Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及用于一次性制品或衣物的环加钩型扣件的环形材料(loop material)。 
背景技术
在消费者及工业应用中使用钩加环扣件(hook and loop typefastener,尼龙搭扣)的装置是众所周知的。这种应用的例子包括一次性卫生吸收制品(如尿布)、一次性衣物(如手术服)等。 
一般来说,钩加环扣件装置包括钩部件和环部件。钩部件包括固着于基材的多个钩形构件。环部件包括从支撑材料中向外突出的多个竖立的环构件。为了在其间提供牢固的机械结合,钩型构件设计成能够咬合环构件。钩构件和环构件通常可以反复咬合及脱离。 
然而,当打算把钩加环扣件装置用于一次性卫生吸收制品或一次性衣物时,对于有限次数的应用来说,希望获得能充分地提供可再封闭的机械闭合体的低成本环部件。一次性制品的环部件无需具备能长期反复地与钩部件咬合及脱离的性能,因为这种制品只有很短的使用期限。然而,与钩部件共同使用的环部件应该能提供相对高的剥离强度和相对高的剪切强度,即,对于有限次数的使用周期来说,它应该能够确保闭合。 
现有多种环形材料可供使用。典型的环形材料包括编织或非织造织物,层压到用于支撑的薄膜层上。在尿布生产线上加工这些环形材料的方式通常是,展开材料卷;在环形材料的背膜面上施加粘合剂;把材料提供到打孔的金属筒上,该打孔金属筒利用真空吸力把材料保持支撑在筒上的时候将其切割成条带;并把条带施加到通过尿布生产流水线并行提供的尿布背面材料上。 
聚丙烯用于生产尿布应用中的非织造材料是优选的,因为其成本相对较低,手感柔软,来源广泛,且易于加工。对于非织造环形材料来说,期望能够排除使用膜支撑层,以进一步降低成本,并提高环形材料的柔软度和弹性。 
然而,已经遇到的一些问题限制了非织造物作为环形紧扣材料的用途。这些问题将要依次讨论。 
典型的非织造材料过于透气。在现有典型尿布生产线的真空筒上进行的条带切割操作期间,这种高透气度的材料不能被有效地保持在适当的位置上。为了使用这种高透气的材料,需要对真空筒及相关设备进行大规模的改造。 
基于聚丙烯的典型非织造物容易压缩。当把非织造环形材料绕成卷并储存一段时间时,环形区可能会被永久性地压缩。当展开非织造环形材料卷、在尿布生产线上进行加工、以及切割片断并使之附着于尿布背面上时,环形可能会非常平坦,以至于不再适合作为有效的紧扣材料。 
非织造纤维及长丝必须粘结在一起以共同确保结构,以及留出非粘结纤维或环形区,以用于紧扣对应的钩。如果非织造物平面区域上粘结在一起的百分比不足,则当解开扣件时,由于钩的回返,非织造纤维可能会很容易地从结构中拉出。如果非织造物平面区域上粘结在一起的百分比过高,则可供与钩咬合之用的环形纤维不足,紧扣性能就太低。此外,粘结模式对与钩咬合的难易程度有很大影响,因此对紧扣性能也有很大影响。 
需要使用低成本的非织造物用作环形紧扣材料,用于诸如尿布等卫生应用领域当中,克服上述的问题。 
发明内容
一种用于钩加环型扣件的环形材料,为复合非织造物。该复合非织造物由环形层、支撑层、和多个粘结区构成。环形层可以是热塑性卷曲短纤维的梳理非织造物。短纤维的分特值(dTEX)可在1.5至6.0之间。环形层的基重可以在10至35g/m2之间。支撑层可以是基重为5至30g/m2的纺粘或熔纺非织造物。环形层可以与支撑层面对面地叠加。多个粘结区使环形层与支撑层结合,并且使所述粘结区基本上不透气。粘结区占环形材料表面面积的35至55%。

参考附图,其中相同的附图标记代表相同的元件,图1中显示了非织造复合物10的一个实施方案。非织造复合物10包括环形层12、支撑层14、和多个粘结区16。以下将更详细地讨论这些元件的每一种。 
非织造复合物10拟作为用于一次性制品/衣物的钩加环型扣件(未显示)的环形部件。一次性制品/衣物包括一次性卫生吸收制品(如尿布)和一次性衣物(如手术服)。一次性通常是指单次使用的。

当粘结区16为线条或波浪形时,环形长度为粘结区之间的距离。环形材料上的环形长度可以是相等或基本上相等的。纵向上的环形长度可以为1-4mm或2-3mm。环形高度是支撑层14与环形层12最上部之间的距离。环形高度在各非粘结区之间基本相等。 
