Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种将产品包装在塑料薄膜中的包装机,该包装机装备有独立的切割焊接杆。
背景技术
现有技术的在塑料薄膜内部的产品的包装机装备有“L”形焊接框架,该框架带有两个用于焊接切割薄膜的杆,该两个杆相对于塑料薄膜的供给方向分别是横向的和纵向的,且该两个杆是相互一体的,像附图1显示的和下面描述的那样。这种机械具有如下的问题:为了保证焊接切割杆与它们的邻接杆的完美接触,需要允许塑料薄膜的完全的切割和焊接,特别需要精确的装配和设置。
在市场上存在其它自动包装机,被称作连续头焊接机(continuoushead welding machines)。因为它们装备有在相对于薄膜滑动的纵向侧面上布置的焊接切割头,所以,它们不同于带有具有“L”形框架的切割焊接杆的其它机械。这种头通常由切割和焊接塑料薄膜的热滚筒组成,或者由小的热叶片组成,这种头还作为一对剪刀放置。这些系统的设置是非常复杂和昂贵的,并且不能够保证在长时间的操作循环期间提供任何连续和优良的操作。这部分地是由于炭化在热焊接叶片上的塑料薄膜的残余污物的原因。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是通过提供一种装备有独立的切割焊接杆的包装机来解决以上现有技术的问题,所述切割焊接杆保证与它们的下部的邻接杆完美的接触,不要求现有技术装配和设置的精确水平。

具体实施方式
参考图1,可以注意到已知包装机的焊接切割框架10:这种框架基本上形成“L”形。横向焊接切割杆11一体地连接到纵向焊接切割杆13。框架10铰接到下部邻接框架14。横向切割焊接杆11通常由已知的机械运动和系统16驱动(actuate)。在一些情况下,焊接杆相对下部邻接框架14的上下运动由电动发动机或气动活塞15驱动。
在图2中可以注意到,当包装混杂的产品时,相同的产品21被插入到单面弯曲(single-bent)的塑料薄膜23中,该单面弯曲(single-bent)的塑料薄膜23通过传送带推进而停在焊接切割区域。焊接杆11、13(或者薄膜的“L”形焊接切割框架10)自动下降,根据横向Tt和纵向Tl切割线在两个侧面围绕产品21焊接和切割薄膜。

Claims (15)

6.根据权利要求1所述的包装机(30),其特征在于,所述第一活塞(34)被气动操作。
7.根据权利要求1所述的包装机(30),其特征在于,所述第二活塞(35)被气动操作。
8.根据权利要求4所述的包装机(30),其特征在于,所述第三活塞(36)被气动操作。
9.根据权利要求5所述的包装机(30),其特征在于,所述第四活塞被气动操作。
10.根据权利要求1所述的包装机(30),其特征在于,该包装机(30)还装备有两个所述第一活塞(34)。
11.根据权利要求1所述的包装机(30),其特征在于,该包装机(30)还装备有两个所述第二活塞(35)。
12.根据权利要求4所述的包装机(30),其特征在于,该包装机(30)还装备有两个所述第三活塞(36)。
13.根据权利要求5所述的包装机(30),其特征在于,该包装机(30)还装备有两个所述第四活塞。
14.根据前述权利要求的任一项所述的包装机(30),其特征在于,所述控制管理装置适于控制和编排所述第三活塞(36)和/或第四活塞的操作。
15.根据前述权利要求的任一项所述的包装机(30),其特征在于,所述横向切割焊接杆(33)包括第一切割焊接部(33a)和第二焊接部(33b),所述第一切割焊接部(33a)具有基本上“V”形的部分,所述第二焊接部(33b)适于获得小的焊接板(51),该焊接板(51)不切割、位于在围绕产品(55)被切割焊接杆(31、33)执行的横向切割Tt和纵向切割T1之间的塑料薄膜(53)的角旁的塑料薄膜(53)上。
