背景技术

另一操作包括,如果所述监控指示所述错误量达到所述预设阈值,则从使用第一符号类型编码转变为使用具有比所述第一符号类型更长持续时间的第二符号类型进行编码。
另一操作包括,如果所述监控指示所述错误量达到所述预设阈值,则从使用第一频率组编码转变为使用较低的第二频率组编码。
另一操作包括,如果所述监控指示所述错误量达到所述预设阈值,则将一个第一图案编码到所述音频信号中,其中所述第一图案比如下的第二比特长度供应更多的波形信息供接收机在识别符号中使用,所述第二比特长度是在识别到错误传输之前被编码到所述音频信号中的。
另一操作包括,计数非确认的数量或处理由接收端点所生成的信令,其中所述调整是基于所述计数或所述信令。
本领域技术人员应明了,在不违背本发明的基本原理的前提下,可以对上述实施方案的细节做出许多改变。因此,本发明的范围应仅由下列权利要求确定。
上述的大多数设备包括硬件和关联软件。例如,典型的导航设备很可能包括一个或多个处理器以及在这些处理器上可执行以实现上述操作的软件。在本文中,我们以普遍理解的含义来使用术语“软件”,指的是机器或处理器可用的程序或例程(子例程、对象、插件等)以及数据。众所周知,计算机程序通常包括存储在机器可读或计算机可读储存介质中的指令。本发明的一些实施方案可以包括存储在机器可读或计算机可读储存介质(诸如数字存储器)中的可执行程序或指令。我们并不暗示,在任何具体实施方案中都要求常规含义的“计算机”。例如,在设备(诸如本文描述的部件)中可以使用各种嵌入式的或其他类型的处理器。
用于存储软件的存储器也是众所周知的。在一些实施方案中,与给定处理器关联的存储器可以与处理器安置在同一物理设备中(“机载”存储器);例如,布置在集成电路微处理器或类似物内的RAM或FLASH存储器。在其他实施例中,存储器包括独立设备,诸如外部盘驱动器、存储阵列或便携式闪存钥匙链。在这样的情况下,当存储器和数字处理器被操作性地联结在一起或彼此通信(例如通过I/O端口、网络连接等)时,该存储器变得与该数字处理器“关联”,使得该处理器可以读取存储在该存储器上的文件。关联存储器可以是被设计为“只读的”(ROM),或是依靠许可设置为“只读的”,或不是只读的。其他实例包括但不限于WORM、EPROM、EEPROM、FLASH等。这些技术常常以固态半导体器件实现。其他存储器可以包括运动件,诸如常规的旋转盘驱动器。所有这样的存储器都是“机器可读的”或“计算机可读的”,且可以用于存储可执行指令以执行本文描述的功能。
“软件产品”指的是如下的存储设备:其中一系列可执行指令被以机器可读形式存储,使得对该软件产品具有适当访问的合适机器或处理器可以执行所述指令以做出所述指令实现的处理。软件产品有时用于发布软件。任何类型的机器可读存储器,包括但不限于上面总结的,可以用于制作软件产品。也已知的是,软件可以经由电子传输(“下载”)发布,在该情况下通常在该传输的传输端或接收端或这两端将存在对应的软件产品。
既然已经在优选实施方案中描述和例示了本发明的原理,那么应明了,在不违背这些原理的前提下,可以在排列和细节方面对本发明做出修改。我们请求保护落在下列权利要求的精神和范围内的所有改型和变体。
Claims (20)
1.一种编码有指令的处理器可读介质,所述指令如果被执行则导致:
使用一个特定的调制参数组处理所接收的数字比特流,以生成一个对于不同比特值具有不同音频声调的音频信号,其中所述音频声调被选择以通过一个不受声码器阻碍的无线远程通信网络的一个无线语音信道传送,以及其中所述特定的调制参数组针对多个声编码模式的一个子集被优化,而不预先知道所述声码器当前运用所述多个声编码模式中的哪一个声编码模式来声编码所述音频信号;
监控在所述无线远程通信网络上的传输,以识别与所述无线语音信道上的传输相关的错误量何时达到一个预设阈值;
如果所述监控指示所述错误量达到所述预设阈值,则从所述特定的调制参数组切换至一个不同的调制参数组。
2.根据权利要求1所述的处理器可读介质,其中所述不同的调制参数组被设计以获得比所述特定的调制参数组更大的兼容性,以及其中,所述不同的调制参数组关于声编码模式的所述子集未被优化,和/或关于声编码模式的一个不同子集被优化。
3.根据权利要求1所述的处理器可读介质,其中所述指令如果被执行则导致:
如果所述监控指示所述错误量达到所述预设阈值,则从使用第一符号类型编码转变为使用比所述第一符号类型具有更长持续时间的第二符号类型进行编码。
4.根据权利要求1所述的处理器可读介质,其中所述指令如果被执行则导致:
如果所述监控指示所述错误量达到所述预设阈值,则从使用第一频率对进行编码转变为使用较低的第二频率对进行编码;
其中较高的第一频率对是关于错误传输使用的。
5.根据权利要求1所述的处理器可读介质,其中所述指令如果被执行则导致:

