Abstract

Description

本发明涉及一类经常要暴露于液体和气体介质的薄膜,具体讲,是涉及可透过液体的聚合物膜,这种膜可用来控制气味。
在许多情况下,经常需要控制或防止一些液体或气体介质与人接触。例如,如果这种液体是尿或月经液,就需要防止它们与人们的皮肤接触。另外,这类液体经常产生一些十分令人讨厌的臭味气体。
在现有技术中,人们企图通过吸收这种液体和/或将任何所产生的气体除味来解决上述问题。例如,U.S    2,690,415(1954年9月28日授予Shuler)公开了一种气味吸收介质,其中活性物质分为两层,在衬垫芯片的每一面各有一层,然后加上覆盖层。然而,这种组件无法控制或包容可以产生那些能用该活性物质层吸附的气体的液体。
U.S    3,939,838(1976年2月24日授予Fujinami等人)公开了一种月经垫,其中装有分散在吸收芯体中的活性去味物质。U.S    2,418,907(1947年4月15日授予Schreiber)公开了一种月经带,其中除味介质分散在位于月经带吸收芯体和表层之间的分立的小袋中。然而,这些技术存在下述缺点,即由吸收芯体向上表层释放的臭味气体如果在活性除味物质的上方产生,则可能接触不到这些活性物质,或者可能从装有除味剂的小袋之间交界的部分穿过。此外,采用这些技术,当流入液体时,无法防止除味剂被弄温,从而失去功效。
本发明的目的是提供一种能克服上述问题的材料。具体讲,本发明的目的是提供一种可制成能够控制气体和液体的装置的材料。本发明提供的材料可令液体透过,而且可使任何由这种液体产生的或以其它方式产生的臭味气体暴露于一种气味控制装置。
本发明包括一种双组分层合片,这种片可以在一个方向上传输沉积在其表面上的液体,并且使沿相反方向穿过该片臭味气体暴露于一种活性物质。此层合片所包含的第一层是聚合物层,上面带有分散的小孔,一面向外侧一面向内侧。此层合片还包含带有气味控制装置的第二层,其一面向内侧与第一层向内侧的一面相对,另一面向外侧。第二层带有分散的小孔,它们与第一层的小孔基本上相吻合,此层合片可使得沉积在第一层外表面上的液体通过这些分散的小孔,而基本上不会浸湿第二层,还可以防止未经与第二层外表面相接触的臭味气体沿着与液体传输方向相反的方向穿过层合片。
尽管本说明书所附的权利要求书具体和严格的指出了本发明所要求保护范围,相信下面结合附图所做的介绍将有助于更好的理解本发明。图中相同的标号代表同一部分,相似的部分用“,”号或在相应的标号加100来表示。

本发明包括一种双组分材料,借助这种材料可使流体向一个方向传输,同时可以防止或基本防止臭味气体向相反的方向传输。臭味气体可以是由所述流体发出的,也可以不是由该流体发出的。本发明特别适用于产生于人体的流体或液体,例如,包括月经,其它阴道排出物、血、尿和汗。这些液体通常散发出臭味,这种臭味物质一般是胺、硫醇和脂肪酸等。如下文所述,本发明的材料可结合到处理体液的制品中,所述制品包括月经垫、衬裤内衬、绷带、尿布、卫生中、床上用品、成人失禁用品、腋下护具、鞋垫和结肠切开术用具,当然并不限于这些。
所述双组分材料包括由至少两层结合在一起构成的层合片。很明显,每一层都必须具有可协调配合的装置,以便使液体穿过该层,否则液体可能会夹在层间,从而导致层间脱离。从另一角度讲,各层应能协调配合以防止臭味气体沿着与液体相反的方向穿过层合片。
