Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及配送器中的自行供电机构(self-powering mechanism)的领域。更精确地说,本发明涉及由配送器中配送驱动至各种机构的运动产生的电磁能的运用。更具体地说,本发明涉及利用磁铁与线圈关联来为电子装置供电而不需要任何其它的电源。
背景技术
配送器中的自行供电设备并不广为人知。通常,太阳能电池、蓄电池以及/或者交流电源被用作用于为配送器内的各种部件供电的装置。在更基本的配送器中,手动式泵通过按压柱塞来启动。事实上,所有的这些配送器都提供一种机械式动作源,凭借该机械式动作源,驱动器移动以允许产品被配送。
通常,配送器包括与驱动器相关联的电子开关,以计算配送的数目。该开关也可启动指示配送器处于运作中。与驱动器相关联的该开关在启动时完成或者中断电子电路,以便执行计数或者产生指示。
已知的与配送器的驱动器相关联工作的一种这样的开关是递增计数器的机械开关。尽管这些开关是可操作的,但是它们由于其尺寸而有些不切实际,这限制了使用者能读取以及重设该计数器所需的设置。
现有技术的配送器不从配送产品所需的机械动作产生电力。尽管现有技术的配送器运用极大范围的装置来实现信号与计数器,但是这些装置没有利用驱动器的机械动作来产生用于其它部件的电力。
另外亦已知配送器通过利用太阳能电池来产生电力,而且尽管太阳能电池被广泛用于本领域中,但是太阳能电池需要光来产生电力,而且当可利用的光不足时,支持系统将注定会失败。提供在配送领域中使用的电流电力方法的一个替代方案并利用配送活动动作本身来产生电力将是有益的,电力可以提供至配送器的其它机构。
在本领域存在对这样一种配送器的需要,即其不需要电源或者机械开关来递增计数器并且记录数据至存储源,其能稍后通过使用外部可匹配的连接装置来读取。
发明内容
根据前述内容,本发明的第一方面提供具有磁铁和线圈的配送系统,磁铁和线圈与泵的致动相互作用,导致产生电力。
本发明的另一方面提供一种配送系统,其能通过泵启动来为电子装置供电,而没有使用蓄电池、太阳能电池、或者外部电力。
本发明的又一方面提供一种配送系统,其从由泵致动引起的磁铁与线圈的相互作用来产生电力,其被发送至控制器来计算配送的数目。
本发明的又一方面提供一种配送系统,其从由泵致动引起的磁铁与线圈的相互作用来产生电力,其被发送至发光二极管(LED)。
本发明的另一方面提供一种配送系统,该配送系统具有控制器,控制器接收从与磁铁相关联的线圈所供给的电力,借此,该磁铁与线圈从由泵产生的运动产生电力,使得控制器能标记其配送的计数量,并稍后由另外一台控制器读取。

具体实施方式
现参照附图,尤其是图1,可看到,依据本发明制造的配送系统通常以数字10表示。尽管本发明的概念与结构可运用到各式各样的配送器,但是其特别适合于此处描述的可携式配送器。可携式配送器10包括结构上广知的配送器的配送器壳体,一般用数字12来表示。该配送器壳体12可以是墙或者柜台固定单元,或可以是设置在柜台顶部或类似物上的独立式单元。本文描述的配送器用来配送流体,例如肥皂以及其它液体,但是可以理解,其它产品能被配送,例如纸、片剂或任何易流动的材料。对于该实施方式,配送器壳体12包括放置在配送喷嘴16下方并与配送喷嘴16相通的液体产品14,且适当的泵或其它配送机构18介于中间。如本领域技术人员众所周知的,配送机构18构造成在每一个配送循环时配送预定量的液体。依据本发明,配送机构18由致动机构20控制,例如马达、电磁线圈、柱塞或者类似物。
在优选实施方式中,机构20包括弹簧22、柱塞24和泵壳体26,如显示于图3、4中的。泵壳体26配接杆28,并接收弹簧22与柱塞24。环状式磁铁30固定到柱塞24的外部,使得磁铁30跟随着柱塞24移动。还应理解,磁铁30能是任何形状,并能固定到柱塞24的内部或者成为柱塞24的一部分,只要其相对于配送物质移动。
