Description

断电式待机的碎纸机及其操作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及碎纸机,特别涉及一种节能省电碎纸机。
背景技术
现代电子电气设备对节能配置的需求日益增加。通常一种电气设备配有开启/关闭(ON/OFF)的开关,分别对应工作电源开启/电源关闭(POWER ON/POWER OFF)状态。在工作电源开启(POWER ON)状态下,且在机器的运转模式下,可以操作机器的主要功能部件进行工作。通常在接近最大能耗的情况下操作机器。操作完成后,机器切换至电源开启-待机(POWER ON-STANDBY)状态。在此状态下,机器的至少一部分电路保持通电,等待恢复至运行状态模式的信号。通常情况下,为方便用户,机器每周长时间保持在电源开启/待机(POWER ON/STANDBY)状态。若电平较低,这种便捷设置会产生持续能耗的费用。大多数此类产品总共要白白消耗大量能源,造成毫无意义的能耗背景值。碎纸机通常设有开启/关闭/待机(ON/OFF/STANDBY)状态,在此待机(STANDBY)状态时至少保持部分通电。断电式待机模式将极为实用。
 
发明内容
本发明提供用于粉碎可碎物的节能省电碎纸机装置及操作方法,包括触动时用于粉碎可碎物的碎纸机刀芯;与所述碎纸机刀芯相连接的电机控制器;与所述电机控制器相连接的碎纸机控制器;与所述电机控制器相连接的程序计时器,其中所述程序计时器在预设可工作时间(a predetermined active period)后触动;以及与所述碎纸机控制器相连接的机械触动开关(绿色节能开关) (GREEN SWITCH)。
触动所述绿色节能开关将使所述碎纸机控制器、电机控制器、碎纸机刀芯和程序计时器通电。关闭所述绿色节能开关将使所述碎纸机刀芯断电。所述绿色节能开关是常闭开关。预设可工作时间结束后,所述程序计时器将使所述碎纸机控制器、电机控制器和碎纸机刀芯断电。
某些实施例中的预设可工作时间小于1小时。在其它一些实施例中,所述预设可工作时间小于5分钟。另一些实施例中的所述机械触动开关包括单刀单掷开关。而其它一些实施例中,所述机械触动开关是机械触动跳闸开关,且在某些情况下,所述机械触动开关是单刀单掷跳闸开关,其中所述预设可工作时间小于1小时。在某些实施例中,所述机械触动开关设在进纸口入纸通道处。
在另一个实例中,用于粉碎可碎物的碎纸机包括触动时用于粉碎可碎物的碎纸机刀芯;与所述碎纸机刀芯相连的电机控制器;与所述电机控制器相连的碎纸机控制器,同时包括连接于其中的程序计时器,程序计时器可在预设可工作时间后开启计时;激活/禁用开关(PED),在电源开启状态下,通过所述激活/禁用开关向所述碎纸机刀芯、电机控制器以及设有程序计时器的碎纸机控制器供电;以及与所述碎纸机控制器连接的机械触动开关(绿色节能开关)。
触动所述绿色节能开关将使所述碎纸机控制器、电机控制器、碎纸机刀芯和程序计时器通电。关闭所述绿色节能开关将使所述碎纸机刀芯断电。所述绿色节能开关是常闭开关。通常情况下,在预设可工作时间结束后,所述程序计时器将使所述碎纸机控制器、电机控制器和碎纸机刀芯断电。
在具体实施例中,配备所述机械触动开关的碎纸机设有单刀单掷跳闸开关,且其预设可工作时间小于1小时。在其它实施例中,所述机械触动开关包括单刀单掷开关,且所述预设可工作时间约为5分钟。
提供一种碎纸机的操作方法实例,包括操作机械触动开关开启(ON);通过操作所述机械触动开关对碎纸机的电子电路供电;设置程序计时器的预设可工作时间;通过操作机械触动开关开启(ON)运转碎纸机刀芯;操作所述机械触动开关关闭(OFF);通过程序计时器计数预设可工作时间;若所述预设可工作时间结束,对碎纸机的电子电路进行断电。在某些这种实施例中,操作机械触动开关开启(ON) 进一步包括操作碎纸机进纸口入纸通道处的机械触动开关开启(ON)。在其它实施例中,在操作所述机械触动开关开启(ON)之前,使用激活/禁用开关为所述碎纸机供电。所述方法还可包括在操作机械触动开关开启(ON)之后,探测进纸口的可碎物。在特殊实施例中,可采用光电探测法探测进纸口的可碎物。