参见图1,第一层聚合物层10是一层膜构成底层,它特别适合上述目的,在其上面是第二层12。该第一层可以是聚烯烃热塑性塑料,厚度约为0.01-0.3mm(0.0005-0.01英寸)。膜10最好是带孔的成型膜,因为这种膜具有内在的透液性,且是非吸收性的。因此,膜10的表面可保持干燥,当用本发明的材料作为上述制品的表层时,穿用者会感到更舒适。当用作吸收性制品的表层时,还要求第一层10柔软随身且不刺激皮肤,这也是很重要的。第一层10的其它非限定性实例包括纺织和无纺材料,例如由聚酯、聚丙烯、尼龙、聚乙烯,人造纤维和它们的混合物制备的材料。
第一层10的外侧一面可任选用表面活性剂处理,以便使此表面更加疏水,从而使沉积在此表面上的液体更加迅速地透过层合片14。适用表面活性剂包括Imperial    Chemical    Industries    of    London    England出售的商品名为Atmer    645和Atmer    685的产品。这种处理可以减少体液流出第一层10(或面层)而沾染衣服的可能性。此外,未从层合片14流出的液体可能会产生臭味气体,而这种气体并没有经第二层12的处理。
第二层12提供了控制气味的基本装置,这种气味源于穿过层合片14的液体,或来自其它来源。控制气味的已知方法包括吸附、吸收和化学反应,如中和(包括络合、离子偶合等),或用化学方法将臭味分解为更容易吸附或中和的成分。这类方法通常是在第二层12附近降低被吸收流体的蒸汽压和臭味气体的浓度。
适于第二层12的较好的吸附材料是平均粒度为2-4μ的活性炭,如椰子炭。含活性炭的第二层12的一个重要优点是它能使层合片14更加不透明,由于光不能透过层合片14照射透过的液体,所以透过的液体看上去就不那么明显了。
此外,还可向第一层10添加约1-15%(重量)的增白剂,以进一步增加不透明性,并且屏蔽活性炭或其它活性物质的灰暗色调。诸如二氧化钛和碳酸钙之类的增白剂都可采用,使用增白剂时一般都受增白剂所引起的对穿用者皮肤的磨擦及不舒适感所限。
其它可用来控制气味的吸附材料包括沸石或分子筛产品,如Union    Carbide    Company    of    Danbury,Connecticut出售的商品名为Abscents的产品,以及铜、铁、锌、钴等金属的盐。当然并不限于上述这些。这些材料可单独使用,也可与活性炭第二层12结合使用。聚丙烯酸酯吸附性凝胶材料之类的吸附剂也可用于第二层12。
可采用机械压合、粘合或两者相结合的方法将第二层12与第一层10固定在一起。粘合法的优点是适用于多种材质及多种形式的材料。
如果选用粘合法接合这两层,最好将粘合剂涂在第一层10上。可采用本技术领域已知的方法,如辊涂技术将粘合剂涂到层10上,也可用带有雾化喷嘴的喷雾枪将粘合剂喷到层10上。
任何能提供薄而均匀的粘合剂涂层(一般为每平方厘米面积约3.1-3.7毫克)的方法都适用。粘合剂或其它接合方法不应将第二层12的材料完全包裹或屏蔽,这是很重要的,这样才能保证第二层12对臭味气体产生作用。粘合剂最好是压敏胶,而且对皮肤和其它应用是安全的。Dow    Corning    of    Midland,Michigan出售的355D硅树脂和Eastman    Chemical    Products和Eastman    Kadak,Rochester,New    York子公司出售的Eastobond    A-3等粘合剂都很适用。
将第一层10涂上粘合剂后,把第二层12的材料(通常是粉状或粒状的)施用到粘合剂上。可采用刷涂、吹撒或喷雾法,或将第一层10牵伸通过第二层12材料的流化床,以及现有技术中任何已知的可将第二层材料与第一层10上面的粘合剂相接触的方法,将第二层12的材料施用在第一层10上面。
