本发明涉及人字形顶纸盒的改良结构。
人字形顶纸盒广泛用于象牛奶、果汁、泞檬汁产品以及蔬菜混合汁这类液体食品产品的包装中。当食品被冷藏时,象一盒牛奶,完善的密封并不是决定性的,而避免泄漏是希望达到的。由于牛奶的短期放置与冷藏,将不会有由于污染物进入纸盒而使其腐坏变质的实际问题。提供一种既密闭可靠又使消费者不很费劲即可打开包装的密封是做得到的。

为提供所要求的非密封区域有两种选择,一种可以是包含有硅氧烷材料的使用,硅氧烷可作为隔离剂以防止区域25处粘着,另一种选择是如果以用粘着代替热封的话,可省去粘着区域25。然而,以热塑料树脂覆盖的纸盒,热密封是一种可推荐的封合方法。推荐的结构材料共有五层,名曰:一个聚乙烯内层,该内层用以接合簿箔,一个纸板层和一个聚乙烯外层,再一个是热塑料层,该层的热塑料类型是能适用食品的,诸如乙烯基树脂,即聚氯乙烯。但是纸盒内部至少要覆盖一层热塑料。
附图5示出一种改良的结构,这种结构是与图1到图4所示的结构相似的。但是有个非封闭或轻度封闭区域,该区域接近桩点23上方的折边20的顶部,实际上是以一个矩形25a代替图2中的三角形,并显示另一个非密封或是轻度密封的区域25b,该区域25b延伸于桩点23和桩线21a之间。区域25a和25b是留下的没有密封或轻度密封的,这是由于提供了一种模具,该模具在这些区域不施加压力或者施加较小的压力。也即,在具有一个非密封区域或轻度密封区域的端折边中,还有另一个未密封区域或轻度密封区域,该未密封区域或轻度密封区域是沿着端折边的下部实质上从中央延伸到与外边缘有一间距的点。水平桩线是在侧折边上的,并沿着端折边的顶。竖直桩线在侧折边的每个端头附近。所述另一未密封区或轻度密封区实质上就是从所说的桩点延伸到所说的端折边的桩线,桩点是在该区域之下的。
合适的压模的结构图示于图6和图7中,分别表示凸模颚板40和凹模颚板 41。现在来参阅图6凸模颚板40,它具有一个压模表面42,该表面具有高起的长凸条43以提供水平桩线,并有竖直凸条44和45以提供容器边上的桩线,这是为留着密封时用的,竖直凸条46以提供容器边上的一桩线,这是为打开时用的。凸模颚板40具有固定螺钉47以提供中央桩点23,图5中被松放的大致为矩形的区域25a是由接近固定螺钉47上方的非压区48提供的,纸盒边的方向上的凸起是被开启用的。还提供一个从固定螺钉47延展到直壁46的松放区域49,该固定螺钉47是提供桩点23的,而该直壁46是提供桩线21a的,桩点是紧邻非密封区之下处。凸模颚板40还包含有用于封闭容器的顶折边19的区域50以及区域51,52,53和54,它们是用于密封折边20的剩余部分的。
显示在图7中的凹模41,具有一个上部区域55,该上部区域55与凸模颚板上的部分50紧密配合,一个轻度凹进区域51的上边缘位于容纳凸条43处。模具41具有槽沟56和57以容纳直壁44和45,而槽沟58容纳直壁46,它还具有非压区59以松放压力并与凸模的区域49相匹配以及大致为矩形的压力松放区域60,该区域与凹模区域48匹配。

Claims (9)

1、一种人字形顶纸盒的人字形密封,该密封包括两个相对着的侧板及由此侧板延伸上去的折边,同时还有两个相对着的端板及由此端板延伸上去的折边,该端板的折边低于侧板的折边高度,所说的侧板与端板上具有便于纸盒开关用的刻线。相对着的侧折边互相粘贴,而端折边粘贴到侧折边的下部的部位上。其特征是,留有一个有利于消费者开启纸盒的未被密封区域,此区域在端折边上部中心处。
2、根据权利要求1所述人字形顶纸盒,其特征是,纸盒内部至少要覆盖一层热塑料。
3、根据权利要求2所述人字形顶纸盒,其特征是,折边是用热封焊粘贴的。
4、根据权利要求1、2或3所述人字形顶纸盒,其特征是,未被密封区域呈一个倒置三角形状。
5、根据权利要求1、2或3所述人字形顶纸盒,其特征是,紧邻未密封区之下处有一个桩点。
6、根据权利要求1、2或3所述人字形顶纸盒,其特征是,未密封区呈倒三角形状,在三角形顶点处有一个桩点。
7、根据权利要求1、2或3所述人字形顶纸盒,其特征是,未密封区呈倒三角形状,在其顶点处有一个桩点,并有一水平桩线,该水平桩线在侧折边中,沿着端折边的顶。
8、根据权利要求1所述人字形顶纸盒,其特征是,在具有一个非密封区或轻度密封区域的端折边中具有另一个未密封区域或轻度密封区域。该另一未密封区域或轻度密封区域是沿着端折边的下部实质上从中央延伸到与外边缘有一间距的点。
9、根据权利要求8所述人字形顶纸盒,其特征是,在未密封区或轻度密封区之下有一个桩点,水平桩线是在侧折边上的并沿着端折边顶,竖直桩线在侧折边每个端头附近。所述另一个未密封区,实质上从所说的桩点延伸到所说的端折边上的桩线。
