Description
技术领域

背景技术

现在将结合附图对本公开的手术器械和预载荷组件的实施例进行详细的描述,在附图中,多个视图的每个视图中相似的附图标记表示相同或对应的元件。在整个说明书中,术语“近侧”将表示器械的较靠近操作人员的一部分,而术语“远侧”将表示器械的较远离操作人员的一部分。
图1图示了本公开的手术器械(主要以附图标记10表示)。简单来说,手术器械10包括手柄组件12、细长主体部14以及头部16。细长主体部14定义了纵向轴线“A”。另外,虽然没有明确示出,但本公开也可以考虑弯曲的细长主体部。也可以改变细长主体部14和头部16的长度、形状和/或直径以适应特定的手术操作。

在使用时,当头部16处于打开的、松开位置(图5)时,预载荷组件100朝向砧座组件向远侧偏置外壳组件31,并且朝向组织“T”向远侧偏置外壳组件31。正如能够理解的是,能够预先选择(在组装预载荷组件100之前)偏置元件110的弹簧常数从而为特定的操作提供最佳的夹紧压力。由预载荷组件100作用在外壳组件31上的远侧压力有助于防止“夹紧不足”。另外,当砧座组件30没有接近足够的量时和/或当应试图夹紧太厚的组织的要求或当根据在从外壳组件31朝向砧座组件30发射紧固件时产生的力而使砧座组件30和外壳组件31相对地朝向打开位置运动时,“夹紧不足”可能发生。在夹紧直至砧座与钉仓组件之间的设定距离的手术装置中,会发生过度夹紧或夹紧不足(其中夹紧力太大或太小)。预载荷组件中的预载荷弹簧或其他偏置装置施加预先选择的夹紧力。在这里公开的任何一个实施例中,能够提供一种指示器以示出外壳的运动,从而指示所选择的重新载荷对于组织厚度来说是否是最佳的。该偏置装置可以是平行波形弹簧、盘簧、斜面弹簧(bevel spring)或任何其他种类的弹簧。

通过预载荷组件100实现的外壳组件31相对于细长主体部14的近侧运动有助于防止“过度夹紧”。另外,在砧座组件30和外壳组件31完全接近并且提供额外的夹紧力(例如,通过接近旋钮22的持续致动)时“过度夹紧”可能发生。在砧座组件30和外壳组件31完全接近并且提供额外的夹紧力的情况下,预载荷组件100通过允许外壳组件31远离砧座组件30(即,向近侧)运动而有助于防止“过度夹紧”。因此,预载荷组件100有助于防止“夹紧不足”和“过度夹紧”。
一旦头组件16被足够地接近,活动手柄20的致动(即,在图1中箭头“X”的方向上枢转)引起紧固件从外壳组件31朝向砧座组件30射出。也就是说,活动手柄20被布置为与推动器(未在图示的实施例中明确示出)机械协作,使得活动手柄20的致动引起推动器的推动进入与紧固件接触,紧固件射入砧座组件30的吻合钉变形凹部。