第二层12活性炭涂层的用量约为2.2-8.8,最好5.5毫克/平方厘米。
如果需要的话,第二层12可以分散的气味控制组分的网格或网络形式(未画出)施于第一层10。具体做法是将粘合剂以所需的图案涂在第一层10上,第二层12仅在特定的分散点与第一层10相粘合。这种排布方式的优点是第二层12的材料用量较少,同时可以保持充分覆盖层合片14。如果需要的话,在层合片14的不同区域施于第一层10的第二层12的材料的密度可以有所变化。
此外,可采用机械压合的方法将第二层12的材料与第一层10固定在一起。将第一层10加热到其熔融范围,然后在层10通过压辊间隙时,按前述方法向其上施用第二层材料12,从而将第二层12的材料嵌在层10中。固结之后,第二层12的材料就被包在或嵌在层10中。如果需要的话,在通过压辊前可在层10上涂一层粘合剂,以便进一步确保形成一个接合在一起的层合片。
接合之后,每一层都有一个内表面一个外表面。这些层中邻近的优先接合,可以是开孔的也可以不开孔,视所选用的第一层材料而定。
例如,如果将层合片14用于尿布或月经垫,第一层10(聚合物层)的外表面向着穿用者的身体,内表面向着尿布或月经垫芯体。第二层12(除味层)的外表面向着月经垫或尿布的芯体,内表面向着穿用者的身体。
为了使沉积在第一层10外表面的任何液体穿过层合片14,层合片14必须具有分散的孔16。如果用图1所示的成型膜作为第一层10,最好在形成单一的层合片14之后再形成孔16,以便使两层的孔16能对正,即第二层12的孔16与第一层10的孔16基本吻合。
已知有若干方法适于用来在成型膜层合结构14中形成孔16。其中之一是将第二层12的外表面与带有所需孔径和图案的成型丝网相接触。在此网的另一面用真空吸层合片14。在施加真空的同时,向第一层10的外侧面喷射加热到稍低于其熔融温度的热水,从而打穿层合片14,形成与成形丝网相应的孔洞图案。
被挤到网中的界定成型膜10的每一个孔16的材料称为锥面22,锥面22一般垂直于层合片14的平面。锥面22的厚度应该约为0.5mm(0.02英寸)。锥面22形成垂直的支承,可以防止沉积在第一层10外表面且流过层合片14的液体在层合片14中从第二层12向第一层10倒流。锥面22或支承体还可阻隔或防止第二层12与穿过层合片14的液体相接触。
如果象图2那样用纺织或无纺材料作第一层10′,由旦数为约0.5-6,通常为3的纤维组成的层10′的三维特性使得几乎可以不弄湿位于外侧的纤维,并且基本上可以防止分布在内侧的纤维和第二层12′被透过的液体弄湿。还有若干方法可用来进一步防止与纺织或无纺织物第一层10′相连的第二层12′被弄湿。例如,第一层10′中与外表面相对的部分的纤维可以由吸附性材料制成,而分布在第一层10′外表面附近的纤维可以是非吸附性的。此外,在层合片14′具有第二层12′的一面可以粘合一个附加的第一层10′(未画出)。这样做可以提供一层薄的未粘合第二层12′材料而借助粘合剂与第二层12′相接合的第一层10′作为保护层。此保护层可与任何透过层合片14′的液体相接触,在第二层12′和这种液体之间形成一段间隔,从而可基本保持第二层12′干燥。
如图2所示的纺织或无纺材料10′或任何其它带孔的第一层10′上面都可用辊涂法涂覆粘合剂。必须适当调整辊压以免让粘合剂塞堵孔16′。另一种向纺织和无纺材料涂覆粘合剂的方法是用已知的技术将粘合剂与该材料的纤维共挤出,使粘合剂大约占纤维截面的一半,然后采用通常的技术将这些纤维制成纺织或无纺层10′。将纤维制成层10′后,采用任一前述技术将第二层12′的材料施于层10′。