具体实施方式
此处公开的实施例公开了一种碎纸机,所述碎纸机具备开启/关闭/待机(ON/OFF/STANDBY)状态以及断电式待机(绿色)(POWERLESS STANDBY (GREEN))状态。当电源开启(ON)时,所述碎纸机可在预设可工作时间内进入带电待机(POWERED STANDBY)状态,准备进行接下来的粉碎任务(prepared for imminent shredder functioning)。若碎纸机在预设可工作时间内没有进行操作,活跃期(the active period)结束后,碎纸机直接进入所述绿色节能(GREEN)状态。在所述绿色节能状态下,将切断所有碎纸机电机及电子电路设备(shredder motor and control electronics)的电源,碎纸机进入电源休眠状态。然而,可以简单地通过在碎纸机进纸口放置可碎物并触动所述机械触动开关使所述碎纸机运转(即,“被唤醒”)。因此,在断电式待机状态中无需电源。
机械触动跳闸开关(绿色节能开关)可作为机械唤醒开关为碎纸机通电,并在有限的预设可工作时间内允许电源开启。所述绿色节能开关可为单刀单掷的常开(关闭)开关,包括跳闸开关、微动开关或者任何类型的灵敏度足以检测可碎物存在情况的机械开关中的一个。为使用方便,所述绿色节能开关可设置在碎纸机的进纸口或入纸通道处,以防止意外触动。与光电式开关相比,本实施例中的所述绿色节能开关本身不耗电,也无需对发射器或监控电子设备(sentinel or monitor electronics)通电以探测进纸情况并为所述碎纸机电路供电。在活跃期内,光电式开关可用于探测碎纸机入纸通道处可碎物的存在情况,但在活跃期结束后,它也可被关闭。当纸张放置于所述(常开)绿色节能开关位置时,可使用所述绿色节能开关恢复供电进行粉碎。此外,可用绿色节能开关取代所述光电式开关或其它碎纸机操作传感器,使碎纸机需要的零件更少、更简单,也更经济。
图1是本发明一实施例碎纸机100的图。该碎纸机使用绿色节能开关150对碎纸机控制器140、电机控制器130和碎纸机刀芯120进行通电。碎纸机100包括配有入纸通道的进纸口(通常位于110处)、碎纸机刀芯120、电机控制器130以及碎纸机控制器140。控制器140可包括程序计时器145,程序计时器145可用于控制预设可工作时间。控制预设可工作时间用于限制控制器130和140通电(empowered)的时间。在所述预设可工作时间(例如小于1小时)结束后,控制器130、140以及碎纸机刀芯120断电。与碎纸机200不同,碎纸机100不包括如PED开关270的PED 开关。同时,碎纸机100也可能不包括如光电设备260的光电式传感器(electro-optic sensor)。
相反,可通过触动位于入纸通道110处的绿色节能开关150对碎纸机100进行通电,并在由程序计时器145探测的所述预设可工作时间结束后断电。碎纸机刀片120可在绿色节能开关150机械操作(如,倾斜)期间(during mechanical operation (e.g., deflection) of GREEN SWITCH 150)激活。当绿色节能开关150恢复至基本状态(如,非倾斜(undeflected))后,碎纸机100可在预设可工作时间内进入通电待机状态。程序计时器145配置为向碎纸机控制器140发出信号,使碎纸机100断电,包括碎纸机刀芯120、电机控制器130以及碎纸机控制器140。当然,碎纸机100、碎纸机200均无需配备分立式控制器130和140,或230和240,它们之中的一个或两个可配有集成控制器。即使配备分立式控制器,控制器140也可操作性连接于控制器130,并通过控制器130与碎纸机刀芯120连接。
现在见图2,实施例碎纸机200的图,碎纸机200可包括通常位于210处的入纸通道、碎纸机刀芯220、向碎纸机电机供电的电机控制器230、操作性连接于电机控制器230的碎纸机控制器240以及操作性连接于碎纸机控制器240的机械操作开关250,在某些实施例中,光电传感器260也可操作性连接于碎纸机控制器240。通过激活/禁用(PED)开关270进行通电或断电。PED开关270按照绿色节能开关250的操作,对控制器230和240进行通电或断电。程序计时器245用于在预设可工作时间(如5分钟)结束后使碎纸机刀芯220、电机控制器230和碎纸机控制器240断电。亦可考虑使用其它预设可工作时间。
当控制器230和240断电后,可通过操作绿色节能开关250对控制器230和240以及电机220恢复通电。这种配置可减少碎纸机200在长期不使用的情况下所消耗的待机电量。相比之下,现有的碎纸机至少保持部分通电,例如,现有碎纸机的碎纸机控制器的至少一部分将消耗电量,可达数小时或者更久,直至碎纸机的电源开关关闭。PED开关270对控制器230和240以及电机220进行通电或断电。然而,只有被绿色节能开关250激活后或在预设可工作时间内才可对这些元件通电。
图3描述了根据此处所述的实例碎纸机300的原理图。装配组件(Assembly block)8包括配有机械触动开关320的开关组件310。装配组件9包括电源模块330。触动开关320时,电源模块330形成回路(an electrical path is completed through power module 330),碎纸机330的机电元件通电。关闭开关320时,微控制器340能对保持通电待机状态的预设可工作时间的消耗时间进行计数,之后将状态切换至断电待机状态。装配组件13中的微控制器340至少能部分控制碎纸机控制器以及碎纸机电机控制器。微控制器340可为闪存式的PIC16F690 20引脚的8位CMOS微控制器,其制造商为位于美国亚利桑那州钱德勒的美国微芯科技公司。微控制器340可为碎纸机300提供定时、指令和控制功能。事实上,微控制器340可包括用于测量所述预设可工作时间的程序计时器。
图4是根据此处实施例的设有绿色节能开关的碎纸机的操作方法400的实例图。操作方法400首先通过连接碎纸机与供电线(the electrical main)(如通过PED开关)的方式对碎纸机通电(S405)。此外,可直接通过机械触动跳闸开关(绿色节能开关)将碎纸机连接至供电线(S405)。对碎纸机和电机控制器进行初次通电(S410),在有限的预设可工作时间内,碎纸机处于通电待机状态,等待可碎物放入进纸口(S415)。若放入可碎物,操作方法400将使碎纸机电机通电,并粉碎所述放入的可碎物(S420)。否则,程序计时器将开始预设可工作时间结束的时间段计时(S430)。
若碎纸机通电时在预设可工作时间内没有放置可碎物,将对所有的电气(如,碎纸机刀芯)以及电子(如控制器)元件进行断电,例如,可通过程序计时器的限制信号,从而将碎纸机的电耗降低至零。然而,用户可以通过插入可碎物 (S450) 的动作指令经由绿色节能开关恢复碎纸机运转(S455),在这种情况下,所述碎纸机通过对电子电气组件进行如之前的通电,可开始操作。否则,碎纸机供电保持关闭。

