Abstract

本发明之目的为一新型注射器,有一附加的系统,可在使用注射器后使其失去效用。方法为压迫柱塞管端部以使注射针后退,从而柱塞上的一个鱼枪形尖头在针塞颈部内锁定。柱塞管的侧孔中有活塞体上模压的翅形突块嵌入,从而一旦注射针与柱塞管脱离,再压柱塞管时注射针便被留入针管中不能取出。也可用弹簧自动退针。

Description

本发明为一种新型注射器,它能在使用注射器后将注射针退回到针管内。目的明显是避免传播某些接触传染病的意外事故。
注射器包括一个注射器壳,其中有一个执行注射器一般功能的活塞,但差异为在柱塞管端上安装一个小鱼枪尖头,或相似形状的圆锥体,加一定力时,便可在针塞的内部锁住,因此当将注射针缩回并隐藏时,便有限动机构防止将针取出。
为使下面的说明清晰并易于理解,本说明书中作为它的一部分,有附图纸四页,其中图11幅,举例来表达本发明实质部分。
图1所示注射器剖视图其中有注射针1,针托2,和不使用时将针藏在深孔5中的柱塞管4内,并有突缘3便于将柱塞管4推送。
在图9中,注射器的壳体(9)端部上有开孔10,当柱塞管要藉助鱼枪形尖头11将针脱离针托时,柱塞管的翅形突块14落入注射器壳的孔10中。柱塞管侧部上的槽16为了便于引导突块14在槽内移动。所以柱塞管可分成二部分;第一部分为塑料材料制成的柱塞管,第二部分为保持在塑料柱塞管(5)内的活塞体(12)和中芯(13)。
从图10可见,柱塞管有与鱼枪形尖头11相连的中芯13和活塞体12,有一个稍张紧的Ω形部分,从而当将针退回时其突块就在注射器壳的孔10中锁定。为此,当将针抽回,在突块14上方活塞12锁定在压射器壳9的上部时,如再推送,便将折断横挡15,为了活塞体12与锁定件13及14脱离并带动活塞体上固定的针向下移动,这样便将活塞体及针留存在图中17的区域中。
这注射器按常见的方法使用。针位于图8所示分别的壳体中,藏在柱塞5的后部,在使用时,针就固定在注射管的端部8上,唯一的目的是进行注射,注射后可后退。针的后退是因为有图8所示的两个元件6及7,6为其外壳体,而7为固定针1的内针塞。
针的后退从图2-3,图4-5及图6-7可清晰看见。
从图2-3可见,当用适当的力推压活塞12,听到“咔嚓”一声说明鱼枪形尖头11便通过固定针的针塞7的颈部使该两部分锁定。由于活塞12的材料用塑料制成,所在压力下使鱼枪形尖头11可达到7处,将活塞压扁,鱼枪形尖头便可达到针的后部。
一旦将针夹住在柱塞管上,仅需按与抽吸药液相似的方法,将上述的针缩回,就是拉回柱塞管,直到Ω形部分的突块被卡在注射器壳的孔10内而锁定。从图4-5可见。
在图10中,在横档15上再稍加压便可将横档折断,这样活塞就可达到行程终点,而针固定在针塞(7)中,在针筒的上部被锁紧,不能后退。这如图6-7所示,明显可见在活塞体12和与锁住针的针座13之间保持距离。
图11所示为另一种可行的方案,针可自动后退,与前述方案唯一不同之处,在于在活塞体12与Ω形部分14之间安装一永久弹簧18。这种型式的注射器,除根据弹簧强度外其余都相同。在这实例中,压迫柱塞管使鱼枪形尖头因材料的弹力而插入到针部7中,一旦防止弹簧弹开的横挡14被折断,便将柱塞管的内壁在注射器壳内滑动,注射针后退一如以前各图所示。

Claims (23)

