技术领域
本发明涉及的领域为用于木基材料的干燥工艺和温室。
背景技术
温室广泛用于包括蔬菜、水果、花卉和其它室内植物的农产品的生长,在温室里要求有一个狭窄的温度变化范围以进行植物的生长。当温室室内温度在该范围之外,植物将遭受不可救药的损失或者死亡。只要土壤施以足够水分,在农业温室内控制相对湿度不是很重要。从农业温室中排除很多水分也是不可取的,因为将有更多的水补充到土壤里,不然植物会有脱水现象。
木材干燥一般通过使用干燥窑装置实现,由蒸汽或者烧木材的炉子、煤气炉这样的直接加热源加热。干燥窑装置消耗大量的燃料和电,因此操作昂贵。干燥窑装置内较高的温度也会引起内应力作用于木产品中,产生变形或裂纹。可将木材放在空气充分流通的有顶棚的空间内使木材风干。风干需要漫长的干燥时间,而且由于多变的自然气候环境不易控制。
发明内容
一种干燥方法,包括将潮湿材料置于完全围起的太阳能温室内。温室包括至少一块光透射屋顶和/或墙体面板,使太阳辐射充分通过,且耐对流和耐热传导;温室室内温度和湿度维持在预设范围内,同时干燥潮湿材料。运用该干燥方法制造出的木基材料性能有所改进。
用于干燥木产品的太阳能温室,包括一组屋顶和墙体面板,使太阳辐射充分通过,且耐对流和耐热传导。温室还包括了湿度测量装置和湿度控制装置,有效去除温室内水分的同时,室内相对湿度维持在预设范围。

任何潮湿材料通过使用下述干燥方法及温室可被干燥。运用该方法有效干燥的木基材料能呈现更优的特性。
这里的词语“木基材料”指任何一种固体材料,包括了纤维素和/或半纤维素组成的纤维组织。词语“木基材料”包括了各种几何形状的木材种类。符合的木材种类可以包括,但不限于这些的有:软质木材,硬质木材(举例说枫木、橡木),防腐木材,竹木,玉米秆、甘蔗渣、秸秆(如稻草、麦秆),亚麻秆(seed flax stalk)和任何混合木材。这些木材种类具体说可以有新西兰辐射松,欧洲赤松,脂松,黄松,枫,桤木,桦树,白杨,巴尔杉木,山毛榉。木基材料可以是木质薄板,木质纤维,生材,预处理木材,木梁,厚木板,木片,木屑,规格材,薄木(木皮),板材,和如胶合板,单板层积材(LVL),华夫刨花单板这些人造木材。
木基材料包括有至少在材料一个部分内的空腔。具代表的是树的木质组织在生长过程中形成的细胞式空腔。这些空腔相连而产生通道。水或水解物能填充空腔并在通道之间传输。软质木材具有较大尺寸的通道和较大体积的空腔。空腔也可以通过任何已知的化学或机械方法人为建立,如蚀刻和切刻。根据空腔截面上的最大线性尺寸,空腔尺寸可以小到纳米,大到毫米。
木基材料的处理是对材料结构中的空腔和通道注入处理合成物。可用不同的处理合成物和处理液。典型的处理合成物可包括含水和不含水的混合物,有防腐剂,杀虫剂,阻燃剂,着色剂,木材硬化剂,防水剂和紫外线防护剂等。典型处理合成物的成分可以包括铬化砷酸铜,铜氨季铵盐(ACQ),酸性铬酸铜,铜唑,铜-HDO(Bis-(N-Cyclohexyldiazeniumdioxy)-copper),硼酸盐,柠檬酸铜,微化铜,硼酸,氧化硼,硼酸盐,硅酸钠,硅酸钾,联苯菊脂,氯菊脂,环烷酸铜,二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸铜(CDDC),活性硬化树脂,和氧化铜的一种或多种。处理合成物通过压力或非压力方法加入木基材料。非压力方法可包括刷、喷、蘸、浸、泡或冷浴和热浴的方式。压力方法以对封闭罐体施压和/或真空施压而实现。