Abstract

技术领域

背景技术

具体实施方式
如本文中所使用的,术语“近端”、“顶部”,或“向上”是指当器械在其正常操作中使用时,最靠近使用器械的医生的器械上的部位,以及最远离与器械结合使用的病人的部位。相反,术语“远端”、“底部”、“下”,或“向下”是指当器械在其正常操作中使用时,最远离使用器械的医生的器械上的部位,以及最靠近与器械结合使用的病人的部位。
如本文中所使用的,术语“在内”、“向内”是指在正常使用过程中,相对于器械朝向器械内的部位。相反,如本文中所使用的,术语“在外”或“向外”是指在正常使用过程中,相对于器械朝向器械外的部位。
本发明的无针路厄进入连接器包括一具有顶部12和底部16的外壳10。通常可使用诸如聚碳酸酯,或PETG之类的塑料材料来形成外壳10。外壳10形成一入口11和一出口17,其间带有一凹腔或钻孔13。入口11形成在无针路厄进入连接器的顶部12的顶上,而出口17形成在无针路厄进入连接器的底部16的底上。入口11,以及由此邻近入口11的钻孔13的那部分和邻近入口11的顶部12的那部分,它们的尺寸和构造必须符合国际标准组织(ISO)对于一阴的路厄连接器的至少某些标准。这将允许一阳的路厄滑动或锁定连接到入口11。因此,入口11具有约0.265英寸(6.73毫米)的最大外直径和约0.214英寸(5.44毫米)的内直径,以允许阳的路厄锥形延伸入入口11内。顶部12的顶的外面包括路厄螺纹14,其允许具有一阳的路厄锁定的另一医疗器械连接到近端部分12的顶上。或者,不需要有路厄螺纹14形成在顶部12的顶的外面,以使具有一阳的路厄滑块的另一医疗器械能连接到顶部12的顶上。出口17,以及由此邻近出口17的钻孔13的那部分,它们是尺寸和构造必须符合ISO对于一阳的路厄锥形的标准的阳的路厄锥形。ISO标准594-2:1998(E)要求阳的路厄锥形具有约0.2953英寸(7.5毫米)的最小长度。根据ISO标准形成外壳10的该部分,允许本发明的无针路厄进入连接器连接到另一医疗器械的阴的路厄构造。如果要求的话,可围绕阳的路厄锥形形成一路厄锁定轴环16a,以将连接器锁定到一阴的路厄中。在此情形中,路厄锁定应符合ISO标准。根据ISO标准,阳路厄锁定配件上的螺纹的根部直径R应约为0.315英寸(8毫米),而阳路厄锁定配件上的螺纹的顶部直径C应约为0.276英寸(7毫米)。此外,阳路厄锥形必须延伸通过路厄锁定轴环16a的端部约0.083英寸(2.1毫米)的最小距离。
特别地从图1中可见,邻近入口11的顶部12的顶表面15在两个高点A和两个低点B之间过渡。各高点A彼此分离约180度,各低点B彼此也分离约180度,这样,各高点A离各低点B约90度。较佳地,各高点A相对各低点B应大于零但小于约0.050英寸(1.143毫米)高。最佳的是,各高点A相对各低点B应约为0.027英寸(0.686毫米)高。为了达到一以光顺波动的方式在高点A和低点B之间过渡的光滑的周缘的顶表面15,使用一约为0.30英寸(7.62毫米)半径的弧形表面作为模板来切割近端部分12的顶,以此,可形成顶表面15。用几何方法来表述,由近端部分12的顶定义的虚的圆柱C1可用具有约0.30英寸(7.62毫米)半径、相对于由近端部分12的顶定义的虚圆柱C1的纵向轴线成90度定向的虚圆柱C2切割。这导致形成具有所述形状的顶表面15。通过改变虚圆柱C1的半径,可改变高点A和低点B之间的距离。参见图1A。
