Abstract

技术领域
本公开涉及用于混合且涂敷两种以上的成分的组件。更确切地说,本公开涉及一种供涂药器组件使用的喷射器喷头,其中所述喷射器喷头能够自洁。
背景技术
用于分配两种以上成分的涂药器组件是公知的。在医疗器械领域,这种组件典型地用于涂敷在伤口愈合中使用的生物胶粘剂、聚合物和其它合成材料。由于形成生物胶粘剂的成分的反应特性,因此直到即将涂敷溶液时才能混合成分。在涂敷之前将成分太早混合可导致混合物过早硬化,从而无法涂敷溶液。因此,在公知的涂药器组件中,两种以上的成分直到即将被涂敷前都分开保存。所述涂药器组件包括一个以上用于在涂敷前混合两种以上溶液的混合部件。混合部件可是被动的,例如,导管中的螺旋结构,或者相反可是主动的,例如,混合叶片或者推进器。一旦混合,溶液可通过针状输出而被涂敷,或者可通过喷射组件而被喷出。对于确保溶液如预期地发挥功效,两种以上成分在涂敷之前的完全混合很重要。
由于在工作过程期间可能需要间歇使用涂药器组件,故易于使涂药器喷头的出口堵塞。因此,多数涂药器组件都设置有一定数量的用于在发生喷头堵塞时的置换喷头。置换堵塞的涂药器喷头会中断工作过程的流程,这耗时且增加费用。
因此,具有能够自洁的涂药器喷头是有益的。
发明内容

具体实施方式
首先参照图1,包括依照本公开的喷射器喷头组件的涂药器组件概括显示为涂药器组件10。涂药器组件10包括歧管或基部20、从歧管20延伸出的细长管30和放置在细长管30的远端30b上的喷射器喷头组件50。涂药器组件10还包括插入件40,所述插入件40被构造成容纳在喷射器喷头组件50的内部且位于细长管30的远端。

在一个实施例中,喷射器喷头组件50由从Momentive PerfomanceMaterials,Waterford,NY可获得的硅弹性体(例如),硅橡胶复合物和(一种液体硅橡胶)构成。通过测试,发现由具有70硬度计的硅树脂构成的喷射器喷头组件50在运转期间能够清除其自身的堵塞。可以预想到改变硬度计的其它硅树脂也能有效清洁自身或清除自身的堵塞。在喷射器喷头组件50堵塞期间,硅树脂的挠性特性允许喷射器喷头组件50在经受增加的压力的情况下折曲。喷射器喷头组件50的折曲去除了形成在其中的任何堵塞。此外,硅树脂的非润湿表面特性(疏水性)有助于防止喷射器喷头组件50堵塞。喷射器喷头组件50在运转期间清除自身堵塞的能力允许连续使用涂药器组件10,而无需一再更换喷射器喷头组件50。如此,可缩短工作过程的长度且排除了使用多个喷射器喷头组件的费用及不便性。

如图所示,喷射器喷头组件150的径向膨胀和/或折曲致使出口159沿着其至少一部分增大直径。基于径向膨胀和/或折曲的程度,喷射器喷头组件150的末端腔室158也沿着其至少一部分增大直径。出口159直径的增大允许“C”形堵塞物穿过出口159。一旦出口159的“C”形堵塞物被清除,则喷射器喷头组件150内的压力增大会消失,并且出口159恢复到其初始状态的未膨胀/未折曲的结构。如此,喷射器喷头组件150能够自洁“C”形堵塞物,自洁意味着能够清除出口159的“C”形堵塞物而无需附加的外界影响。尽管图示表明一致的或对称的径向膨胀/折曲,但应该意识到喷射器喷头组件150的结构允许喷射器喷头组件150的不对称的膨胀和/或折曲。如此,出口159可经受不对称的膨胀/折曲,例如,拉长。
现在转向图14A和图14B,由“C”形堵塞物在喷射器喷头组件150内产生的压力增大可额外地,或者相反,致使喷射器喷头组件150在远侧或纵向上膨胀和/或折曲,如箭头“B”所示。喷射器喷头组件150的纵向膨胀和/或折曲致使出口159的结构改变(如虚线显示)。如图所示,喷射器喷头组件150的纵向膨胀和/或折曲致使出口159沿着其至少一部分增大直径。基于径向膨胀和/或折曲的程度,喷射器喷头组件150的末端腔室158也可沿着其至少一部分增大或减小直径。
尽管未图示,但是喷射器喷头组件150的中间腔室156可在喷射器喷头组件150的径向和/或纵向膨胀/折曲期间承受结构的改变。在膨胀和/或折曲期间,当将“C”形堵塞物从出口159清除掉时,第一和第二成分冲撞插入件140的力量保持插入件140的远端140a坚实地紧靠中间腔室156的远端,从而确保将第一和第二成分被正确引导到末端腔室158中。
已进行了将各种结构的喷射器喷头组件150的特性与已知的喷射器喷头组件(未显示)进行比较的第二项研究。研究结果显示包括置于其周围的特氟纶热收缩导管160(图7)的喷射器喷头组件150改良了喷射器喷头组件150的开启/停止功能。此外,发现在细长管130的远端130b和插入件140之间设置1至2mm的小间隔证明不会改进喷射特性。

Claims (15)
1.一种喷射器喷头组件,其包括:
含有出口的远端,所述出口限定了至少一种在第一状态下的第一结构和至少一种在第二状态下的第二结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的喷射器喷头组件,其中所述远端被构造成折曲,以使出口从第一结构改变到第二结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的喷射器喷头组件,其中所述远端被构造成膨胀,以使出口从第一结构改变到第二结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的喷射器喷头组件,进一步包括近端,所述近端被构造成与分配组件可操作地接合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的喷射器喷头组件,其中所述远端包括允许折曲和膨胀中的至少一种的材料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的喷射器喷头组件,其中所述远端的至少一部分包括硅树脂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的喷射器喷头组件,其中所述出口限定了正常运转期间的第一结构和当所述出口被至少部分阻塞时的第二结构。
8.根据权利要求1所述的喷射器喷头组件,其中所述远端为沿径向折曲和膨胀中的至少一种,以便从所述第一结构改变到所述第二结构。
9.根据权利要求1所述的喷射器喷头组件,其中所述远端为向远侧折曲和膨胀中的至少一种,以便从所述第一结构改变到所述第二结构。
10.根据权利要求1所述的喷射器喷头组件,其中所述远端为沿径向且向远侧折曲和膨胀中的至少一种,以便从所述第一结构改变到所述第二结构。
11.根据权利要求1所述的喷射器喷头组件,其中所述出口限定了基本为椭圆形的开口,所述基本为椭圆形的开口具有在所述第一结构下的第一直径和在所述第二结构下的第二直径。
12.根据权利要求1所述的喷射器喷头组件,其中所述出口限定了开口,所述开口具有在所述第一结构下的第一直径和在所述第二结构下的较大直径。
13.一种自洁式涂药器,其包括:
具有远端的喷射器喷头组件,所述远端包括出口,所述出口限定了至少一个在正常运转期间的第一结构和至少一个在所述出口被至少部分阻塞时的第二结构。
14.一种自洁式涂药器,其包括:
喷射器喷头组件,其包括出口,所述喷射器喷头组件能够从所述出口清除阻塞物。
15.一种自洁式涂药器,其包括:
限定了出口的喷射器喷头组件,所述喷射器喷头组件能够承受横截面几何形状的变化以从所述出口清除阻塞物。
