技术领域

使用该方法,当用户需要以低流量使用热水时,消除相关技术中热水器的不便成为可能,相关技术的热水器由于不能使热水器运行而无法提供热水。由于根据本发明实施方式的热水器当以非常低的流量供给热水时,可提供相应于设定温度的热水,因此,无论热水器的安装条件或用户的习惯,使热水器中热水的温度控制在用户设定温度成为可能。
工业适用性
本发明不限于上述实施方式,且在不偏离本发明范围的情况下可以各种方式对其进行修改和改变,这对于本领域技术人员来说是显而易见的。

Claims (6)

1.一种热水供给系统以低流量使用热水时控制热水温度的方法,该热水供给系统包括:流量传感器,其测量流入热水供给系统中水的流量;换热器,其将加热装置的热量传递到流入的水中;水箱,其临时存储热水供给系统中的水;温度传感器,其被安装在所述水流经的管线的预定位置;控制器,其具有允许用户输入所需条件的输入单元;及泵,其安装在连接形成于出口管线的第一分叉点和形成于入口管线的第二分叉点的管线上,该方法包括:
使用流量传感器测量流入热水供给系统中的水的流量;
当测得的流量为热水供给系统的运行流量或更低时,控制器停止加热装置的燃烧后,使用所述泵经由内部循环路径预热循环热水供给系统中的水,所述内部循环路径连接所述第一分叉点、所述第二分叉点和所述换热器;
使用温度传感器测量循环水的温度;和将高于用户设定温度的预定温度设定为预热循环关闭温度,将低于用户设定温度的预定温度设定为预热循环开启温度,然后使用控制器,当温度传感器测量的温度为所述预热循环开启温度或更低时,开启加热装置的运行,当温度传感器测量的温度为所述预热循环关闭温度或更高时,停止加热装置的运行。
2.根据权利要求1的热水供给系统以低流量使用热水时控制热水温度的方法,还包括:使用控制器确定用户是否通过输入单元选择低流量模式;和当用户选择低流量模式时,使用控制器,在用户设定温度和预热循环开启温度之间确定新的预热循环开启温度,在用户设定温度和预热循环关闭温度之间确定新的预热循环关闭温度,然后当温度传感器测量的温度为新确定的预热循环开启温度或更低时,开启加热装置的运行,当温度传感器测量的温度为新确定的预热循环关闭温度或更高时,停止加热装置的运行。
3.根据权利要求1的热水供给系统以低流量使用热水时控制热水温度的方法,还包括:当温度传感器测量的温度为预热循环关闭温度或更高时,在经过预定时间后停止泵的运行;和在停止泵的运行后,当温度传感器测量的温度为预热循环开启温度或更低时,重启泵的运行。
4.根据权利要求2的热水供给系统以低流量使用热水时控制热水温度的方法,还包括:当温度传感器测量的温度为新确定的预热循环关闭温度或更高时,在经过预定时间后停止泵的运行;和在停止泵的运行后,当温度传感器测量的温度为新确定的预热循环开启温度或更低时,重启泵的运行。
5.根据权利要求4的热水供给系统以低流量使用热水时控制热水温度的方法,还包括:当选择低流量模式时,使用控制器确定用户是否通过输入单元选择预热循环开启温度和预热循环关闭温度;和当用户已经选择预热循环开启温度和预热循环关闭温度后,使用控制器,根据用户选择的预热循环开启温度和预热循环关闭温度控制加热装置的运行。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一的热水供给系统以低流量使用热水时控制热水温度的方法,还包括:使用控制器确定用户是否通过输入单元从一天中选择了预热循环时间并将其输入到输入单元;和当用户已经输入上述预热循环时间后,使用控制器,在用户选择的时间内执行预热循环。