一隔膜20位于无针路厄进入连接器的顶部12以控制通过其中的流体流动。通常可使用诸如硅树脂或聚异戊二烯的材料来形成隔膜20。隔膜20具有一放大的近端部分21、一中间部分22和一放大的远端部分23。放大的近端部分21的顶可形成有围绕近端部分21的周缘延伸的环形的唇部24。唇部24提供额外的质量,以给予放大的近端部分21以额外的刚度,从而在其被阳的路厄锥形进入时防止弯折。中间部分22具有的横截面小于近端部分21的横截面,并小于远端部分23的横截面。较佳地,中间部分22具有一大致瘦长的横截面,其长轴线M1基本上等于入口11的内直径。或者,长轴线可略微地大于入口11的内直径,以有助于确保隔膜20保持在入口11内。中间部分22的短轴线M2小于近端部分21的直径且小于入口11的内直径。因此,中间部分22具有的横截面小于入口11的横截面。这在沿其长轴线的中间部分22的外表面和外壳10的侧壁之间提供一空间,所述外壳10的侧壁形成入口11,当一阳的路厄锥形设置在隔膜20内时,隔膜20的材料可在入口11中移位。如图7所示,放大的远端部分23形成一围绕其底部延伸的环形槽26。此外,一直径放大的部分27横贯放大的远端部分23的底部延伸。
一槽25如果形成在隔膜20内,则其纵向地延伸通过近端部分21、中间部分22和远端部分23。如图5的隔膜20的俯视平面图所示,槽25具有一横向轴T,并由一对侧面25a和一对端面25b形成。较佳地,瘦长远端部分23的直径部分27沿顶28从侧面25a延伸返回到放大的远端部分23的底表面。直径部分27邻近槽25的底部提供增加的质量,以帮助保持槽25关闭而阻止流体流动。
隔膜20设置在外壳10的顶部12内,以使放大的近端部分21坐落在顶表面15的顶上。其结果,放大的近端部分21突出在入口11顶的上方。此外,因为顶表面15的波形结构,近端部分21沿高点A推动。隔膜20对齐在外壳10内,以使槽25的侧面25a的中间与各高点A对齐,而横向轴线T与点B对齐。因此,中间部分22的短轴线与高点A对齐,而中间部分22的长轴线与低点B对齐。远端部分23置于在外壳10的顶部12和底部16之间,以使底部16的顶壁较佳地接合隔膜20的环形槽26。顶部12的底壁粘结到沿邻近路厄锁定轴环16a的底部23的中间部分形成的周向突缘19。如果需要的话,一环形槽19a可形成在突缘19内,而顶部12的底壁可插入到环形槽19a内。可使用任何标准的粘结技术,例如,化学品粘结剂,或超声波焊接,来将顶部12连接到底部16。较佳地,当隔膜20位于外壳10内时,中间部分22保持张紧。该张紧结合被顶表面15上的高点A提升的近端部分21的诸部分,导致产生一施加在侧面25a上的压紧力,迫使槽25至少在近端部分21的顶上关闭。
当诸如一注射器的另一医疗器械的阳路厄锥形推靠在隔膜20的近端部分21的顶上时,近端部分21向远端和侧向弯曲,并允许阳路厄锥形进入隔膜20内的槽25。当阳路厄锥形进一步推入槽25时,中间部分22也向远端和侧向弯曲。比较图2和3。使中间部分22的横截面小于钻孔13的横截面,空间设置在钻孔13内,以允许中间部分22这样的弯曲。隔膜20的远端的和侧向的弯曲迫使槽25打开,并允许阳路厄锥形穿透隔膜进入槽25。当阳路厄锥形完全地插入到隔膜20内时,槽25沿隔膜20的全长强制打开,因此,允许流体流过隔膜20和本发明的无针路厄进入连接器。其后,其它医疗器械的阳路厄锥形可从槽25拔出。隔膜20的固有的弹性致使隔膜20返回到其正常的不受力的状态,使槽25关闭。这可防止任何流体进一步流过隔膜20。
因为隔膜20可由诸如硅树脂或聚异戊二烯之类的材料形成,所以,隔膜20可粘贴到阳路厄锥形,并当阳路厄锥形从外壳10拔出时,从外壳10拔出。为了避免这种可能的问题,外壳10的顶部和隔膜20可用互补擒获零件来形成,它们能将隔膜20的近端部分保持在一定位置上。例如,一至少部分地围绕顶部12的内表面的圆周延伸的槽50,可邻近顶表面15形成。在这样一实施例中,两个槽50可在与高点A对齐的顶部12的内表面上隔开约180度地定位。或者,槽50可围绕顶部12的内表面的全部圆周延伸。参见图9至11。一肋51可沿中间部分22的一部分形成,并适于配装在槽50内。