第三种能够基本防止上述任一层合片14的第二层12被弄湿的方法(未画出)是在第二层12′外表面的附近提供一具有高疏水性的材料,如吸收性的凝胶化材料,碘型的是聚丙烯酸酯。这可以除去透过层合片14而沉积的任何流体,从而可减少暴露于第二层12的液体,并且可以防止液体透过层合片14以后向第二层12的外表面扩散。US    4,654,039公开的聚丙烯酸酯适用于本发明上述用途。这种材料在水的存在下常会发生溶胀或膨胀,因此,在将这种聚丙烯酸酯与层合片14相配合时,必须留意所结合的位置,即使聚丙烯酸酯发生膨胀也应基本不与层合片14,尤其是第二层12相接触。
此外还可以将第二层的材料结合到第一层基质中(未画出)。例如,可以采用一种在其厚度方向密度逐渐增加的敞口泡沫塑料片。这使得泡沫塑料层的顶面或密度较小的部分所沉积的任何液体可以通过内部毛细网络迅速传输到密度较大的下侧部分。这种密度梯度可以防止上述传输的液体返回到泡沫塑料的上表面,而将这种液体留在下层部分。如果需要的话,可在泡沫塑料的下层部分提供吸附性凝胶材料,如聚丙烯酸酯,以进一步确保沉积的液体迅速透过泡沫塑料的上层部分,并且防止这种液体返回到泡沫塑料片的顶面。
第二层材料分散在泡沫塑料片中,位置在吸收性凝胶材料之上。此第二层是在制备泡沫塑料过程中于泡沫塑料固结之前向其中添加颗粒材料而形成的。第二层在泡沫基质中最好位于高处,令液体可以迅速通过第二层所在的高度,从而基本防止第二层被液体弄湿。第二层还必须位于泡沫塑料下层部分所收集的液体高度以上,以免被吸附的以及传输到下层的液体弄湿。然而,由透过的液体或其它来源所产生的臭味气体在向泡沫塑料片顶面扩散时会遇到第二层。
一般讲层合片14具有约5-60%,最好约25%的开口面积就足以传输沉积的液体,同时可以防止臭味气体不经第二层12的活性物质而传输。纤维层合片14′的开口面积百分数根据纤维的分布和密度可以有所变化,而成型膜的层合片14的开口面积百分数可通过调整孔16的尺寸和间隔而加以改变。
如本发明的材料是用于人体产生的液体或气体,最好将层合片14与一个接收透过液体的装置和/或一个收集气体(不希望这种体穿过层合膜14)的装置联用。本技术领域的技术人员不难想到若干这样的装置。下面将给出一个非限制性的实例,其中层合片14被用于月经垫、尿布或成人失禁用品,既带有收集透过液体的装置又带有收集气体的装置。所提供的另一个实例是将本发明的层合片14结合到床上用品中。
参见图3,月经垫24包括可透液体的面层26,不透液体的背层28和夹在其间的吸收芯体30。如图4所示,吸收芯体30具第一面和与其相反的第二面。背层28覆盖在芯体30的第一面上,将垫24的侧面、端部和底部封合。当使用月经垫24时,背层28与穿用者的内衣相接触。面层26覆盖在芯体30的第二面上,使用时面层26对着穿用者的身体。
如图5所示,面层26可以由前文及图1所述的双组分成型膜的层合膜14构成。下面给出其详细介绍。带有根据US    4,342,314和US    3,929,135的技术制成的第一层10的面层26效果很好。应该清楚如图2所示的纺织或无纺层合片14构成的面层26可用来代替成型膜面层26。第一层10的外表面朝向穿用者的身体,而第二层12的外表面朝向芯体30。很重要的一点是,第一层和第二层的材料所制成的面层26要具有良好的穿透性和回潮性,允许液体(如月经液或其它阴道排泄物)迅速穿过面层26,并且防止这种液体通过面层26倒流回去。这些特性可以提供一种不仅外观干净而且不会沾污衣服或床上用品的月经垫24。业已发现面层26约为90平方厘米,第一层10为低密度聚乙烯,第二层12含有约200-800毫克,最好500毫克活性炭的月经垫24效果很好,足以吸收约40毫升的月经排泄物,并且可延长穿用时间。
