技术领域
本发明涉及表面清洁设备，诸如真空吸尘器、湿/干真空吸尘器和地毯抽洗机。更具体地，本发明涉及这样的表面清洁设备，该表面清洁设备包括具有可拆卸的衬里的室。
背景技术

发明内容

具体实施方式
图1和2中示出本发明的表面清洁设备10的实施例。在一些实施例中，表面清洁设备10可构造成收集颗粒物质。例如，如图1中示出的，表面清洁设备10可以是立式真空吸尘器。在其它实施例中，表面清洁设备10可以是另一种类型的收集颗粒物质的表面清洁设备，例如手提式真空吸尘器、卧式真空吸尘器、杆式真空吸尘器、背包式真空吸尘器、地毯抽洗机等。替代地，表面清洁设备10可构造成收集液体。例如，如图2中示出的，表面清洁设备10可以是shop-vac或湿/干式真空吸尘器。

在一些实施例中，马达20提供的抽吸可用于帮助将衬里袋62维持在适当位置。例如，参考图3B-3D，旋风器室22的上部(即，旋风器入口附近)处和旋风器室下游的流体流动路径的部分处的压力将低于室30中的压力。因此，为了帮助将衬里袋62维持在室30的内表面49附近，可设置一个或更多个真空管路66。在图3B示出的实施例中，真空管路66从旋风器室22延伸到空隙腔68，该空隙腔被限定为衬里袋62和室30的内壁49之间的空间。在这个实施例中，真空管路66的出口70布置在旋风器室22的入口附近(或作为该入口的一部分)。在其它实施例中，真空管路可从旋风器室22下游且马达20上游的一点延伸到空隙腔68。例如，在图3C的实施例中，真空管路从包括过滤器32的第二空气清洁单元延伸到空隙腔68。在又一些其它实施例中，真空管路可从所有空气清洁单元下游且马达20上游的一点延伸，如图3D中示出的。优选地，真空管路66的入口端72设置在多个位置中，优选地邻近室30的底壁48。空气从入口端72到出口端70的流动将有助于将衬里袋62固定在适当位置。应当理解，衬里袋可与真空吸尘器的任何方面一起使用。
在一些实施例中，真空管路66选择性地与流体流动路径以流动连通的方式连接。例如，阀82可以与真空管路关联，并且可以在真空管路打开的第一位置和该管路关闭或部分关闭的第二位置之间可移动。阀82在用户选择不使用衬里袋的情况下是有用的。在这种情况下，用户可使用阀82来关闭真空管路，使得进入物质收集室30的物质不能进入真空管路。
在一些实施例中，阀82可由用户手动操作。例如，参考图12A和12B(其中箭头A表示空气流的方向)，阀82可以是旋塞式阀，并且可包括控制器84，该控制器可由用户从图12A中示出的打开位置致动到图12B中示出的关闭位置。替代地，阀82可以是可移动的板，该可移动的板被设置用来覆盖在管路66在收集室中的一个或多个开口上。
在其它实施例中，阀82可以被自动操作。例如，参考图13A和13B，当液体或流体进入真空管路66时阀82可自动关闭。在这种实施例中，阀82可包括浮球86，该浮球当流体进入真空管路66时被向上推到入口88中，使得入口88被堵塞且液体或流体不能从其通过。例如，可选择浮球86使得该浮球当空气流过入口88时将不关闭入口88，但在入口88中有水的情况下将关闭入口88。替代地，可选择浮球86使得它将仅仅在有连续的空气流通过入口88(例如，衬里不处于适当位置)的情况下关闭入口88，但在较弱的空气流通过入口88或没有空气流(例如，衬里处于适当位置)的情况下将不关闭入口88。
在使用中，用户可选择在物质收集室30中具有衬里袋62的情况下或在物质收集室30中没有衬里袋62的情况下操作表面清洁设备10。
如果用户选择在有衬里袋62的情况下操作设备10，则通过打开室30或通过从设备10拆下室30，用户可接近室30的腔31。然后，用户可把衬里袋62放置在室30中，并且将室30放回到操作位置。然后，例如通过致动阀82(如果阀是手动操作的)，用户可确保真空管路66打开。例如，阀可通过表面清洁设备的外壳上的旋钮、杆或类似物被操作并且可在标记为“有袋”和“无袋”的两个位置之间移动。应当理解，阀82可由电动机驱动并且电子控制可用于打开和关闭该阀。表面清洁设备也可具有探测器(例如，当袋适当定位时被阻止的电接触件)以确定袋何时处于适当位置，并且当袋处于适当位置时打开阀，且当没有探测到袋时关闭阀82。
如果用户选择在没有衬里袋62的情况下操作设备10，则用户可在操作表面清洁设备之前或在表面清洁设备的操作期间关闭真空管路66(如果阀82是手动操作的)。真空管路66可手动关闭，或者可以响应于通过真空管路66的流体流动自动关闭。
用户可通过接合马达20并使构件12在一表面上通过来操作设备10。在构件12通过该表面上方时，流体将从脏流体入口14被传送到旋风器23中，经过分隔板74，进入室30，该室30可以包含或不包含衬里袋62。在设备操作时，物质将聚集在室30中。当设备10的操作断开时，用户可再次接近室30的腔31，并清空腔31。如果室30包含衬里62，则用户可从室30拆下衬里62(而不是将室30搬到容器或者在将室30搬到容器之后)。然后，用户可以可选地收拢衬里袋62的上部65，并且例如通过在上部65中打结而密封衬里袋62。然后，用户可处置衬里袋62，并且可任选地将新的衬里袋放置在室30中。
应当理解，为了清楚起见而在单独的实施例中或单独的方面中描述的本发明的某些特征也可以组合地设置在单个实施例中。相反，为了简洁起见而在单个实施例或方面中描述的本发明的各种特征也可单独地或者以任何合适的子组合的形式设置。例如，真空管路和阀可与任何收集室用于可使用衬里的表面清洁设备。