较佳地使用两个肋51,并沿中间部分22的长轴线离开约180度地位于中间部分22的两侧。槽50将位于顶部12的两侧,以接合肋51。因此,当阳路厄锥形进入槽25时,中间部分22移位,以使肋51配装入槽50内将隔膜20保持在外壳10内,直到阳路厄锥形已从隔膜20中移去。槽50和肋51之间的这种互相接合,避免隔膜20粘贴到阳路厄锥形上,以及随阳路厄锥形从外壳10拔出时,从外壳10中拔出的问题。由于当隔膜20通过阳路厄锥形侧向地和远处地移位时,槽50和肋51彼此接合,所以,阳路厄锥形可从隔膜20中移去,而不将隔膜20拉出外壳10。槽50和肋51的纵向位置可通过简单的常规试验来确定,以了解隔膜20的一部分在何处接合近端部分12的内侧壁。一旦阳路厄锥形已从隔膜20移去,隔膜20的固有的弹性允许槽50和肋51彼此脱开,因此,允许隔膜10返回到其不偏置的状态,即不受力的状态。
该结构的变化示于图12和13中,其中,至少一个肋61形成在邻近入口11的顶部12内,并延伸到入口11内。较佳地,使用两个肋61,并隔开约180度定位,于是,它们邻近高点A。或者,可使用一个肋,它可围绕顶部12的内表面的全部圆周延伸。肋61因此面对中间部分22的长轴线,这样,当隔膜20侧向地和远处地位移时,在阳路厄锥形进入槽25时肋61接合隔膜20,并将隔膜20保持在外壳10内。因为它的固有的弹性,隔膜20可与肋61的形状相一致,因此,接合肋61并被肋61保持住,直到阳路厄锥形从隔膜20移去。
隔膜20的中间部分22的外表面可沿长轴线隔开约180度形成有肋31。此外,互补倒刺32可形成在邻近入口11的外壳10的近端部分12的内侧壁上,并与高点A对齐。参见图14至16。肋31和倒刺32形成为在它们彼此接触时彼此接合。因此,当另一医疗器械的阳路厄锥形完全地插入到隔膜20内时,隔膜20的中间部分22的外表面朝向远端和侧向地受力,这样,它接合外壳10的近端部分12的内侧壁。肋31位于隔膜20上,倒刺32位于外壳10的顶部12的内侧壁上,这样,当隔膜20完全地被阳路厄锥形进入时,肋31接合倒刺32。较佳地,两个肋31沿其长轴线和沿中间部分22的两侧隔开约180度地形成在隔膜20上。较佳地,两个倒刺32位于顶部12的内侧壁上,隔开约180度并与高点A对齐,于是,当一阳路厄锥形插入到隔膜20内时,它们邻近诸肋31。肋31和倒刺32的纵向位置可通过简单的常规的试验确定,以了解隔膜20的一部分在何处接合近端部分12的内侧壁。肋31和倒刺32的互相接合,在阳路厄锥形从槽25拔出时,有助于将隔膜20相对于外壳10保持在一定位置上。这种互相接合避免隔膜20粘贴到阳路厄锥形上,以及随阳路厄锥形从外壳10拔出时,从外壳10中拔出的问题。由于肋31和倒刺32互相干扰和互相接合,所以,阳路厄锥形可从隔膜20移去,而不将隔膜20拉出外壳10。然而,一旦阳路厄锥形已从隔膜20移去,隔膜20的固有的弹性允许肋31和倒刺32彼此脱开,因此,允许隔膜20返回到其不偏置的状态。
可采用肋31和倒刺32的各种结构来实现这种效应。例如,互补的肋和棘爪或槽可形成在隔膜20的中间部分22的外表面和顶部12的内侧壁上。倒刺可沿顶部12的轴向长度形成在任何地方,但最好倒刺32位于靠近顶表面15,并邻近入口11。这围绕倒刺32留下隔膜20的一较小的部分,当阳路厄锥形从其中移去时,它可从顶部12中拉出。如果倒刺32位于离顶表面15太远,则隔膜20的一大的部分可伸展,如果隔膜20的该部分粘贴到阳路厄锥形,则可从顶部12中拉出。