1、一种新型注射器的特征在于有一组元件,一方面防止在正常使用后再次使用,并且由于将针引入到主壳内故处理时没有危险。
2、根据权利要求1所述之一种新型注射器,其特征在于有三个部分:即针,柱塞管用活塞体;抽拉柱塞管时可将针藏入注射器内的注射器管或壳;一柱塞有两部分组成,第一部分为活塞,内有一延长部,其内壳有锁定针的部分,其Ω形后部可沿针管的侧面通过;第二部分为注射器管或注射器壳,它的底部有开孔,可将Ω形的突块在孔内锁定。
3、根据权利要求2所述之新型注射器,其特征在于针可用针塞夹持,针和针托分离时针便可被拉入到注射器内。
4、根据权利要求2所述之新型注射器,其特征在于柱塞管有两部分组成,第一部分是塑料材料制成的柱塞管,第二部分是保持在塑料柱塞管(5)内的活塞体(12)和中芯(13),可用力将其退出,在弹性活塞体的后部上有一个Ω形部,其二边的突块可在注射器壳或管的顶部锁住。
5、根据权利要求2及4所述之新型注射器,其特征在于注射器外壳或外管有后开孔,可将柱塞管上的突块(14)在孔中锁定。
6、根据权利要求1所述之新型注射器,其特征在于其柱塞管在突块(14)的后部有横挡(15),配合侧边的孔用于形成柱塞行程的终点,在横挡断裂时用于容纳和引导活塞中Ω形的突块(14)。
7、根据权利要求1所述之新型注射器,其特征在于柱塞管的侧表面有纵向槽(16)。
8、根据权利要求1所述之新型注射器,其特征在于柱塞管内的活塞件(12)有工字形纵截面。
9、根据权利要求8所述之新型注射器,其特征在于活塞体前部有一个小鱼枪形尖头沿轴线伸展,用于夹住注射针以便把针引入到注射器管内。
10、根据权利要求9所述之新型注射器,其特征在于有一圆锥形尖头。
11、根据权利要求8所述之新型注射器,其特征在于由于活塞体(12)有特殊的形状,截面围绕中心扩大故活塞体(12)附着在柱塞管(5)上部。
12、根据权利要求1所述之新型注射器,其特征在于有两个分别的元件来固定针,一个在外的外壳体(6),另一个与针牢牢紧固的内针塞(7)。
13、根据权利要求12所述之新型注射器,其特征在于固定针的外壳体为一针托(2),前端有一孔使针穿过,后端开口用于安装在注射器壳的凹台(8)上。
14、根据权利要求12所述之新型注射器,其特征在于针的内件为一针塞(7),注射针固定在针塞内,另一端为一倒锥形,中部有孔。
15、根据权利要求14所述之新型注射器,其特征在于装针的针塞所使用的材料允许可插入小鱼枪尖头,要求材料本身取得某种弹性。
16、根据权利要求12、13及14所述之新型注射器,其特征在于为形成针托(6)和针塞(7)的内外元件相连,而稍加拉力便可分离。
17、根据权利要求9及11所述之新型注射器,其特征在于阻挡活塞的横挡相当脆弱,稍用力时就可断裂。
18、根据权利要求6,12及13所述之新型注射器,其特征在于在注射器壳的管口和柱塞管的末端有相配合的凹缘,在上面加一般不大于在注射管上装注射针的压力,便可防止脱落。
19、如权利要求1所述之新型注射器,其特征在于用下列步骤将针引入到注射管壳内:
将针从患者身体上拔出,将柱塞管向上移动,直到里面的鱼枪形尖头自动卡在固定针的针塞颈口;
拉出柱塞管直到活塞体引入注射器壳内;
再一次压柱塞,折断横挡,使针留在壳内,而活塞体推回到注射器管顶部于是针就留在注射器壳内,一般不能取出。
20、根据上述权利要求所述之一的新型注射器,其特征在于活塞体的前部和圆锥形尖头相连,该尖头与Ω形部分连成一体,一旦针塞(7)被圆锥形尖头锁定,Ω形部便可沿纵向通过,直到这Ω形件的突块在注射器壳的孔(10)中锁紧,然后柱塞的其他动作仅能移动活塞,而针仍留在针管内。
21、根据上述要利要求之一所述的新型注射器,其特征在于有一弹簧插在活塞体和其Ω形后部之间,横挡将Ω形部分保持在活塞的后部上,从而在压动柱塞管折断横挡时,使鱼枪形尖头可进入针塞(7)的颈部,随后注射针在弹簧力作用下便自动后退。
22、根据权利要求1所述之新型注射器,其特征在于在柱塞管后部有一存放注射针的深孔(5),在将作注射时,可将注射针安装在注射器端头上。
23、如权利要求4、6及7所述之新型注射器,其特征在于侧槽的最近活塞的部分有可破坏的连接,当受力破裂时相对于固定注射针的活塞内体允许柱塞管可自由滑动。
