Claims (20)
1、一种涂敷组件,包括:
歧管,其被配置为可操作地与至少第一和第二组分源接合,所述歧管包括通过其中的至少第一和第二组分通道;
细长轴,其从所述歧管向远侧延伸,所述细长轴包括沿其长度延伸的至少第一和第二组分腔,所述第一和第二组分通道与所述第一和第二组分通道处于液体连通;
喷嘴组件,其限定第一腔室、中间腔室和最终腔室,其中所述第一腔室被配置为容纳所述细长轴的远端,所述第二腔室被配置为容纳插入物,并且所述最终腔室被配置为在混合物从限定在所述喷嘴组件的远端上的出口被喷出之前容纳至少部分地混合的至少第一和第二组分。
2、根据权利要求1所述的涂敷组件,其中所述细长轴包括沿其长度延伸的挠性线。
3、根据权利要求1所述的涂敷组件,其中所述歧管和细长部件整体地形成。
4、根据权利要求1所述的涂敷组件,其中所述中间腔室包括用于使所述插入物与所述腔室的壁保持间隔关系的肋。
5、根据权利要求1所述的涂敷组件,其中所述出口被配置作为从所述尖嘴组件喷出所述混合物的喷雾器。
6、根据权利要求1所述的涂敷组件,进一步包括形成在所述中间腔室和所述最终腔室之间的至少第一槽,所述至少第一槽被配置沿径向向内引导所述至少第一和第二组分。
7、根据权利要求6所述的涂敷组件,包括三个或更多的槽。
8、根据权利要求6所述的涂敷组件,其中所述至少第一槽被配置为在所述最终腔室内使所述至少第一和第二组分混合。
9、根据权利要求1所述的涂敷组件,其中所述插入物包括被配置为容纳在所述中间腔室中的实质的圆柱体。
10、根据权利要求9所述的涂敷组件,其中所述插入物包括形成在其至少第一端中的凹部。
11、根据权利要求10所述的涂敷组件,其中所述凹部实质上为半球状。
12、根据权利要求1所述的涂敷组件,其中所述第一和第二组分通道延伸至相应的所述第一和第二组分腔。
13、根据权利要求1所述的涂敷组件,其中所述细长轴由硅树脂组成。
14、根据权利要求1所述的涂敷组件,其中所述细长轴是挠性的。
15、根据权利要求1所述的涂敷组件,其中所述插入物由硅树脂组成。
16、根据权利要求1所述的涂敷组件,其中所述喷嘴组件由硅树脂组成。
17、根据权利要求1所述的涂敷组件,其中所述喷嘴组件被配置为在运行期间弯曲。
18、根据权利要求1所述的涂敷组件,进一步包括绕所述喷嘴组件的收缩管道。
19、根据权利要求18所述的涂敷组件,其中所述收缩管道防止所述喷嘴组件过度弯曲。
20、一种用于混合至少第一和第二组分的系统,所述系统包括:
至少第一和第二组分源;
歧管,其被配置为可操作地与所述至少第一和第二组分源接合,所述歧管包括通过其中的至少第一和第二组分通道;
细长轴,其从所述歧管向远侧延伸,所述细长轴包括沿其长度延伸的至少第一和第二组分腔,所述至少第一和第二组分通道与所述第一和第二组分通道处于液体连通;
喷嘴组件,其限定第一腔室、中间腔室和最终腔室,其中所述第一腔室被配置为容纳所述细长轴的远端,所述第二腔室被配置为容纳插入物,并且所述最终腔室被配置为在混合物从限定在所述喷嘴组件的远端上的出口被喷出之前容纳至少部分地混合的至少第一和第二组分。
