技术领域
本发明涉及吸收性物品，例如涉及用于处理经血、尿失禁和其它体液的个人卫生垫。
背景技术
在个人卫生领域中众所周知的有用于吸收并容纳使用者身体所排出的体液的物品像卫生巾、护垫和尿失禁片(以下称为吸收性物品)。典型的这种吸收性物品包括顶层、底层和设置在顶层和底层之间的吸收芯。顶层被构造成可渗透液体，允许体液透过而到达用于保持体液的吸收芯，底层被构造成不可渗透液体，以防止体液漏出而脏污使用者的皮肤或内衣。
通过现有技术的吸收性物品例子，图1示出国际专利申请公开号WO1997/001998所公开的吸收性物品。图2是沿图1的线II-II的截面图。参见图1和图2，吸收性物品包括面层52、隔挡层54、主吸收件56和次吸收件58。面层52可渗透液体并处于与使用者接触的位置。隔挡层不可渗透液体并贴在使用者的内衣上。主吸收件56用于吸收透过面层52的体液。次吸收件58形成有开口60，部分主吸收件通过该开口外露。
但在如图1和图2所示的现有技术吸收性物品50中，次吸收件58包括50％-95％的非吸收性聚合物成份，因此体液很难在吸收件58中扩散开。换言之，次吸收件58的扩散速率相对低。因此，尽管开口60在短时间内能容纳大量体液，但临时容纳在次吸收件58中的体液却不能立即被主吸收件56和次吸收件58吸收。因而使用者可能会感觉很湿。除此之外，临时容纳的体液可能会从吸收性物品中漏出而污浊使用者的皮肤和内衣。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决前述问题。本发明提供一种能够妥善处理突然意外地排泄出的体液的吸收性物品。
根据本发明的各实施例，提供一种带有环形吸收件的吸收性物品。根据一个实施例，该吸收性物品可以包括：可渗透液体的顶层；不可渗透液体的底层；设于顶层和底层之间的环形吸收件用于吸收并容纳经过顶层的液体，该环形吸收件在其中部限定出开口，该开口在纵向上伸长；设于环形吸收件和底层之间的第二吸收件，第二吸收件具有与该环形吸收件的开口位置对齐的可见区域。
在一个实施例中，第二吸收件可以包括：用于吸收并传送容纳在环形吸收件中的液体的传送件；以及用于吸收被传递经过该传送件的液体的吸收体。另外，可见区域可以包括在传送件上印制的多个点或者在传送件上限定出的多个孔。
在一个实施例中，该环形吸收件可被构造成使该环形吸收件的面对第二吸收件的下表面的吸收和扩散速率快于面对顶层的环形吸收件上表面。
在一个实施例中，该环形吸收件的宽度是22mm-52mm，长度可以是50mm-150mm。该环形吸收件的厚度可以是0.5mm-3mm。
在一个实施例中，该开口的宽度可以是20mm-50mm，长度可以是30mm-100mm。被定义为开口平面面积与环形吸收件厚度的乘积的开口内部容积可以在0.5ml-3.0ml范围内。环形吸收件的一端在宽度方向上距开口的距离可以大于或等于2mm。
在一个实施例中，该环形吸收件所包括的吸收性材料可以大于或等于环形吸收件全部重量的50％。另外，该吸收性材料的密度可以低于第二吸收件的密度。该吸收性材料可以包括纤维素纤维。

根据一个实施例，该吸收性物品包括具有该开口的环形吸收件。因此，吸收性物品能够在短时间内吸收并容纳大量体液，并且能够经过传送件将该体液传送至吸收体。由于顶层通过环形吸收件的开口与传送件隔开，因而该顶层可以在体液注入后在更短的时间内变干。据此，这种吸收性物品可以让使用者觉得干爽。
由于该开口在吸收性物品的纵向上伸长地形成在环形吸收件中部内，因此透过顶层的体液可主要沿吸收性物品的纵向扩散，而不是沿横向。据此，这可以防止体液沿着吸收性物品横向大量扩散并在吸收性物品横向上泄漏出来。
另外，由于可见区域以对应于环形吸收件的开口的方式形成在传送件内，所以使用者可以透过顶层看见该可见区域。结果，使用者会相信该开口的容量大于实际容量并预期该吸收性物品能够在短时间内吸收大量体液。因此，该吸收性物品可以让使用者觉得更放心。