压力越高越能获得深入和均匀的渗透及对处理混合物更好的吸收。另外,控制处理环境(例如压力,温度,时间,处理周期量和合成物)使吸收性和渗透性得以可变。木基材料加载于被称为“轻便料车”的特殊移车上,并推入罐体。这些罐体处于压力下,可优选地加以较高温度。在接下来的步骤中,真空作业可将过量的处理合成物排除。这样压力、真空周期可得到理想中较佳的渗透。经压力处理或非压力处理后,木基材料的空腔和通道很大部分将填充处理合成物。由于处理过程中使用了含水的合成物,此时处理过的木材的含水量范围大约为干木材重量的30%~300%。在处理工艺后,要将木材中的水分降至一个较低的含量。
木基材料内包含了被纤维素组织或半纤维素组织吸收的水分,和空腔、通道内的水溶液。木基材料中纤维组织吸收水分的最大百分比即该组织的饱和点。纤维组织饱和点可占到重量的20%~30%。当木基材料的水分含量超出纤维组织饱和点,空腔和/或通道内就有水溶液或含水合成物。通过干燥可理想地去除空腔和通道内的水分,以不影响破坏材料力学性能或化学性能为宜。可使用高温干燥炉来干燥木基材料。然而,高温干燥可引起木材通道内水溶液膨胀或汽化,再加上材料上温度分布的不均匀,导致内应力,变形和裂纹。
木基湿材(潮湿的木基材料)可以在下述温室中得到干燥,该温室主要由太阳辐射供能,在可控条件下去除水分。木基湿材齐堆在一起形成一个干燥单元100,以便于叉车、其它运输或提升工具提升和移动。
图1为太阳能温室的一个示例的透视示意图。如图1所示,所述温室包括一组光透射的屋顶面板30、上墙体面板40、下墙体面板80,可收起的遮光板10,流通风扇50,排风扇60,和门70。图2是图1所示温室的俯视图。图2还显示出木基材料组成的干燥单元100的示例性布局,标记120表示干燥单元的宽度。图3所示为另一种温室示例的透视图,该温室的屋顶设计不同。有可调节百叶窗20作为屋顶通风口。屋顶面板30和上墙体面板40可以由透明的玻璃实心板,塑料或合成材料组成,该合成材料能使大部分太阳辐射通过(要大于约在280nm至2500nm波长范围内产生辐射的热传递量的40%),但能耐对流和热传导。这里的耐对流指的是气流通过板材的不可渗透性。这里的耐热传导指的是面板材料的导热系数小于约10W/mK(瓦特每米每开尔文)。小于导热系数5,1,或0.5W/mK的面板材适于耐热传导。包括实心薄板、不同玻璃薄膜,塑料(如聚碳酸脂,树脂玻璃,聚丙烯酸化物,聚烯烃,和聚苯乙烯),叠层玻璃,玻璃纤维增强合板层等是光透射面板的非限制性实例。光透射面板使太阳辐射到达太阳能温室内以对室内物质加热,包括地板材,木基材料,室内空气,及其它优选的吸热设备。光透射面板也作为热屏障阻止将热能流失于室外环境。下墙体面板80可包括光透射面板和其它已知面板。
太阳能温室的门可包括光透射面板或其它门材。门材可选用窗帘式门或透明塑料门帘。温室可包括一组门方便木基材料进出温室运输。门要宽得足以让叉车或其它运输、提升工具通过。另外,相邻两扇门的间距至少是木基材料打包成一个运输箱所占的干燥单元宽度的两倍。如图2所示实例,一组干燥单元100置于温室内干燥。标记120表示该干燥单元的宽度。相邻两扇门70的间距大约是用标记110表示的干燥单元宽度的两倍。
温室包括通风控制装置(通风控制如温室内外间的气流交换)。通风控制装置包括简易的可调节开口,门,排风扇,由恒温器控制的通风扇,可调节的屋顶通风口、百叶窗、窗户和其它等同装置。通风控制装置可设于屋顶上和/或温室墙体部分。如图3所示,可调节百叶窗20和排风扇60为温室内外提供空气通风。屋顶面板连接于屋顶上,相对屋顶框架旋转或滑动。屋顶面板可手动或通过机电装置提升,旋转,移位或倾斜,以形成一个可调节的屋顶通风口。如图1所示,屋顶面板25通过面板一侧上的铰链与屋顶框架旋转连接。屋顶面板25可人为地被抬起或相对铰链另一边向外倾斜,或通过马达控制移动一段位移,以呈不同的角度。由此形成可调节开口大小的屋顶通风口。屋顶面板全部或某一部分可以按类似的方式安装以保证足够的屋顶通风能力。
温室可以包括用于控制太阳辐射曝露的装置。太阳辐射控制装置可以包括遮光板(可手动或马达控制自动收起),智能调光玻璃嵌板,和其它等同装置。太阳辐射控制装置为了能得到在温室加热的良好效果而调节太阳辐射曝露量。遮光板可以是一块布、薄膜,或者层压薄板、涂层薄板。遮光板含有吸收和/或反射太阳辐射的着色剂(染料和/或涂料)。遮光板以滚动式遮光,既可以拉出来覆盖屋顶上的一个部分,也可以收回至滚轴使屋顶曝晒于太阳辐射下。滚动式遮光板的操作由手动或马达这样的机电装置完成。如图1所示,一排遮光板10以滚动形式设于屋顶面板外。遮光板10可如图中,通过手动或电马达不同程度地伸展或收回。滚动式遮光板12支撑于连接温室主结构的框架上。智能调光玻璃运用于太阳辐射控制。智能调光玻璃指电控玻璃或电控窗,给一个电压就能改变光传递(包括太阳辐射)的性能。依据施加的电压,智能调光玻璃可控制光热经材料的通过量。智能调光玻璃可基于电致变色器件、悬浮粒子器件和液晶器件的一种或多种制作。可以和遮光板一起或代替遮光板使用。屋顶面板和/或墙体面板都可采用智能调光玻璃。可获得智能调光玻璃的商业途径的例子如,纽约州加登锡蒂帕尔克的Elmont玻璃公司(Elmont Glass Company,Inc),亚利桑那州斯科茨代尔市(镇)的Paragon建筑产品有限责任公司(Paragon Architectual Products,LLC)均有相关产品。
优选地,温室可包括太阳能电池板,能够储存,收集和/或转换太阳能。太阳能电池板包括光生伏打器件,能够收集并将太阳辐射能转换成电能。太阳能电池板可用于为温室内的流通风扇,排风扇,遮光板调节控制装置,或通风口,或智能调光玻璃,充电电池,减湿器,或辅助加热器供电。太阳能电池板可邻设于温室旁,或与温室墙体,屋顶结构连接。
优选地,温室可包括辅助加热器。在太阳辐射能无法足以用于干燥木基材料的情况下,可使用将室外蒸汽,热水,热馏出物,或电能作为能量供给的热交换器。

上述太阳能温室的干燥方法和结构配置根据湿空气热动力信息和测量值来设置合理的通风程序,温、湿度调节。当温室内的水分含量比温室外的空气含量大,无论室内外的温差多少,排放室内空气或以可控速度与室外空气交换。根据特定一批要干燥木基材料的性质和其含水量来决定一个理想的室内温度范围和湿度范围并预设。排放进度和通风速度由湿度控制机构控制,这样温室内的水分根据室内外空气的水分含量差被部分去除,此时室内温度和湿度都维持在预设范围内。通风操作能实现,除非室内空气含水量没室外高,或室内空气温度或湿度移转出预设范围外。在通风控制装置启动前,湿度控制机构能使室内湿度含量大幅上升超出室外空气中的水分含量,尤其是室内外空气存在巨大温度差时。温度和室内相对湿度各有一个宽范围适用各种不同的木基材料。温度范围可以是20℃~65℃或30℃~50℃,相对湿度范围大约是30%~95%,或者大约是%~80%。通过该方法,木基材料水分含量可以被干燥至纤维组织饱和点之下、左右或之上。被干燥的木基材料的水分含量范围为10%~50%。上述方法和构造使温室内水分持续去除,木基材料干燥得到控制。通过上述方法,干燥过的木基材料整个结构的水分分布相对均匀,存在较少内应力,有利于避免出现裂纹、变形或尺寸变化情况。
