背景技术

使用预测机160,现场装置可以生成增加有时间间隔的可动作的维护信息,维护动作应该在所述时间间隔内完成。具体地,诸如放空脉冲线路的维护通知可以被增加到“在X小时内放空脉冲线路”。这些维护通知通常采用在“Y”时间内采取“X”动作的形式。时间属性可以列举将来的指定增加的时间,如“在六小时内”可以列举诸如“每日的”时间间隔,或者可以列举将来的指定时间。还优选的是每一个现场装置都在存储器48内装有默认设置,使得维护建议器算法将生成诸如“60个月内工厂校准单元”的初始启动建议动作。
当现场装置获得成功的运行时间时,还可以预期的是可以自动修改预测算法,使得考虑成功的运行时间。因此,与刚刚启动其现场操作的现场装置相比,如果现场装置已经成功运行了十年,当紧急时,注意到具有建议的维护动作的诊断输入的现场装置可以不建议该维护动作。
图4是根据本发明的实施例示出了可用状态指示相对于时间的变化的图表。可用状态指示200与指标202进行比较,以确定整个可用状态是否需要校正动作。指标202可以以任何适当的方式建立,但是优选地利用与其相关的存储在每一个现场装置中的指标使用高加速寿命试验(HALT)建立。如图4中所示,可用状态指示经历超过指标202的两个偏移。这些偏移可以由各种变量中的任一个或它们的组合产生。每一个现场装置优选地包括规则,如果经历任何这种偏移,所述规则使现场装置报告劣化,或者在一组数量的偏移或一段持续时间的偏移发生之后,现场装置可以报告劣化。
图5是示出了沿劣化曲线可以如何预测可用状态指示200的示例性图表。因此,在时间t0处观察的实际可用状态指示可以用于计算可用状态指示将在时间t1达到的某一水平。因此,可动作的维护信息可以包括应该执行一个或多个动作时的将来时间。通过计算劣化斜率,甚至可以使用第一命令数学模型进行预测何时可用状态指示将达到一定阈值。预测机160可以使用以上列举的、在软件、硬件或它们的任意组合中实现的任何适当的技术或技术的组合。
本发明的实施例大致上为基于微处理器的智能型现场装置提供了大量优点。实施例相对于模糊的原始报警数据大致为用户提供了关于维护的可动作信息。此外,为用户提供预测信息,使得在过程变量信息变坏而不能使用之前采取动作以便控制。此外,经由控制试验程序可以经验地开发和改进各种算法。此外,算法优选地在现场装置存储器中是固有的,这减小主机依赖性。最后,可以以任何适当的方式(包括经由增强的电子设备描述语言(EDDL)技术)报告推荐的维修动作。
虽然已经参照优选实施例说明了本发明,但是本领域的技术人员将认识到在不背离本发明的精神和保护范围的情况下可以在形式和细节方面做改变。

Claims (21)

1.一种现场装置,包括:
微处理器;
存储器,所述存储器能够操作地连接到所述微处理器;以及
至少一个诊断输入,所述至少一个诊断输入能够操作地连接到所述微处理器;
其中,所述微处理器运行存储在所述存储器中的指令,以根据所述至少一个诊断输入提供至少一个可动作的维护消息,且
其中,所述微处理器基于存储在存储器中的指令执行算法,所述算法能够获取包括诊断输入的一个或多个输入,并提供可动作的维护信息,如此,所述微处理器做出关于应该采取何种类型、多少数量和多少定时的正确维护动作的大量决定、然后将所述大量决定作为单个消息被现场装置显示或者被通信给控制室。
2.根据权利要求1所述的现场装置,其中,所述至少一个诊断输入包括现场装置诊断输入。
3.根据权利要求2所述的现场装置,其中,所述至少一个诊断输入包括应用信息。
4.根据权利要求2所述的现场装置,其中,所述至少一个诊断输入包括过程变量。
5.根据权利要求2所述的现场装置,其中,所述至少一个诊断输入包括过程可变性。
6.根据权利要求2所述的现场装置,其中,所述至少一个诊断输入包括所述现场装置的环境的特征。
7.根据权利要求7所述的现场装置,其中,所述至少一个诊断输入还包括所述现场装置的环境的相对变化。
8.根据权利要求2所述的现场装置,其中,所述至少一个诊断输入包括将所述现场装置暴露到过程变量的极值的指示。
9.根据权利要求2所述的现场装置,其中,所述至少一个诊断输入包括所述现场装置的电子仪器的诊断。
10.根据权利要求2所述的现场装置,其中,所述至少一个诊断包括传感器漂移。
11.根据权利要求1所述的现场装置,其中,所述至少一个诊断输入包括环路诊断输入。
12.根据权利要求11所述的现场装置,其中,所述至少一个诊断包括现场装置分路电流。
13.根据权利要求11所述的现场装置,其中,所述至少一个诊断包括过程环路电流。
14.根据权利要求11所述的现场装置,其中,所述至少一个诊断包括现场装置端电压。
15.根据权利要求1所述的现场装置,其中,所述至少一个诊断包括堵塞线路诊断。
16.根据权利要求1所述的现场装置,进一步包括预测机,并且其中,所述微处理器使用所述预测机以生成维护时间间隔,所述可动作的维护应该在所述维护时间间隔内执行。
17.根据权利要求1所述的现场装置,其中,所述至少一个可动作的维护消息被所述现场装置显示。
18.根据权利要求1所述的现场装置,其中,所述至少一个可动作的维护消息经过过程控制环路传送。
19.根据权利要求18所述的现场装置,其中,使用增强的EDDL技术传送所述至少一个可动作的维护消息。
20.根据权利要求1所述的现场装置,其中,所述微处理器根据存储在所述存储器中的指令执行算法,并且其中,所述算法能够在制造所述现场装置之后被改变。
21.一种利用现场装置处理诊断数据的方法,所述方法包括步骤:
提供至少一个诊断输入到在所述现场装置中运行的算法;
通过使用所述算法,获取包括诊断输入的一个或多个输入,并提供至少一个可动作的维护信息,如此,所述微处理器做出关于应该采取何种类型、多少数量和多少定时的正确维护动作的大量决定;以及
经过过程控制环路将所述大量决定作为单个消息输送。