以下将参照附图详细描述吸收性物品的实施例。所有示出在附图中的相似的标记表示相似或者对应的部分。
本文所用的术语“纵向”一般是指在吸收性物品贴合于使用者之后与使用者身体的前后方向重合的方向，而术语“横向”表示与该纵向垂直的方向。另外，此处使用的术语“上方”一般基于附图所示的方位来确定，而术语“下方”一般表示与“上方”相反的方向。
参见图3至图5，根据本发明的一个实施例，吸收性物品100包括：可渗透液体的顶层110；不可渗透液体的底层120；以及设于顶层110和底层120之间的环形吸收件130和第二吸收件140、150。第二吸收件140、150设于环形吸收件130和底层120之间。环形吸收件130用于吸收和容纳透过顶层110的液体。环形吸收件130具有在其中部限定出的开口131。开口131在纵向上伸长。第二吸收件具有与环形吸收件130的开口131对齐的可见区域或者可识别区域141。在一个实施例中，第二吸收件140、150可以包括：用于吸收并传送容纳在环形吸收件130中的液体的传送件140；以及用于吸收并收集经由其中的传送件140传送的液体的吸收体150。传送件140和吸收体150可以是相互独立的，也可以是一体形成的。该液体可以包括从使用者体内排放的液体(以下称为体液)。

在一个实施例中，可见区域141可以包括印制在传送件140的上表面上的多个点。另外，可见区域141可以包括形成在传送件140内的多个孔(或小洞)。如图3所示，该多个点或孔可以布置成与开口131的形状相匹配或相适应。如果可见区域包括多个点，则这些点可被印有比顶层110或传送件140更深的颜色。如果可以透过顶层看见颜色更深的所述点以及开口，使用者可能会认为开口131的深度(或者环形吸收件130的高度)比实际的深度或高度更大。因此，使用者可能会认为开口131具有更大的容量而且该吸收性物品能够吸收更多的体液。使用者因而感觉放心。另外，对于包括孔的可见区域，使用者可能会觉得透过顶层110可看见的开口131具有更大的容量，因而觉得放心。此外，这些孔能够明显增大开口131的容量。由此，容纳在开口131和孔中的体液可被迅速传送至吸收体150。在其它实施例中，可见区域141可以包括各种不同的图案来增加吸收性物品100的美感。
吸收体150设于传送件140与底层120之间，用于快速将体液吸收和收集在其中。吸收体150可以包括可压缩的、可变形的和不刺激使用者皮肤的材料。
在一个实施例中，吸收性物品100可以另外包括压印部160，该压印部用于有效地防止体液的凝结和泄漏。压印部160可以通过压制顶层110、传送件140和吸收体150来形成。压印部160可以包括：沿传送件140和吸收体150设置的第一压印部161；在吸收性物品100的纵向上接近第一压印部161的第二压印部162。第一压印部161的形状可以是环圈曲线，第二压印部162可以是不连续的点。
接着，将基于对多个比较例的吸收性物品进行的实验结果对根据一个实施例的吸收性物品的性能进行描述。在这些测试中将使用人造血作为吸收性物品所吸收的液体。诸如牛或马等动物的血液也可用作吸收的液体。
吸收时间
下面的表1示出了在相同的情况下施加在不同类型的吸收性物品上的人造血的吸收时间。

下面的表2示出了在相同情况下将3ml的人造血分三次施加在不同的吸收性物品上的吸收时间。

对于比较例1，第二次和第三次的吸收时间与第一次吸收时间相比延长了约两倍和约三倍。与此现比，根据一个实施例的吸收性物品(A1)，第二次吸收时间几乎等于第一次吸收时间。此外，第三次吸收时间与第一次或第二次吸收时间相比延长了约两倍。据此，即使在吸收性物品(A1)上多次施加人造血，吸收性物品(A1)的吸收时间没有明显延长。
环形吸收件的物理屏障功能
图6显示了将人造血施加在沿纵向倾斜的吸收性物品上的情况。图7显示了如图6所示施加后的人造血的扩散情况。图8示出了人造血施加在沿横向倾斜的吸收性物品上的情况。图9示出如图8所示施加后的人造血的扩散情况。
在图6和图7中，施加有人造血的吸收性物品沿该吸收性物品的纵向倾斜了30度。从图7的对比中可以明显地看出，比较例2(B2)中的人造血在施加之后沿吸收性物品的倾斜方向流下。然而，根据一个实施例的吸收性物品(A1)上只有很少的人造血流出了环形吸收件的开口。
参见图8和图9，施加有人造血的吸收性物品沿该吸收性物品的横向倾斜了30度。从图9的对比中可以明显看出，比较例2(B2)中的人造血在施加之后沿吸收性物品的倾斜方向流下。然而，在根据一个实施例的吸收性物品(A1)上只有很少的人造血流出了环形吸收件的开口。
据此可以确信，根据一个实施例的吸收性物品的环形吸收件具有物理屏障的作用。
吸收性物品的柔韧性
下面的表3示出了在相同的情况下使不同类型的吸收性物品变形所需要的力。