吸收芯体30提供了收集沉积在第一层10外侧表面20(即月经垫24的顶面)的液体的手段。芯体30应该适于皮肤且不对其产生刺激。适用的材料包括多层衬垫物,如纤维素纤维填料,碎纤维浆或充气(airfelt)。芯体30无需具有比要吸收的月经液总量大得多的总吸收容量,最好窄而薄,以保证穿用者舒适。一般讲大约6克切碎的木浆可吸收约40毫升的月经排泄物。
背层28可以是任何柔软的不透液膜,最好是低密度聚乙烯,其作用是防止芯体30吸收的液体沾污穿用者的衣服。背层28对于由吸收的液体产生的臭味气体也应该是不透性的,以保证这种臭味气体不会逸出而被穿用者嗅到。业已发现厚度约为0.01-0.05毫米(0.0005-0.002英寸)的低密度聚乙烯背层28效果很好。
形成垫时,将背层28的内表面和第二层12的外表面20放在与芯体30的两面相对正的位置。然后将面层26和背面28包裹在芯体30周围,并沿着一个不透气体和流体的接合缝将其固定,这种接合缝可用本技术领域任何这类用途的方法来形成。这些方法包括粘合、褶折接合、热封和超声接合。一种适用的热熔粘合剂是Eastobond    A-3,由Eastman    Chemical    Products    Company出售。此接合缝应该不渗漏液体和气体,这些液体和气体不允许从芯体30倒流过面层26。这可以保证液体和气体被限制在背层28的范围之内,当然,其中不包括那些暴露于除味的第二层12并穿过面层26上孔16的气体。
按上述方法或任何其它适当的方法制成月经垫24后,即可由使用者穿用。沉积在第一层10的外侧表面或面层26上的月经或其它流体排泄物向着芯体30的方向穿过层合片14,并在芯体30处被吸收。由于有不透性的背层28,由被吸收的液体产生的臭味气不会从垫24的侧面、端部和底部逸出。当臭味气体向面层26扩散时,就会遇到或暴露于第二层12的活性物质。
该气体被第二层12的活性物质所吸附,或以其它形式发生作用,从而降低了令穿用者讨厌的气味。同时面层26的锥面22形成垂直的支承体,保持第二层外侧表面位于被吸收的液体高度以上,且一般可保持干燥状态。只有少量臭味气体(与面层26的开口面积百分数成比例)穿过孔16。
图6所示是月经垫124的第二个实施例。按照现有技术中熟知的任一方法制成成型膜的开孔聚烯烃面层126。还提供有不透性的背层128和吸收芯体130。
然后构成一种双组分层合材料的改进形式,类似扁平的管32,其它形状的管子也适用。管子32包括第一层10(如聚烯烃面层材料),外侧带有锥面22′,它可以基本上防止液体通过孔16′流入管32,但不能阻碍气体流入。管32的内侧是活性炭第二层12,或上述其它材料,它们可以对臭味气体产生作用。活性炭12粘合到底材34上,或用其它方法固定在底材34上,以免第二层12的材料相对管32发生移动。
然后将管32放置在月经垫124中,最好沿轴向放置。管32置于面层126和背层128之间,最好在芯体130的第二面和面层126的下侧之间。在优选的第二个实施例中,月经垫124包含至少一个,最好二至四个基本上与月经垫124的侧面平行的管32以及其它的管32。这种月经垫可使臭味气体充分暴露于第二层12。如果装在管内的第二层12是活性炭,则大约500毫克均匀地分布在这些管32中的活性炭就足够了。按前述方法将管32、面层126、背层128和芯体130对正,缝合并组装在一起。
