The second lockout mechanism;
Wherein, in the time that described the first lockout mechanism is in the first unlocked position, described the first arm component can be folding along the second pivotal point of the first pivotal point of described the first ceiling hold assembly and described the first lower supporter assembly,
Wherein, in the time that described the second lockout mechanism is in the second unlocked position, described the second arm component can be folding along the 4th pivotal point of the 3rd pivotal point of described the second ceiling hold assembly and described the second lower supporter assembly.

Wherein, described the first lockout mechanism comprises:
The first flexible board, is connected to described the first support at the first end place of described the first flexible board;

The second pin, crosses described the second flexible board at the second end place of described the second flexible board, and wherein, the disengaging of second respective aperture of described the second pin from described the 3rd push rod is arranged on described the second lockout mechanism in described the second unlocked position.
9. equipment according to claim 7, wherein, described the first pivotal point and described the second pivotal point are more farther from described framework than described the 3rd pivotal point and described the 4th pivotal point.
