttechnologies。PRM组分的分离通过使用涂有1-um PDMS相的60-mx250-um内径的毛细管柱完成。该香料酯显示出小于80%,小于50%,甚至小于20%的降解特性。
Claims (7)
1.一种香料组合物,所述组合物包含至少10%,优选20%,更优选30%的一种或多种香料组分,优选地所述一种或多种香料组分选自由下列物质组成的组:醚、酚、酮、醇、酯、内酯、醛、腈、天然油、席夫碱或它们的混合物,所述一种或多种香料组分具有大于0但小于或等于350道尔顿,优选100至350道尔顿,更优选130至270道尔顿,最优选140道尔顿至230道尔顿的分子量,至少80%的所述一种或多种香料组分具有至少2.4,优选2.75至8.0,更优选2.9至6.0的cLogP,所述香料组合物包含至少5%的cLogP为至少2.4的所述一种或多种香料组分,优选地所述一种或多种香料组分具有2.75至8.0的cLogP,更优选地所述一种或多种香料组分具有2.9至6.0的cLogP。
3.如前述任一项权利要求所述的香料组合物,所述组合物包含至少10%的香料组分,所述香料组分选自由表1香料组分组成的组或它们的混合物,优选地所述香料组分选自由表1香料组分1至28组成的组、以及它们的混合物。
4.如前述任一项权利要求所述的香料组合物,所述香料组合物被淀粉胶囊包封,被载入涂敷的或未涂敷的多孔载体材料,或被微胶囊包封。
5.一种消费品,所述消费品包含如前述任一项权利要求所述的香料组合物,并且优选一种可产生脂肪酸气味的物质和/或脂肪酸气味,优选一种酶分类号为3.1的酶。
6.如权利要求4所述的消费品,所述消费品包含助剂清洁或处理组合物成分。
7.一种清洁、处理和/或遮盖某区域气味的方法,所述方法包括任选地洗涤和/或漂洗所述区域,将所述区域与如前述任一项权利要求所述的组合物或消费品接触,然后任选地洗涤和/或漂洗所述区域。