与第一个实施例的作用相似,沉积在垫124的面层126上的月经液被传输到吸收芯体130,由于管32外侧锥面22的排斥作用,管32的内部不会被月经液弄湿。被吸收的液体所产生的气体收集在带有不透性背层128的垫24中。气体向面层126扩散时,便遇到沿轴向排布的管32。气体进入管32并暴露于其中所含的第二层12。这样基本可以避免这些气体逸出垫24而被穿用者嗅到。如果管32发生撕裂或破坏,而液体透过管32,这些液体可以通过该管材料上的孔16′传输到芯体130。
图8所示的第三个月经垫24实施例表明层合片14被装在面层226和背刷228之间。层合片14最好夹在面层226和吸收芯体230的第二表面之间。这种排布的优点是层合片14与芯体230联系更密切。沉积在面层226上的月经液可以透过该面层流到层合片14的第一层10的外侧表面。月经液一旦沉积到层合片14上就会通过孔16流出,并保留在吸收芯体230中。芯体230中的液体不会通过层合片14返回到面层226,而任何从芯体230逸出的臭味气体都将暴露于气味控制层12。
很明显,本发明的层合片14也可以放在月经垫的其它位置。例如,将层合片14放在芯体内或接近背层的地方,同样可以对在月经垫内产生且向着第二层12扩散的臭味气体产生作用。
如果需要的话,可根据第一和第三个实施例制备月经垫,以便选择性的将第二层12安排在较佳的位置。第一个实施例的面层26和第三个实施例的层合片14可以这样构成,令第一层10完全覆盖月经垫,而第二层12仅用在垫的中心部位,这是承受月经液量最大的部分。此外,可以根据预期的负荷量和臭味气体暴露情况,使第二层的密度加以变化。例如,在垫的中心部分可多用些第二层12的材料,而在边缘处少用些。第二层12的密度的其它变化应该根据预期的臭味气体暴露情况而定。
对于本技术领域的技术人员而言,很容易想到可以将上述讨论的月经垫的形状和尺寸加以改变,从而制成尿布或成人失禁用品(未画出)。这种制品具有放置在不透液体的背层和透液体的面层之间的吸收芯体,并且根据穿用者的腰和腿的形状而制成。尿布或成人失禁用品可预先制成适于穿用者的形状。按照US    3,860,003的技术制成的尿布效果很好,这里引用其作为参考。
本发明的材料可以作为面层结合到尿布或失禁垫中。这种排布方式的优点是任何渗到芯体中并且逸出臭味气体的尿或其它排出物都将被留在芯体中,所产生的气体将暴露于面层中的第二层气味控制材料。
本发明的层合片也可以结合到床上用品(未画出)中,尤其是选用具有布料手感的无纺材料作为第一层,效果更好。采用适当尺寸的层合膜,并将其覆盖在床上,第一层向上对着睡在床上的人,第二层向下,沉积在床上用品上的体液通过层合片传输到下面远离人体的地方。由传输的液体所产生的臭味气体暴露于第二层,从而变得不那么明显了。如果需要的话,可以在层合片底下放置一个吸收垫。
在本发明范围和基本精神的基础上还可以做出各种改进,这些都不超出本发明范围。例如,在层合片的第一层中可以加入若干种组合增白剂。还可以将各种活性剂(包括前面所述的那些,但并不限于此)以不同的组合形式结合到第二层中。可将上述月经垫加以组合,制成具有管子和双组分面层的月经垫,或制成具有管子和双组分面层的尿布或成人失禁用品。

Claims (40)

1、一种双组分膜层合片,它可以沿一个方向传输沉积在其上面的液体,还可以令欲沿相反方向穿过所述层合片的臭味气体暴露于一种活性物质,所述层合片包括:
(a)带有分散孔的第一层聚合物层,所述第一层具有一个面向外侧的表面和一个面向内侧的表面;
