Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及用于便携式电子装置的附着与分离机构。
背景技术
近来,已经提出了这样的音频导航系统:其展现出被称为个人导航装置的紧凑且简单的导航单元的便携性以及车上导航系统的高准确度引导功能。前述音频导航系统包含音频单元和导航单元,其主体被容纳和固定在车辆的DIN开口中。该系统允许导航单元从音频单元分离。分离的导航单元包含电源,使得导航能在分离状态下进行。
日本特许公开No.2001-52473、7-156719、7-132779公开了可分离地将操作面板安装到设备主体上/从设备主体取下的过程。具体而言,公开了这样的结构,其包含:锁定元件,其用于将操作面板锁定到设备主体;臂元件,其用于在锁定元件导致的锁定状态释放时将操作面板向前推。
在上面所述的专利文件中,仅在锁定元件的锁定状态被释放时,臂元件将按压力施加到操作面板以便向前推动附着与分离机构。由于操作面板用锁定元件简单固定到装置设备,在安装状态下,其可能被引入摇晃的状态。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于便携式电子装置的附着与分离机构,其保证将可分离的便携式电子装置固定到设备主体。
根据本发明,用于可分离地将便携式电子装置装在设备主体中的便携式电子装置用附着与分离机构包含:按压元件,其设置在设备主体上,用于将安装在设备主体中的便携式电子装置向着与设备主体相反的方向按压;固定元件,其与被按压元件按压的便携式电子装置接合,以便将便携式电子装置固定到设备主体。
在上述结构中,即使在接合状态下,便携式电子装置可被不断地按压为紧贴设备主体。这使得将便携式电子装置稳固地安装到设备主体成为可能。
根据本发明,按压元件包含:轴部,其作为旋转中心轴;臂部,其被附着到轴部。当固定元件从便携式电子装置脱离时,轴部转动,以便允许臂部向着与设备主体相反的方向按压便携式电子装置。
在前述结构中,在旋转的同时,按压元件的臂部在与设备主体相反的方向上按压便携式电子装置。这使得缩减用于附着与分离机构的安装空间成为可能。
本发明确保了便携式电子装置能被固定到设备主体。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图介绍本发明的优选实施例。
图1A与1B各自示出了音频导航系统1的结构。图1A示出了导航单元200被附着到前面板150的状态。图1B示出了导航单元200从前面板150分离的状态。
如图1A与1B所示,音频导航系统1包含安装在车辆上的音频单元100以及可分离地安装在音频单元100中的导航单元200。导航单元200和音频单元100由连接器部分160连接。
导航单元200与音频单元100的前面板150密接配合,并可从音频单元100移除以便如图1B所示地单独使用。除导航单元200之外,音频单元100的前面板150具有显示部分以及用于操作音频单元100的操作部分。
图2A与2B各自示出了用于附着前面板150(导航单元与之密接配合)的安装部分140的结构。图2A与2B各自示出了从不同角度观看的前面板150的状态。
被形成为凹陷形状以便允许安装导航单元200的安装部分140具有连接器部分160、钩元件170、释放销钉180、凸起部分190。
连接器部分160用于将音频单元100与导航单元200电气耦合。音频单元100和导航单元200用控制线以及多个信号线(例如电源线)电气耦合。连接器部分160包含音频单元侧的连接器以及导航单元侧的连接器,其将被连接、以便耦合前述多个信号线。
如图2A所示,两个钩元件170在安装部分140的一端被对准。当导航单元200被安装在前面板150上时,钩元件170钩住导航单元200的锁定部分210,使得导航单元200被固定到前面板150。图3A示出了钩元件170与锁定部分210接合以固定便携式电子装置的状态。当设置在前面板150上的移动开关(未示出)被按压时,钩元件170被转动,于是,从锁定部分210移开。
释放销钉180被设置在前面板150的空闲空间130中。空闲空间130在前面板150上制造,用于容纳安装部分140,以便安装导航单元200。释放销钉180被设置在空闲空间130中。
释放销钉180采用弹簧的推动力向着与前面板150相反的方向(该方向将被称为前方)按压安装在前面板150中的导航单元200。
在导航单元200被如图3A所示地安装的状态下,释放销钉180按压导航单元200,以便用前面板150上的钩元件170固定便携式电子装置。由于在安装时导航单元200被不断地按压为紧贴前面板150,导航单元200不被引入摇晃状态,并可被稳固地固定到前面板150。
当如图3B所示钩元件170从锁定部分210脱离时,导航单元200在释放销钉180的按压力下被向前推动。这使得可以将与前面板150密接配合的导航单元200从之分离。
图4A示出了释放销钉180的结构。释放销钉180包含:圆柱形轴部181,其作为旋转轴;臂部182,其被附着到轴部181,在轴部181旋转的同时按压导航单元200。臂部182具有如图4A所示的弓状形状,其随着轴部181的旋转向前按压导航单元200。臂部182的弓状形状可减小臂部182的可动范围,由此使得释放销钉180能被设置在小的空间中。
图4B为释放销钉180的顶视图。在释放销钉180的上部形成从轴部181向臂部182延伸的槽183,使得弹簧与槽183密接配合。当导航单元200被附着到前面板150时,臂部182旋转,以便允许弹簧的推动力作用在臂部182上。当钩元件170从锁定部分210脱离时,结果得到的弹簧力旋转轴部181和臂部182,从而向前按压导航单元200。
如图2B所示,在前面板安装部分140的与钩元件170以及释放销钉180相反的一端上形成凸起部分190。凸起部分190与在导航单元200中形成的凹下部分220密接配合,将导航单元200的另一端固定到前面板150。
当钩元件170从锁定部分210脱离且释放销钉180向前按压导航单元200时,导航单元200绕着作为支撑点的凸起部分190转动,如图3B所示。
本实施例允许导航单元200被不断地按压为紧贴音频单元100,即使是在接合状态下。这使得将导航单元200稳固地固定到音频单元100成为可能。
释放销钉180的臂部182具有弓状形状以向着与音频单元100相反的方向按压导航单元200,因此缩小了用于包含臂部与钩部在内的附着与分离机构的空间。这使得减小具有附着与分离机构的设备主体的尺寸(厚度)成为可能。
本发明不限于上面详细介绍的本发明优选实施例,在本发明的精神与范围内,可做出多种修改和改变。

Claims (2)

1.一种用于将便携式电子装置可分离地安装到设备主体中的便携式电子装置用附着与分离机构,其包含:
按压元件,其被设置在所述设备主体上,用于将被安装在所述设备主体中的所述便携式电子装置向着与所述设备主体相反的方向按压;以及
固定元件,其与由所述按压元件按压的所述便携式电子装置接合,以便将所述便携式电子装置固定到所述设备主体。
2.根据权利要求1的便携式电子装置用附着与分离机构,其中:
所述按压元件包含轴部和臂部,所述轴部作为旋转中心轴,所述臂部被附着到所述轴部;且
当使所述固定元件从所述便携式电子装置脱离时,所述轴部转动,以便允许所述臂部向着与所述设备主体相反的方向按压所述便携式电子装置。