Claims (15)

1.一种用于粉碎可碎物的碎纸机,其特征在于,包括:
碎纸机刀芯,用于开启时粉碎可碎物; 
电机控制器,与所述碎纸机刀芯连接; 
碎纸机控制器,与所述电机控制器连接; 
程序计时器,与所述电机控制器连接,其中,所述程序计时器可在预设可工作时间后开启计时;以及
机械触动开关(绿色节能开关),与所述碎纸机控制器连接,
触动所述绿色节能开关将使所述碎纸机控制器、电机控制器、碎纸机刀芯和程序计时器通电;
关闭所述绿色节能开关将使所述碎纸机刀芯断电;
其中,所述绿色节能开关是常闭开关,并且
在预设可工作时间结束后,程序计时器将使碎纸机控制器、电机控制器和碎纸机刀芯断电。
2.如权利要求1所述的碎纸机,其特征在于,所述预设可工作时间小于1小时。
3.如权利要求1所述的碎纸机,其特征在于,所述预设可工作时间小于5分钟。
4.如权利要求1所述的碎纸机,其特征在于,所述机械触动开关包括单刀单掷开关。
5.如权利要求1所述的碎纸机,其特征在于,所述机械触动开关包括机械触动跳闸开关。
6.如权利要求2所述的碎纸机,其特征在于,所述机械触动开关包括单刀单掷跳闸开关,且所述预设可工作时间小于1小时。
7.如权利要求1所述的碎纸机,其特征在于,所述机械触动开关设于入纸通道处。
8.一种用于粉碎可碎物的碎纸机,其特征在于,包括:
碎纸机刀芯,用于触动时粉碎可碎物;
电机控制器,与所述碎纸机刀芯连接;
碎纸机控制器,与所述电机控制器连接,同时包括连接于其中的程序计时器,所述程序计时器可在预设可工作时间内开启;
激活/禁用(PED)开关,其在电源激活状态下,通过程序计时器对碎纸机刀芯、电机控制器以及碎纸机控制器供电;以及
机械触动开关(绿色节能开关),其与碎纸机控制器连接,
触动所述绿色节能开关将使所述碎纸机控制器、电机控制器、碎纸机刀芯和程序计时器通电;
关闭所述绿色节能开关将使所述碎纸机刀芯断电;
其中,所述绿色节能开关是常闭开关,并且
在预设可工作时间结束后,程序计时器将导致碎纸机控制器、电机控制器和碎纸机刀芯断电。
9.如权利要求8所述的碎纸机,其特征在于,所述机械触动开关包括单刀单掷跳闸开关,且所述预设可工作时间小于1小时。
10.如权利要求8所述的碎纸机,其特征在于,所述机械触动开关包括单刀单掷开关,且所述预设可工作时间约为5分钟。
11.一种碎纸机的操作方法,其特征在于,包括:
操作机械触动开关开启; 
通过操作所述机械触动开关对碎纸机的电子电路进行通电; 
设置程序计时器的预设可工作时间; 
通过操作所述机械触动开关开启来运转碎纸机刀芯;
操作所述机械触动开关至关闭状态; 
通过程序计时器对预设可工作时间计数;以及 
若预设可工作时间结束,对碎纸机的电子电路进行断电。
12.如权利要求11所述的操作方法,其特征在于,所述操作机械触动开关开启进一步包括操作位于碎纸机进纸口入纸通道的机械触动开关开启。
13.如权利要求11所述的操作方法,其特征在于,进一步包括在操作机械触动开关开启之前,使用激活/禁用开关为所述碎纸机通电。
14.如权利要求11所述的操作方法,其特征在于,进一步包括:
在操作机械触动开关开启之后,探测进纸口的可碎物。
15.如权利要求14所述的操作方法,其特征在于,进一步包括用光电探测法探测进纸口的可碎物。