上述特征的变化是利用形成在隔膜20和顶部12上的各种键和键孔的结构,以在阳路厄锥形插入到隔膜20内或从隔膜20内移出阳路厄锥形的过程中,防止隔膜20的转动。参见图17至28。这是必要的,尤其是在入口11构造成一阳路厄锁定的情形中。在这样的情形中,另一医疗器械的阳路厄锥形通常相对于本发明的无针路厄进入连接器的外壳10转动,以将阳路厄锥形插入到连接器内,并将其锁定到位,以及开锁阳路厄锥形和从连接器中将其移出。例如,一键40可沿中间部分22的短轴线邻近隔膜20的放大的近端部分21而形成在隔膜20上并对齐,即槽25的横向轴线T和中间部分22的长轴线共线或平行。键40可仅是从隔膜20的一侧的延伸部,并可形成为任何的形状。例如,可采用一简单的矩形(参见图17和18),以及一三角形(参见图19至22),或其它的多边形(参见图23和24)。较佳地,使用两个键40,并位于约180度隔开,以及与横向轴线T和中间部分22的长轴线对齐。互补的槽或键孔41可沿邻近的顶表面15形成在外壳10的顶部12处。较佳地,可使用两个键孔41,并位于约180度隔开,与低点B对齐。键40不需延伸到放大的近端部分21的周缘,而键孔41不需完全地延伸通过顶部12的侧壁。相反,键40可形成为一从中间部分22延伸的肋,而键孔41可形成为一形成在顶部12的内侧壁内的互补的槽。唯一的限制在于,键40和键孔41必须相对于彼此构造和定位成:它们组合来保持隔膜20,阻止其相对于外壳10的转动运动。此外,键40a可沿外壳10的顶部12的顶表面15而形成,而键孔41a可形成在邻近近端部分21的隔膜20内。参见图25至28。较佳地,使用两个键40a和两个键孔41a,使键40a隔开约180度,而键孔41a隔开约180度。键40a或键孔41a可围绕近端部分21的圆周位于任何地方。然而,较佳地,键40a与低点B对齐,而键孔41a与中间部分22的长轴线和槽25的横向轴线T对齐。尽管图17至28的实施例较佳地具有带有高点A和低点B的顶表面15,但这些实施例的键和键孔可用于本发明的无针的路厄进入连接器具有一平的顶表面15而无高或低点的情形中。
钻孔13可形成有接合中间部分22的端部的纵向延伸的槽71。参见图29和30。较佳地,可使用两个槽71,各槽71较佳地隔开约180度,并基本上与低点B对齐。这样,平行于短轴线的中间部分22的各端接合槽71,以保持隔膜20阻止其相对于钻孔13的转动。或者,钻孔13可形成有两个台肩72,它们接合中间部分22的端部。参见图31和32。再者,较佳地可使用两个台肩72,各个台肩72较佳地隔开约180度,并基本上与低点B对齐。钻孔13的这些结构帮助将中间部分22和由此的隔膜20保持在一定位置上,并阻止其相对于外壳10的转动,其中,通过扭转阳路厄锥形插入阳路厄锥形,或从隔膜20中取出。
由于隔膜20的近端部分21仅坐落在外壳10的顶部12的顶表面15上,所以,当一阳路厄锥形压靠在近端部分21的顶上时,近端部分21可被迫进入到顶部12的钻孔13内。当一阳路厄锥形被迫进入到槽25内时,隔膜20和外壳10的结构帮助将近端部分21保持到位,该结构示于图33至36。在此实施例中,提升器81形成在顶部12,邻近顶表面15并从顶表面15向上延伸,且隔开约180度。提升器81包括向外延伸的突缘82。开槽的部分83沿近端部分21的周缘形成,并允许突缘82延伸入和通过开槽的部分83。较佳地,两个开槽部分83隔开约180度,它们形成在近端部分21上,并大致平行于槽25的横向轴线T并在其两侧延伸。如果要求的话,一倒刺可形成在提升器81或突缘82上,以接合开槽的部分83,并帮助开槽部分83相对于顶表面15保持就位。当一阳路厄锥形强制进入到槽内时,这种接合也帮助将近端部分21保持就位。较佳地,在此实施例中,顶表面15是平的。然而,如果要求的话,顶表面15可以形成有波浪形的弧形表面,如同其它实施例那样,带有两个高点和两个低点。如果采用这样的波形表面,则提升器81将包括高点。
为了便于关闭槽25阻止流体流动,外壳10接合隔膜20的远端部分23的那部分可构造成:外壳10沿槽25的侧面压迫隔膜20的远端部分23。变化地或同时地做法,外壳10接合隔膜20的远端部分23的那部分可构造成:在槽25的端部处,外壳10拉隔膜20的远端部分23张紧,即,沿横向轴线T。达到这种力的分布的一种方法是:隔膜20的远端部分23形成有一大致圆形的横截面,而外壳10的接合远端部分23的那部分12形成有一基本上椭圆形或卵形的横截面。参见图38。通过槽25的定位,以使横向轴线T平行于椭圆形长轴线,槽25将偏置到关闭的位置。这是因为椭圆的短轴线将趋于将槽25的侧面25a压缩在一起,而椭圆的长轴线将趋于拉槽25的端部25b张紧,因此,迫使槽25关闭。如上所述,可施加沿槽25的张力或垂直于槽25的压缩力,不必两者同时施加。通过形成椭圆的短轴线使其基本上等于远端部分23的圆形横截面的直径,以及形成椭圆的长轴线使其大于直径,这样才可实现张力。通过形成椭圆的短轴线使其小于直径,以及形成椭圆的长轴线使其基本上等于直径,这样才可实现压缩力。通过在隔膜20的远端部分23和接合远端部分23的外壳10内形成互补的接片和槽,它们沿如上所述的合适的方向拉和推远端部分23。由此,也可实现这样的效应。
变化地和较佳地,隔膜20的远端部分23形成在一椭圆形结构内,接合远端部分23的外壳10的部分形成有一圆形的横截面。参见图37。当远端部分23具有一椭圆形结构时,槽25的横向轴线T较佳地与椭圆的短轴线对齐,即,与椭圆的短轴线共线。远端部分23的结构和接合远端部分23的外壳10的部分便于本发明的无针的路厄进入连接器的制造,因为它不要求在远端部分23和外壳10之间特别的对齐。通过形成椭圆的短轴线使其基本上小于远端部分23的圆形横截面的直径,以及形成椭圆的长轴线使其基本上等于直径,这样才可实现张力。通过形成椭圆的短轴线使其基本上等于直径,以及形成椭圆的长轴线使其大于直径,这样才可实现压缩力。较佳地,采用该结构,当远端部分23处于其未加力的状态时,远端部分23的短轴线约为0.360英寸(9.144毫米),而远端部分23的长轴线约为0.430英寸(10.922毫米)。如果要求的话,槽25可形成为在远端部分23处于其加力的状态时它打开。在此情形中,槽25在远端部分23处具有一椭圆形的横截面,其短轴线约为0.030英寸(0.762毫米),而其长轴线约为0.175英寸(4.445毫米),远端部分23具有的短轴线约为0.360英寸(9.144毫米),而长轴线约为0.460英寸(11.684毫米)。参见图40。当然,隔膜20可在远端23处形成有一圆形的横截面和一打开的槽25。参见图42。或者,隔膜20可在远端23处形成有一椭圆形的横截面和一关闭的槽25,参见图39,或在远端部分一圆形的横截面和一关闭的槽25,参见图41。
当一阳的路厄锥形推靠在隔膜20的近端顶表面时,近端部分21远端地和侧向地弯曲,并允许阳的路厄锥形进入隔膜20内的槽25。当阳的路厄锥形进一步推入槽25内时,中间部分22也远端地和侧向地弯曲。通过使中间部分22的横截面小于钻孔13的横截面,空间设置在外壳10内,以允许中间部分22这样的侧向弯曲。隔膜20的该远端的和侧向的弯曲迫使槽25打开,并允许阳的路厄锥形通过槽25穿透隔膜。当阳的路厄锥形完全地插入隔膜20内时,迫使槽25沿隔膜20的全长打开。
因为某些ISO标准,重要的是,即使阳的路厄锥形不完全地延伸通过隔膜20,槽25也沿隔膜20的全长打开。对于阳的路厄锁定,ISO标准594-2:1998(E)要求阳的路厄锥形具有约0.295英寸(7.5毫米)的最小长度,并延伸通过路厄锁定轴环的端部一0.083英寸(2.1毫米)的最小值。许多制造商使他们的产品具有该最小的尺寸。在本发明的无针进入的连接器中,近端部分12的中间侧壁的顶和隔膜20的底之间的距离X约为0.110英寸(2.794毫米)。因此,由此可见,在使用具有最小的ISO尺寸的阳的路厄锥形来进入本发明的无针的进入连接器的情形中,阳的路厄锥形将不完全地延伸通过隔膜20。因为这些尺寸,隔膜20必须设计成:即使阳的路厄锥形不完全地延伸通过隔膜20,槽25也强制地打开。当一阳的路厄锥形插入到隔膜20内离隔膜20的顶约为0.214英寸(5.436毫米)的一距离时,槽25的底开始打开。当一阳的路厄锥形尽可能深入地插入到无针进入连接器内时,远端部分23仅可向下远端地弯曲到钻孔13内,当远端部分未被一阳的路厄锥形进入时,远端部分23的底在钻孔13的下面延伸。该远端的弯曲致使远端部分23起作一摆动门并完全地打开槽25。远端部分23只有远端的弯曲,因为远端部分23的圆周在近端部分12和外壳10的远端部分16之间保持就位,所以,对于远端部分23没有空间来移动,只能远端地弯曲。此外,远端23借助于其厚度具有增加的质量,厚度约为0.050英寸(1.27毫米),它紧邻槽25向上成锥形约0.080英寸(2.032毫米)。保持远端部分23阻止其侧向的运动,以及增加远端部分的质量,这两者的组合迫使槽25打开,即使阳的路厄锥形不完全地穿透隔膜20,也允许流体流动通过无针路厄进入连接器。
外壳10设计成尽可能减小任何死空间的量,其中,流体在其内流动和停留。任何这样的停留的流体可提供微生物和其它有机物的滋生地,它们可移动通过无针路厄进入连接器,并进入病人体内而感染病人。较佳地,壁60形成在外壳10的远端16以填充其中的任何的死空间。壁60具有一面向上的表面61,当一阳的路厄锥形完全地进入本发明的无针的路厄进入连接器时,该表面61匹配隔膜20的远端23的结构。参见图48。这样,壁60不干扰本发明的正常操作,同时,仍填满外壳10内的任何不使用的空间。
因此可见,提供一无针进入连接器,它可利用一针而进入,它不易于泄漏或微生物的入侵,它尽可能减小其中的死空间的量,它不要求高度的力来进入,当连接器进入时,它尽可能减小反冲力,它不要求任何附加的或特殊的装置来进入其中。

Claims (12)

1.一无针的路厄进入连接器,包括:
一外壳,其具有一顶部、一通道和一底部,顶部形成有一入口开口,通道由从入口开口延伸的至少一个侧壁形成和具有一截面,而底部形成一从通道延伸的出口开口;
一槽,其形成在通道的侧壁并延伸入通道内;
一设置在外壳内的隔膜,隔膜具有一近端部分,一中间部分和一远端部分,所述中间部分具有一外表面和小于顶部横截面且小于通道横截面的一横截面;
一纵向槽,其延伸通过隔膜,从近端部分通过中间部分进入到远端部分;以及
至少一个肋,其形成在中间部分的外表面上,这样,当一阳的路厄锥形插入到槽内时,肋设置在槽内。
2.如权利要求1所述的无针的路厄进入连接器,其特征在于,纵向槽由隔膜的一对横向延伸壁形成,而中间部分的外表面包括至少一个部分,它基本上与隔膜的至少一个横向延伸壁对齐,而至少一个肋位于该至少一个部分上。

一设置在外壳内的隔膜,隔膜具有一近端部分,一中间部分和一远端部分,所述中间部分具有一外表面和小于顶部横截面且小于通道横截面的一横截面;以及
一纵向槽,其延伸通过隔膜,从近端部分通过中间部分进入到远端部分,其中,当一阳的路厄锥形插入到槽内时,隔膜接合肋。
9.如权利要求8所述的无针的路厄进入连接器,其特征在于,纵向槽由隔膜的一对横向延伸壁形成,而中间部分的外表面包括至少一个部分,它基本上与隔膜的至少一个横向延伸壁对齐,而至少一个肋位于与该至少一个部分相邻。
10.如权利要求9所述的无针的路厄进入连接器,其特征在于,中间部分的外表面包括两个部分,各个部分基本上平行于隔膜的成对的横向延伸壁。
11.如权利要求10所述的无针的路厄进入连接器,其特征在于,包括两个肋,其中,一个肋位于与中间部分的外表面的两个部分中的一个相邻。
12.如权利要求11所述的无针的路厄进入连接器,其特征在于,两个肋约180度隔开,并与隔膜的成对的横向延伸壁和中间部分的外表面的两个部分对齐。