7.根据权利要求1所述的处理器可读介质,其中所述指令如果被执行则导致:
如果所述监控指示所述错误量达到所述预设阈值,则从全双工传输模式转变为半双工传输模式。
8.根据权利要求1所述的处理器可读介质,其中所述错误中的至少一些错误是由声码器运用一个不被包括在如下的子集内的声编码模式而引起,针对该子集所述特定的调制参数组相关于错误传输被优化。

使用一个特定的调制参数组处理所接收的数字比特流,以生成一个对于不同比特值具有不同音频声调的音频信号,其中所述音频声调被选择以通过一个不受声码器阻碍的无线远程通信网络的一个无线语音信道传送,以及其中所述特定的调制参数组针对多个声编码模式的一个子集被优化,而不预先知道所述声码器当前运用所述多个声编码模式中的哪一个声编码模式来声编码所述音频信号;
从用于传输的解调端点反馈回实际错误信息;以及
当反馈回的错误信息指示错误达到一个预设阈值时,从所述特定的调制参数组切换至一个不同的调制参数组。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中所述不同的调制参数组关于声编码模式的所述子集未被优化,和/或关于声编码模式的一个不同子集被优化。
13.根据权利要求11所述的方法,进一步包括:
当反馈回的错误信息指示错误达到所述预设阈值时,从使用第一符号类型编码转变为使用比所述第一符号类型具有更长持续时间的第二符号类型进行编码。
14.根据权利要求11所述的方法,进一步包括:
当反馈回的错误信息指示错误达到预设阈值时,从使用第一频率组编码转变为使用较低的第二频率组编码;
其中较高的第一频率组是关于错误传输使用的。
15.根据权利要求11所述的方法,进一步包括:
将一个第一图案编码到所述音频信号,其中所述第一图案比如下的第二图案供应更多的波形信息供接收机在识别符号中使用,所述第二图案是在达到所述预设阈值之前被编码到所述音频信号中的。
16.一种编码有指令的处理器可读介质,所述指令如果被执行则导致:
确定声码器是否当前正运用多个声编码模式中的特定的一个或一些;
使用一个特定的调制参数组处理所接收的数字比特流,以生成一个对于不同比特值具有不同音频声调的音频信号,其中所述音频声调被选择以通过一个不受所述声码器阻碍的无线远程通信网络的一个无线语音信道传送;
其中如果所述确定指示所述声码器目前正在运用所述多个声编码模式中的特定的一个或一些,则所述特定的调制参数组具有第一组参数,否则,所述特定的调制参数组具有不同的第二组参数;
监控所述无线远程通信网络上的传输,以识别与所述无线语音信道上的传输相关的错误量何时达到一个预设阈值;
如果所述监控指示所述错误量达到所述预设阈值,则调整对所接收的数字比特流的处理。
17.根据权利要求16所述的处理器可读介质,其中所述指令如果被执行则导致:
如果所述监控指示所述错误量达到所述预设阈值,则从使用第一符号类型编码转变为使用具有比所述第一符号类型更长持续时间的第二符号类型进行编码。
18.根据权利要求16所述的处理器可读介质,其中所述指令如果被执行则导致:
如果所述监控指示所述错误量达到所述预设阈值,则从使用第一频率组编码转变为使用较低的第二频率组编码。
19.根据权利要求16所述的处理器可读介质,其中所述指令如果被执行则导致:
