Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及尤其用于内燃机的吸入空气的过滤器元件(Filterelement)和过滤器系统(Filtersystem)。
技术背景
从文件US 4,720,292中已知一种带有以下特征的空气过滤器:带有轴向排出口和基本上敞开的第二端部(其可通过可拆卸的盖板而闭合)的罩壳。在罩壳的周缘处布置有空气进入口。在罩壳中存在基本上圆柱形的带有内支撑管(Stützrohr)、带有外支撑管的过滤器的过滤器元件,其中,过滤器元件同轴地布置在罩壳中。罩壳处的过滤器元件的密封通过环形端盘(Endscheibe)而实现,该端盘具有基本上圆柱形的径向向内指向的表面并且被推动通过出口部分的内区段。
已知地,空气过滤器的滤芯(Filtereinsatz)在一定的使用时间后被更换。根据灰尘量,空气过滤器的寿命可达到几天(工程器械)至数月。
从上文所提及的US文件中已知的滤芯以及其它通常应用的滤芯由材料的结合组成,其中尤其地,钢片用于支撑管。过滤器介质(Filtermedium)为纸或塑料无纺织物(Kunststoffvlies)。端盘由塑料、例如由软性弹性体(Weichelastomer)制成。
尤其在过滤器元件的频繁更换下,罩壳中的过滤器元件的可靠的且过程稳妥(prozesssicher)的密封就显得重要。密封应实施成耐温且抗振击。即使在遭受强烈振动和冲击的设备或装置处,也必须保证过滤器元件的密封。但同时,过滤器元件自身应尽可能不具有金属元件,由此其可容易地以热学的方式清除(entsorgen)。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是,提供带有高过滤性能及未过滤介质的区域和已过滤的介质的区域之间的可靠密封的过滤器元件及过滤器系统。该目的通过主权利要求的特征得以实现。
本发明的主要优点在于,通过带有V形组件(Anordnung)和位于腰边(Schenkel)之间的密封槽的过滤器元件的密封件的设计方案,保证了一方面实现高密封效果并且另一方面实现过滤器元件在罩壳中的良好支承。尤其在应用塑料和在承受振动负载的元件处的密封下,设计要求即便在极端温度波动下也能可靠地工作。
根据本发明的一种设计方案,承载有(tragen)密封件的端盘由两组分塑料(Zweikomponentenkunststoff)制成。当然也存在这样的可能性,即,端盘由单个元件制成。基本上硬性组分(Hartkomponente)设置成为支撑体。在该支撑体处存在以V形密封件形式的弹性体或发泡的塑料材料。同样存在这样的可能性,即,利用弹性体或发泡的塑料材料建立硬性组分和过滤器介质之间的连接,其中,同样可由两组分注塑工艺(Zweikomponentenspritzgieβverfahren)生产该连接组分(Verbindungskomponente)。
端盘同样可通过镜面焊接工艺(Spiegelschweiβverfahren)固定在过滤器元件处。同样存在这样的可能性,即,利用红外线加热端盘并且将过滤器元件置入(einbetten)到已加热的热塑性塑料中。
在本发明的另一设计方案中设置,使V形密封件配备有桥接部(Steg)。这些桥接部贴靠在罩壳的密封桥接部处并且改善密封效果。当然也可以选择密封唇来代替桥接部。
根据改进方案,V形密封件延伸在双桥接部的端侧上延伸并且因此实现过滤器元件在罩壳处的限定的支承。
本发明还涉及带有过滤器元件的过滤器系统。过滤器系统尤其适用于内燃机的进入空气的过滤并且包括罩壳和盖罩以用于容纳过滤器元件。
同样可以触变涂覆工艺(thixotrop Auftragsverfahren)制造端盘。这意味着触变性材料的计量涂覆(aufdosieren),其中,同时在无需附加的模具铸型(Formschale)的情况下制造密封件结构。
以有利的方式,过滤器系统配备有两个环形槽,这两个环形槽在密封的区域中与过滤器元件的密封轮廓(Dichtkontur)相关联(kommunizieren)。
根据改进方案,在罩壳处在进口的区域中布置有旋风或旋流分离器()。旋风或旋流分离器包括使待过滤的介质置于(versetzen)旋转或转动状态中的引导肋片(Leitrippe)。通过这种运动,使污物向外被引导并且在合适的部位处通过污物出口而被排出(austragen)。

具体实施方式
根据图1的过滤器系统包括罩壳26,该罩壳26构造成基本上同心并且具有进口28。过滤器系统适用于内燃机吸入空气的过滤。通过进口28待净化的空气按箭头38被输送,流动通过旋风预分离器(Zyklonvorabscheider)34并且在该处被置于旋流状态中。由于这种旋流,存在于空气中的颗粒物到达罩壳外壁处并且从该处通过污物出口35(其可通过合适的阀门而闭合)而被向外运载。
在罩壳26处布置有中间件(Mittelstück)37。该中间件37同样设计成同心的并且在区域40中例如通过焊接连接而与罩壳相联结。在中间件37处存在盖罩27。该盖罩27通过夹紧闭合件(Spannverschluss)或者其它合适的闭合系统而与中间件可分离地相连接。由此,盖罩、中间件以及罩壳形成了封闭系统,该封闭系统具有用于导出已净化的空气的出口29。
在整体系统内存在过滤器元件39。该过滤器元件39包括z字形折叠的过滤器介质10并且以同心的形式被构造。过滤器元件39在端侧处具有端盘11,12。端盘12具有同心的开口13,而另一端盘11利用闭合件24被闭合。待净化的空气按照箭头41流动通过过滤器元件并且按照箭头42以已净化的形式通过出口29流动到此处未显示的内燃机。
过滤器元件在布置在左侧的端盘12处具有双桥接部14。在双桥接部的两个桥接部之间布置有V形密封件16。V形密封件以其两腰边延伸至双桥接部的端面处。此外,密封件在两个腰边的内区域中具有环绕的密封桥接部21a至21d。由此,V形密封件围住罩壳26的密封桥接部20并且因此形成初始空气区域(Rohrluftbereich)(区域20)和清洁空气区域43之间的密封。
端盘12在与V形密封件相对的侧面处配备有聚氨酯泡沫塑料(Polyurethanschaum)45。在聚氨酯泡沫塑料45中置入有过滤器介质10。聚氨酯泡沫塑料自身延伸直至罩壳26的壁46处并且与该壁一起形成对于粗糙污物(Grobschmutz)的密封,以使得在与密封相关的区域20中没有可能损害密封性能的粗糙污物可穿入。
过滤器元件在端盘11的区域中通过支撑凸耳(Stütznase)43a,43b而支承在盖罩27处并且由此提供在端盘12方向上的足够的轴向力并且由此提供了可靠的密封。
Claims (10)
1.一种过滤器元件,包括以同心的形式的z字形折叠的过滤器介质(10)、布置在端侧处的第一端盘(11)以及布置在相对的端侧处的第二端盘(12),其中,端盘(12)具有同心的开口(13)并且基本上以圆环形的方式在过滤器介质的折叠部上延伸,其特征在于,端盘(12)具有径向向外延伸的双桥接部(14)以及布置在桥接部(14a,14b)之间的V形密封件,所述V形密封件包围容纳所述过滤器元件的罩壳(26)的环绕的密封桥接部(20)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的过滤器元件,其特征在于,端盘(12)包括双组分塑料部件并且一组分为硬性组分并且另一组分为弹性体材料,所述弹性体材料形成V形密封件。
3.据权利要求2所述的过滤器元件,其特征在于,所述弹性体材料形成所述硬性组分和所述过滤器介质之间的连接。
4.根据权利要求1-3中的任一项所述的过滤器元件,其特征在于,所述V形密封件在内密封区域中具有桥接部(21a,21b,21c,21d),所述桥接部(21a,21b,21c,21d)面向所述罩壳(26)的密封桥接部(20)。
5.根据权利要求1-3中的任一项所述的过滤器元件,其特征在于,所述V形密封件在所述双桥接部的端面上延伸。
6.根据权利要求1-3中的任一项所述的过滤器元件,其特征在于,所述V形密封件由以下组分中的一种或数种制成:EPDM、TPE、硅酮、PUR泡沫。
7.一种带有根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的过滤器元件的过滤器系统,所述过滤器系统包括基本上同心构造的罩壳(26)、同样同心构造的闭合所述罩壳(26)的盖罩(27)、布置在所述罩壳和/或所述盖罩处的以用于输送待过滤的介质的进口(28),其中,在所述罩壳(26)处设置有同心的出口(29)以用于导出已过滤的介质,其特征在于,在所述罩壳处在所述出口(29)的区域中设置有呈密封桥接部(20)和支承面(44)形式的密封轮廓,所述密封轮廓与所述V形密封件(16)相对应。
8.根据权利要求7所述的过滤器系统,其特征在于,所述密封桥接部(20)具有两个平行伸延的密封面(20a,20b)并且这些面通过斜切或倒圆的端面(20c)而连接。
9.根据权利要求7所述的过滤器系统,其特征在于,所述待过滤的介质为空气。
10.根据权利要求7或8所述的过滤器系统,其特征在于,在所述进口(28)的区域中设置有旋风分离器(34)并且在所述罩壳(26)或所述盖罩(27)处布置有污物出口(35)。