可携式配送器10具有盖子32,如显示于图1、2的。盖子32固定到配送器壳体12,并提供几何形状来盖住机构20。盖子32通过与配送器壳体12匹配的内螺纹而固定到适当位置。应理解,盖子32可通过本领域容易知道的任何方法来固定,包括卡扣配合或者相类方式。盖子32接收绕线管34,绕线管34包含金属线圈36。该线圈36定位成使得当泵启动时,磁铁30相对于线圈36移动,产生电力至线圈36。很明显的,线圈36与磁铁30的位置是可以互换的,以致于线圈36被包含于柱塞24,而磁铁30放置于盖子32内。优选实施方式被认为产生足够的电力来立即为LED 38或者其它小型电力电子装置例如控制器40供电。
在一个实施方式中,由线圈36与磁铁30的相对运动产生的电力激励控制器40,该控制器40立即递增非易失性数据存储器的记录,其能包括闪存、电可擦除只读存储器或其它类似物来记录配送事件。控制器40优选地是提供所需硬件、软件以及记忆来基于可携式配送器10的配送执行功能的微控制器。应理解的是,控制器40也可用于本领域容易知道的其它用途。
当能量被耗尽时,控制器失去电力,但是却会保留关于配送事件的数据,并且在任何时间点连续索引以保持目前的总数。磁铁30的运动以此方式继续递增配送的数目。可携式配送器10还包含连接器42,其中控制器读取器44可连接连接器42,以从控制器40读取配送的数目,并且重设控制器40以允许新的计数。控制器读取器44可以是本领域容易知道的任何读取器,并且可由LED或是液晶显示器以及按钮或类似物组成,以重设控制器40。
机构20并不限于以上所提到的装置,且可以运用本领域容易知道的任何装置。机构20可需要某些供电方式,但是为了节省其常规电源,可以使用本申请所教导的磁铁-线圈相互作用。
因此,可见,本发明的目的由以上提供的结构与其的使用方法得以满足。尽管按照专利法规,只提供并详细描述了最佳模式与优选实施方式,但是应理解,本发明不局限于此或因此受限制。因此,为理解本发明的真实范围和广度,应参照所附权利要求。
Claims (14)
1.一种用于配送产品的配送器,包含:
配送机构;
与所述配送机构相关联的磁铁;
电子装置;以及
与所述磁铁相关联的线圈,当所述配送机构被循环时,所述线圈随相对运动的发生而产生被施加至所述电子装置的电力。
2.如权利要求1所述的配送器,其中,所述配送机构为泵。
3.如权利要求1所述的配送器,其中,所述电子装置为控制器。
4.如权利要求3所述的配送器,其中,所述控制器包含计数器,所述计数器将代表电力产生行为的计数递增并且储存至所述控制器内的非易失性存储器。
5.如权利要求4所述的配送器,还包含与所述控制器相关联的连接器,其中,第二控制器能与所述连接器配合,并且读取与重设所述控制器的数据。
6.如权利要求1所述的配送器,其中,所述电子装置为发光二极管。
7.如权利要求1所述的配送器,其中,所述线圈和所述磁铁中的一个是固定的,且另一个相对于所述的一个是可移动的。
8.一种用于配送产品的配送器,包含:
具有第一部分和第二部分的配送机构;
定位于所述第一部分上的磁铁;
电子装置;以及
定位于所述第二部分上的导线线圈,其中,所述配送机构的启动导致所述磁铁和所述导线线圈之间的相对运动,所述相对运动产生被施加至所述电子装置的电力。
9.如权利要求8所述的配送器,其中,所述电子装置为发光二极管。
10.如权利要求8所述的配送器,其中,所述电子装置为微控制器。
11.如权利要求10所述的配送器,其中,所述微控制器递增非易失性存储数据的记录。
12.如权利要求10所述的配送器,还包含与所述控制器相关联的电连接器。
13.如权利要求12所述的配送器,其中,微控制器读取器连接至所述电连接器,以读取所述记录。
14.如权利要求13所述的配送器,其中,所述微控制器读取器重设所述记录。