任何一种木基材料,处理工艺,温室构造和温室干燥工艺的联合运用,可达到理想的效果。比如,木基材料在第一压力下加入含水合成物来处理,该含水合成物中包括防腐剂,杀虫剂,紫外线稳定剂,阻燃剂,木材硬化剂的至少一种。经处理的木基材料的水分含量大约在30%到300%之间,或大约在50%到200%之间,置于室内温度大约在20℃到60℃之间的太阳能温室内。室内相对湿度预设范围大约为30%~80%。当材料内水汽蒸发,温室内水分含量就会上升。实行排放室内高水分含量空气的预定操作,同时通过通风和对太阳能曝露的控制将室内温度和相对湿度维持在预设范围内,直到木基材料水分含量达到目标值。
根据本发明涉及的太阳能温室和其干燥方法可适用于制造不同的产品,如木饰板,木地板,室内外木质家具,木梁,木质板,胶合板和木质叠层板。
上述温室和工艺也可用于改善木基材料的水分含量,达到目标值,去除内应力,保持稳定的尺寸和物理结构。

Claims (10)

1.一种干燥方法,包括将潮湿材料置于完全围起的太阳能温室内,所述温室包括至少一块光透射屋顶和/或墙体面板,使太阳辐射充分通过,且耐对流和耐热传导;所述温室室内温度和湿度维持在预设范围内,同时所述材料的水分含量通过排放室内空气或对室内空气除湿而减少。
2.根据权利要求1所述的干燥方法,其特征是:所述材料为木基材料。
3.根据权利要求1-2中任一项所述的干燥方法,其特征是:所述排放的操作是通过所述温室内的可调节开口,门,排风扇,由恒温器控制的通风扇,可调节的屋顶通风口,百叶窗,窗户中的至少一种通风控制装置来实施。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的干燥方法,其特征是进一步包括:测量所述温室内外空气中的水分含量;及当室内空气中的水分含量大于室外时,由所述排放操作将室内空气排放出。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的干燥方法,其特征是:所述温室进一步包括智能调光玻璃嵌板,和/或可调节遮光板。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的干燥方法,其特征是:所述潮湿材料是经加入含水合成物的压力处理的木基材料,潮湿材料的水分含量大约是所述木基材料重量的30%~300%。
7.一种木产品,根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的方法而制造。
8.根据权利要求7所述的木产品,其特征是:所述材料处理时加入的合成物包括防腐剂,阻燃剂,杀虫剂,木材硬化剂,着色剂,紫外线防护剂中的至少一种试剂。
9.一种用于干燥木产品的太阳能温室,包括一组屋顶和墙体面板,使太阳辐射充分通过,且耐对流和耐热传导,还包括湿度测量装置,并配置有效去除温室内水分的通风控制装置。
10.根据权利要求9所述的太阳能温室,其特征是:进一步包括控制机构,该控制机构控制温室内相对湿度的,且将所述温室内水分去除,所述控制机构包括湿度调节器,室内外空气中水分含量差的确定装置,减湿器构造,和通风控制装置构造中的至少一个装置。