使根据一个实施例的吸收性物品(A1)发生变形所需要的力与比较例1(B1)相比减少了约50％。换言之，吸收性物品(A1)的柔韧性与比较例1(B1)相比增大了50％。据此，即便使用者在使用吸收性物品时进行大量运动或活动，吸收性物品所具有的柔韧性使其仍然可以紧贴在使用者身上。
人造血在吸收性物品中的扩散
图10示出了在施加了人造血之后的吸收性物品的顶层。图11示出了在施加了人造血之后的吸收性物品的底层。
如图10和图11所示，比较例1和比较例2(B1，B2)中的人造血同时向各自吸收性物品的纵向以及横向扩散。另外，在比较例1和比较例2(B1，B2)中，在吸收性物品的纵向的扩散距离与在横向的扩散距离大致相等。特别地，比较例2(B2)中的人造血扩散到了吸收性物品横向上的两端。然而，在根据一个实施例的吸收性物品(A1)中，人造血的扩散方向主要是纵向而非横向。换言之，在根据一个实施例的吸收性物品(A1)中，体液将最大程度地向传送件和吸收体纵向上的两端扩散。据此，根据一个实施例的吸收性物品(A1)能够缩短吸收时间并增大吸收容量。另外，根据一个实施例的吸收性物品能够防止体液大量沿吸收性物品的横向扩散并沿该吸收性物品的横向漏出。
尽管已借由以上实施例示出和描述了本发明，但其本发明并不限制于此。本领域普通技术人员应知，可在不超出本发明的保护范围的条件下对本发明进行各种替换或修改。

Claims (15)

1.一种吸收性物品，包含：
可渗透液体的顶层；
不可渗透液体的底层；
设于该顶层与该底层之间并能够吸收和容纳经过该顶层的液体的环形吸收件，该环形吸收件在它的中部具有沿纵向伸长的开口；以及
设于环形吸收件与底层之间的第二吸收件，该第二吸收件具有与该环形吸收件的开口的位置对齐的可见区域。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸收性物品，其特征是，第二吸收件包含：
用于吸收并传送容纳在该环形吸收件中的液体的传送件；以及
用于吸收被传送经过该传送件的液体的吸收体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的吸收性物品，其特征是，该可见区域包含印制在该传送件上的多个点。
4.根据权利要求2所述的吸收性物品，其特征是，该可见区域包含在该传送件上限定出的多个孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的吸收性物品，其特征是，该环形吸收件被构造成使该环形吸收件的面对该第二吸收件的下表面的吸收和扩散速率快于该环形吸收件的面对该顶层的上表面。
6.根据权利要求1所述的吸收性物品，其特征是，该环形吸收件的宽度为22mm-52mm，长度为50mm-150mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的吸收性物品，其特征是，该环形吸收件的厚度为0.5mm-3mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的吸收性物品，其特征是，该开口的宽度为20mm-50mm，长度为30mm-100mm。
9.根据权利要求1所述的吸收性物品，其特征是，该开口的内部容积在0.5ml-3.0ml范围内，该内部容积由该开口的平面面积与该环形吸收件的厚度的乘积来定义。
10.根据权利要求1所述的吸收性物品，其特征是，该环形吸收件在横向上的端部与该开口的距离大于或等于2mm。
11.根据权利要求1所述的吸收性物品，其特征是，该环形吸收件所包含的吸收性材料的重量大于或等于该环形吸收件全部重量的50％。
12.根据权利要求11所述的吸收性物品，其特征是，该吸收性材料的密度低于该第二吸收件的密度。
13.根据权利要求11所述的吸收性物品，其特征是，该吸收性材料包含纤维素纤维。
14.根据权利要求1所述的吸收性物品，其特征是，该开口的平面面积大于或等于该环形吸收件的整个平面面积的20％。
15.根据权利要求1所述的吸收性物品，其特征是，该开口包含多个孔。