按如下方式制造复合非织造物10,参见图5:通过由热塑性树脂挤出长丝形成熔纺或纺粘的第一织物20。然后,通过压延加固该织物。通过梳理卷曲短纤维制备出第二织物22,不加固所制备的织物。然后,叠加这两个织物(即,面对面)。使由这两个叠加织物所得到的织物通过热压延机24(辊26例如为压花辊,辊28例如为平滑辊),从而实现以下的效果:通过在多个区域上粘结卷曲短纤维加固梳理织物,顺着多个粘结区使两织物结合在一起。在压延过程中,在制造非织造物的热塑性聚合物的熔点或熔点附近发生织物的粘结。重要的是,处理过程的温度和压力应足以使织物适当地粘结在一起。此后,卷起30复合非织造物。 
实施例
180度剥离测试结果的比较 
对于按本发明的具有相对低粘结面积百分比和粘结模式制备的复合非织造物,比较180度剥离的结果。剥离测试的进行使用明尼苏达州伊甸草原市的MTS系统公司(Systems Corporation,Eden Prairie,MN)的型号为MTC Alliance RT/5的拉伸试验机。 
采用下述的粘结模式,制备每个复合非织造物的主卷,然后,切分成卷,并以相同的张力水平卷绕起来。然后,把每种粘结模式的一个切分卷储存两周以上。然后,在每个卷内类似的位置上采样,并进行180度剥离测试,参见图6。 
180°剥离强度测试包括使钩加环紧扣系统的钩部件附接到环形部件上,然后,以180°角从环形部件上剥离钩部件。以牛顿为单位记录使两部件脱离所需的最大负荷。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于钩加环型扣件的环形材料,其包括复合非织造物,该复合非织造物由以下组成:
由热塑性卷曲短纤维的梳理非织造物构成的环形层,所述短纤维的分特值(dTEX)在1.5至6.0之间,且所述梳理非织造物的基重在10至35g/m2之间;
由基重为5至30g/m2的纺粘或熔纺非织造物构成的支撑层,所述环形层与所述支撑层面对面地叠加;和
使所述环形层与所述支撑层结合并使所述粘结区基本上不透气的多个粘结区,所述粘结区占环形材料表面面积的35至55%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环形材料,其中,所述复合非织造物的透气度不超过1500l/m2/s。
3.根据权利要求2所述的环形材料,其中,所述复合非织造物的透气度范围是800至1300l/m2/s。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环形材料,其中,所述粘结区为连续或不连续的线条或波浪形。
5.根据权利要求4所述的环形材料,其中,所述粘结区沿加工方向的横向延伸。
6.根据权利要求1所述的环形材料,其中,所述粘结区的高度小于所述支撑层的高度。
7.根据权利要求1所述的环形材料,其中,基本上不透气是,所述粘结区的透气度不大于非粘结区透气度的5%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的环形材料,其中,在所述粘结区之间的所述环形层上形成多个环形,所述环形远离所述支撑层伸展到基本上相同的高度。
9.根据权利要求1所述的环形材料,其中,环形长度为粘结区之间的距离,并且所述环形长度的范围是1-4mm。
10.一种用于钩加环型扣件的环形材料,其包括复合非织造物,该复合非织造物由以下组成:
由聚丙烯卷曲短纤维的梳理非织造物构成的环形层,所述短纤维的分特值(dTEX)在1.5至6.0之间,且所述梳理非织造物的基重在10至35g/m2之间;
由基重为5至30g/m2的聚丙烯纺粘或熔纺非织造物构成的支撑层,所述环形层与所述支撑层面对面地叠加;和
使所述环形层与所述支撑层结合并使所述粘结区基本上不透气的多个粘结区,所述粘结区占环形材料表面面积的35至55%,沿加工方向的横向延伸,并且所述粘结区之间的距离范围是1-4mm;
所述复合非织造物的透气度不超过1500l/m2/s。
