背景技术

发明内容

图1和2中示出本发明的表面清洁设备10的实施例。在一些实施例中，表面清洁设备10可构造成收集颗粒物质。例如，如图1中示出的，表面清洁设备10可以是立式真空吸尘器。在其它实施例中，表面清洁设备10可以是另一种类型的收集颗粒物质的表面清洁设备，例如手提式真空吸尘器、卧式真空吸尘器、杆式真空吸尘器、背包式真空吸尘器、地毯抽洗机等。替代地，表面清洁设备10可构造成收集液体。例如，如图2中示出的，表面清洁设备10可以是shop-vac或湿/干式真空吸尘器。

在一些实施例中，马达20提供的抽吸可用于帮助将衬里袋62维持在适当位置。例如，参考图3B，旋风器室22的上部处(即，邻近旋风器入口处)的压力将低于室30中的压力。因此，为了帮助将衬里袋62维持在室30的内表面49附近，可设置一个或更多个真空管路66。在示出的实施例中，真空管路66从旋风器室22延伸到空隙腔68，该空隙腔被限定为衬里袋62和室30的内壁49之间的空间。优选地，真空管路66的出口70布置在旋风器室22的入口附近(或作为该入口的一部分)。优选地，真空管路66的入口端72设置在多个位置中，优选地邻近室30的底壁48。空气从入口端72到出口端70的流动将有助于将衬里袋62固定在适当位置。应当理解，衬里袋可与真空吸尘器的任何方面一起使用。
在使用中，用户可通过打开室30或通过从设备10拆下室30而接近室30的腔31。然后，用户可把衬里袋62放置在室30中，并且将室30放回到操作位置。分隔板可从室30的上部延伸。因此，用户可将衬里袋62放置在室30中使得衬里袋沿侧壁46和底壁48处的内表面49延伸，而不会受到分隔板的干涉。然后，用户可通过接合马达20并使构件12在一表面上通过来操作设备10。在构件12在该表面上通过时，流体将从脏流体入口14被传送到旋风器23中，经过分隔板74，并进入布置在室30中的衬里62。在操作设备时，物质将聚集在衬里62中。当设备10的操作停止时，用户可再次接近室30的腔31并从室30拆下衬里62(而不是将室30搬到容器或在将室30搬到容器之后)。然后，用户可以可选地收拢衬里袋62的上部65，并且例如通过在上部65中打结而密封衬里袋62。然后，用户可处置衬里袋62，并且可选地将新的衬里袋放置在室30中。
应当理解，为了清楚起见而在单独的实施例中或单独的方面中描述的本发明的某些特征也可以组合地设置在单个实施例中。相反，为了简洁起见而在单个实施例或方面中描述的本发明的各种特征也可单独地或者以任何合适的子组合的形式设置。

Claims (22)

1.一种表面清洁设备，包括：
(a)具有脏流体入口的构件；
(b)流体流动路径，所述流体流动路径从所述脏流体入口延伸到所述表面清洁设备的清洁空气出口，并且包括抽吸马达；
(c)至少一个旋风器，所述至少一个旋风器布置在所述流体流动路径中，并且具有至少一个物质出口和与所述物质出口关联的分隔板；
(d)物质收集室，所述物质收集室与所述至少一个旋风器流动连通；和
(e)衬里袋保持构件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的表面清洁设备，还包括衬里袋，所述衬里袋布置在所述物质收集室中。
3.根据权利要求1-2的任一权利要求所述的表面清洁设备，其中所述分隔板安装到所述物质收集室的一顶壁。
4.根据权利要求1-2的任一权利要求所述的表面清洁设备，其中所述分隔板安装到所述物质收集室的一侧壁的上部。
5.根据权利要求1-4的任一权利要求所述的表面清洁设备，其中所述物质收集室布置在所述物质出口下方。
6.根据权利要求1-5的任一权利要求所述的表面清洁设备，其中所述分隔板布置在所述物质出口中。
7.根据权利要求1-6的任一权利要求所述的表面清洁设备，还包括真空管路，所述真空管路的一个端部与设置在所述物质收集室的内表面之间的空间流体流动连通，并且所述真空管路的另一端部在所述抽吸马达上游的一部位处与所述流体流动路径流体流动连通。
8.根据权利要求1-7的任一权利要求所述的表面清洁设备，其中所述物质收集室相对于所述至少一个旋风器可移动。
9.根据权利要求8所述的表面清洁设备，其中所述物质收集室能够从所述至少一个旋风器拆下。
10.一种表面清洁设备，包括：
(a)具有脏流体入口的构件；
(b)流体流动路径，所述流体流动路径从所述脏流体入口延伸到所述表面清洁设备的清洁空气出口，并且包括抽吸马达；
(c)至少一个旋风器，所述至少一个旋风器布置在所述流体流动路径中，并且具有至少一个物质出口和与所述物质出口关联的分隔板；
(d)物质收集室，所述物质收集室与所述至少一个旋风器流动连通；和
(e)衬里袋，所述衬里袋可以以可拆卸的方式布置在所述物质收集室中。
11.根据权利要求10所述的表面清洁设备，其中所述分隔板安装到所述物质收集室的顶壁。
12.根据权利要求10所述的表面清洁设备，其中所述分隔板安装到所述物质收集室的侧壁的上部。
13.根据权利要求10-12的任一权利要求所述的表面清洁设备，其中所述物质收集室布置在所述物质出口下方。
14.根据权利要求10-13的任一权利要求所述的表面清洁设备，其中所述分隔板布置在所述物质出口中。
15.根据权利要求10-14的任一权利要求所述的表面清洁设备，还包括真空管路，所述真空管路的一个端部与设置在所述物质收集室的内表面之间的空间流体流动连通，并且所述真空管路的另一端部在所述抽吸马达上游一部位处与所述流体流动路径流体流动连通。
16.根据权利要求10-15的任一权利要求所述的表面清洁设备，其中所述物质收集室相对于所述至少一个旋风器可移动。
17.根据权利要求16所述的表面清洁设备，其中所述物质收集室能够从所述至少一个旋风器拆下。
18.一种用来使用表面清洁设备来清洁表面的方法，包括：
(a)将衬里放置在物质收集室中；
(b)操作所述表面清洁设备，包括：
i.使具有脏流体入口的构件在表面上方通过；
ii.将流体从所述脏流体入口传送到具有物质出口的旋风分离器，并且将物质从所述旋风分离器经过分隔板传送到布置在所述物质收集室中的所述衬里；
iii.收集布置在所述物质收集室中的所述衬里内的物质；和
(c)停止所述表面清洁设备的操作。
19.根据权利要求18所述的方法，其中所述分隔板与所述旋风器室的所述物质出口关联，并且所述方法还包括打开所述物质收集室的至少一部分，并拆下所述衬里。
20.根据权利要求18所述的方法，其中所述分隔板与所述旋风器室的所述物质出口关联，并且所述方法还包括从所述表面清洁设备拆下所述物质收集室的至少一部分，并拆下所述衬里。
21.根据权利要求18所述的方法，其中所述分隔板在所述旋风器室的所述物质出口下方布置在所述物质收集室中，并且所述方法还包括从所述表面清洁设备拆下所述物质收集室的至少一部分并且拆下所述衬里，同时将所述分隔板和所述表面清洁设备保持在一起。
22.根据权利要求18所述的方法，还包括处置已用过的衬里。