(b)含有气味控制装置的第二层活性物质层,所述第二层具有一个与所述聚合物层内表面相应的面向内侧的表面和一个面向外侧的表面,所述第二层也带有基本上与所述第一层的分散孔相吻合的分散孔,因此所述层合片允许沉积在第一层外表面上的液体通过层合片中的分散孔,而且基本上不会弄湿第二层,所述层合片也基本上可以防止未经暴露于第二层外表面的臭味气体沿与液体传输方向相反的方向穿过所述层合片。
2、按权利要求1的层合片,其中带有可收集流过层合片的液体的装置,所述装置放置在邻近第二层外表面的部位。
3、按权利要求1的层合片,其中带有可收集被阻止通过层合片的气体的装置,所述装置放置在邻近第二层外表面的部位。

(a)提供一个不带孔的第一层聚烯烃层;
(b)提供一个适于吸附臭味气体的第二层活性物质;
(c)将第二层的材料施加到作为均匀薄层的第一层上,形成单一的层合片;
(d)同时形成通过层合片的孔和环绕所述孔的锥面。
17、按权利要求16的方法,其中包括将粘合剂涂在未开孔的第一层和第二层的材料之间。
18、按权利要求16的方法,其中包括将第一层加热至其软化点温度,使第一层和第二层材料在压辊之间通过,从而将第二层的材料嵌在第一层中。

(d)至少一个放置在背层和面层之间的管,所述管含有第一层和第二层,第一层可防止沉积在其上面的液体进入管中,同时允许臭味气体进入管中,第二层基本上可防止臭味气体不经过与活性物质接触而从所述管中逸出。
20、一种可自由使用的吸收性制品,它可以用于收集从某一来源排出的液体,同时基本上可以控制由所收集的液体产生的臭味,所述制品含有:
(a)一个用来吸收液体的吸收芯体,所述芯体具有第一面和第二面。
(b)一个覆盖在所述吸收芯体第一面上的不透液体背层;
(c)一个覆盖在所述吸收芯体第二面上的透液体面层;
(d)至少一个置于背层和面层之间的管,所述的管含有第一层和第二层,第一层可以防止沉积在其上的液体进入管中,但允许臭味气体进入管中,第二层基本上可以防止未经与活性剂接触的臭味气体从管内散出。
21、一种可自由使用的吸收性制品,它可以用于从某一来源收集排出的液体,同时基本上可以控制由所收集的液体产生的臭味,所述制品含有:
(a)一个用来吸收液体的吸收芯体,所述芯体具有第一面和第二面;
(b)一个覆盖在芯体第一面上的不透液体的背层;
(c)一个覆盖在芯体第二面上的透液体的面层;
(e)一个放置在面层和背层之间的双组份膜层合片,所述层合片含有带分散孔的第一层聚合物层,所述第一层具有一个面向外侧的表面和一个面向内侧的表面,所述层合片还含有一个第二层,第二层包含控制气味的装置,第二层具有一个与第一层内表面相应的内表面和一个面向芯体的外表面,第二层也带有基本上与第一层的分散孔相吻合的分散孔,从而所述层合片允许沉积在第一层外表面上的液体通过层合片中分散的孔流到芯体中,同时基本上不会弄湿第二层,所述层合片还可以基本上防止由所吸收的液体产生的臭味气体不经过与第二层外表面相接触而沿与液体传输方向相反的方向穿过层合片。
22、按权利要求20的制品,其中所述的管包括含有指向外侧的锥面的成型膜。
23、按权利要求20的制品,其中所述的管是沿着相对于所述制品的轴向方向排布的。
24、按权利要求23的制品,其中含有2-4个沿轴向排布的基本上平行的管子。
25、按权利要求23的制品,其中所述管子的形状为扁平的园筒。
26、按权利要求25的制品,在所述管子内还含有一底层,用来固定第二层,基本上可以防止第二层相对该管子发生移动。
27、按权利要求19、20或21的制品,其中第一层和第二层是用粘合法、机械压合法或两者的结合接合在一起的。
28、按权利要求19、20或21的制品,其中第二层的材料是用刷涂、喷雾或将第一层牵伸通过第二层材料的流化床的方法而施加到第一层上的。