Claims (21)

1.一种表面清洁设备，包括：
(a)具有脏流体入口的构件；
(b)流体流动路径，所述流体流动路径从所述脏流体入口延伸到所述表面清洁设备的清洁空气出口，并且包括抽吸马达；
(c)包括旋风清洁级的至少第一空气清洁单元，所述至少第一空气清洁单元布置在所述流体流动路径中；
(d)物质收集室，所述物质收集室与所述至少一个旋风器流动连通，并且适于容纳衬里袋；
(e)真空管路，所述真空管路在所述流体流动路径和所述物质收集室的内部之间延伸，并且能够与所述流体流动路径以流动连通的方式连接；和
(f)阀，所述阀与所述真空管路关联，并且能够在所述真空管路打开的第一位置和所述真空管路关闭的第二位置之间移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的表面清洁设备，其中所述阀能够由用户手动操作。
3.根据权利要求1-2的任一权利要求所述的表面清洁设备，其中，当流体进入所述真空管路时，所述阀自动关闭所述真空管路。
4.根据权利要求1-3的任一权利要求所述的表面清洁设备，其中，当液体进入所述真空管路时，所述阀自动关闭所述真空管路。
5.根据权利要求4所述的表面清洁设备，其中所述阀包括浮阀。
6.根据权利要求1-6的任一权利要求所述的表面清洁设备，其中，所述真空管路的一个端部与位于所述至少一个旋风器的下游且所述抽吸马达的上游的所述流体流动路径接合。
7.根据权利要求6所述的表面清洁设备，其中所述真空管路的所述一个端部与位于所有空气清洁单元的下游且所述抽吸马达的上游的所述流体流动路径接合。
8.根据权利要求7所述的表面清洁设备，还包括第二空气清洁级，所述第二空气清洁级包括过滤器。
9.一种表面清洁设备，包括：
(a)具有脏流体入口的构件；
(b)流体流动路径，所述流体流动路径从所述脏流体入口延伸到所述表面清洁设备的清洁空气出口，并且包括抽吸马达；
(c)包括旋风清洁级的至少第一空气清洁单元，所述至少第一空气清洁单元布置在所述流体流动路径中；
(d)物质收集室，所述物质收集室的内部与所述至少一个旋风器流动连通，并且适于容纳衬里袋；和
(e)真空管路，所述真空管路的一个端部与位于所述至少一个旋风器的下游的所述流体流动路径接合，所述真空管路的第二端部连接到所述物质收集室的所述内部。
10.根据权利要求9所述的表面清洁设备，其中所述真空管路的所述一个端部与位于所有空气清洁单元的下游且所述抽吸马达的上游的所述流体流动路径接合。
11.根据权利要求9-10的任一权利要求所述的表面清洁设备，还包括第二空气清洁级，所述第二空气清洁级包括过滤器。
12.根据权利要求9-11的任一权利要求所述的表面清洁设备，其中所述真空管路选择性地与所述流体流动路径以流动连通的方式连接。
13.根据权利要求9-12的任一权利要求所述的表面清洁设备，还包括阀，所述阀与所述真空管路关联并且能够在所述真空管路打开的第一位置和所述真空管路关闭的第二位置之间移动。
14.根据权利要求13所述的表面清洁设备，其中所述阀能够由用户手动操作。
15.根据权利要求13所述的表面清洁设备，其中，当流体进入所述真空管路时，所述阀自动关闭所述真空管路。
16.根据权利要求13所述的表面清洁设备，其中，当液体进入所述真空管路时，所述阀自动关闭所述真空管路。
17.根据权利要求16所述的表面清洁设备，其中所述阀包括浮阀。
18.根据权利要求9-17的任一权利要求所述的表面清洁设备，还包括衬里袋，所述衬里袋以可拆卸的方式布置在所述物质收集室中。
19.一种用来使用表面清洁设备来清洁表面的方法，包括：
(a)操作所述表面清洁设备，包括：
i.使具有脏流体入口的构件通过表面上方；
ii.将流体从所述脏流体入口传送到具有物质出口的旋风器分离器，并且将物质从所述旋风器分离器经过分隔板传送到布置在所述物质收集室中的衬里；
iii.收集布置在所述物质收集室中的所述衬里内的物质；和
(b)当衬里没有布置在所述物质收集室中时，关闭连接到所述物质收集室的真空管路。
20.根据权利要求19所述的方法，还包括手动关闭所述真空管路。
21.根据权利要求19所述的方法，还包括响应于通过所述真空管路的流体流动自动关闭所述真空管路。
