Abstract

本发明涉及一种浮子纲或绳。
浮力纲或浮绳用于渔具,诸如渔网绳和渔网,或在另一种情况下,用于需要绳索例如具有浮力的场合,或要求绳索能浮在水面上(海面)的场合。
按照已知的在先发明,浮子纲是通过围绕一个泡沫塑料的连续浮力芯编织绳股而成。因此,这类浮子纲只用了一个浮力芯,以及,部分绳股形成了围绕此浮力芯的“外套”。这种编成的浮子纲生产成本高,例如机械加工方法复杂和缓慢。此外,编成的浮子纲难以拼接和要用很长的时间,因为每个绳股或每一根绳的端部必须插入其它绳的端部中的浮力芯内。
美国专利No.3 558 420公开了一种生产空心纤维的方法,它通过喷丝嘴挤压熔化的合成聚合物原料制成,亦即采用生产加捻的绳索的旋转喷嘴。这一专利指出,这一方法可以用于制造海上用的绳、索、网,此时将空心纤维与相同或不同直径的实心纤维交织起来。因此,采用这一方法,空心和实心纤维“混合”并加捻,所以将它们组合在一起构成每根绳的股。
就我们所知,这种类型的绳索在市场上买不到,因此,尽管早在1967年就已经发明了,但是在商品化方面没有取得成功。商品化没有取得成功的原因也许在于,按这一方法生产出来的绳索浮力小,以及制造方法本身昂贵。
US 411,161公开了一种浮子绳,由形成一个管的编织线构成,在该管中设置有软木柱或者类似的木材作为浮力芯。根据一个实施例,为了获得较大的绳子,可以绕由编织线构成的且包含软木柱的所述管加捻绳股。相对于绕一根由柔性材料构成且充填有粒状软木的管子加捻绳股的实施例而言,US 411,161出现的问题是在绳股上的张力使得它们自己嵌入粒状软木和管子内,并且这些粒状软木浸入了水而失去了浮力。
FR-A-2 197 392公开了一种浮子绳,三或多个合成纤维股构成,浮子绳通过加捻所述股制成,其中在各股中设置有一浮力芯,所述浮力芯是由塑料制成,其比重根据浮子绳的应用来选择。在相应股中的纤维构成了一截面恒定的管状封套,所述封套包围所述浮力芯。
本发明的目的是提供一种浮子纲或绳,与上述已知的方案相比生产成本便宜得多,而且改善了漂浮性能,拼接可以更加简便和更加迅速,并具有更高的可靠性。
根据本发明的一种浮子纲或绳由两个或多个纤维股组成,纤维是诸如麻或马尼拉麻等植物性纤维,或尼龙、涤纶等的合成纤维,浮子纲或绳通过加捻所述股制成,其中在一或多个股中设置有由膨胀的或者挤出的聚丙烯,聚乙烯,聚酯,尼龙或聚苯乙烯制成的浮力芯,并且其中在各所述股中的纤维是绕所述浮力芯加捻的纤维。
这种“加捻”的浮子纲或绳的制造速度比编织的绳索快10-15倍。因此,生产成本显著降低。加捻绳的拼接也要更快和更简便,因为浮力件/体作为绳股的浮力芯而设置,所以绳索可以按用于拧成的绳索的正常方法来拼接。
此外,通过将浮力芯安排在一个或多个和也许所有绳股中,或通过减小在每个绳股中浮力芯的直径,可容易地增大或减小浮力。
下面借助于举例和参见公开的附图详细说明本发明。
图1是一透视图,示出了根据本发明的绳索1。
图1表示了三股绳的绳索1,亦即一条绳索有三股。在每绳股3中的纤维(图未详细表示)围绕着分开的但连续的浮力芯2加捻,所以,浮力芯形成了在每个股中被保护的浮力芯体。绳股本身则被加捻并构成“完整的”浮子纲或绳。
按在权利要求中所定义的本发明并不限于附图中所示的方案。因此,按照本发明的浮子纲或绳可由两个或三个以上的绳股组成。此外,仅仅一个或若干个绳股可以设置浮力芯。
有关浮力芯,可用泡沫塑料制造,最好是泡沫聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚酯、尼龙或聚苯乙烯,或用空心的充空气或充气体的浮力件制造,最好是挤压的聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚酯、尼龙或聚苯乙烯。此外,浮力芯可加工为连续的“香肠形”,或分成一些单独的最好是连续的浮力件。

Claims (3)

1.一种浮子纲或绳(1),由两个或多个纤维股(3)组成,纤维是诸如麻或马尼拉麻等植物性纤维,或尼龙、涤纶等的合成纤维,浮子纲或绳(1)通过加捻所述股(3)制成,其中在一或多个股(3)中设置有由膨胀的或者挤出的聚丙烯,聚乙烯,聚酯,尼龙或聚苯乙烯制成的浮力芯(2),并且其中在各所述股(3)中的纤维是绕所述浮力芯(2)加捻的纤维。
2.按照权利要求1所述的浮子纲或绳(1),其特征为:所有的所述股(3)都设有浮力芯(2)。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的浮子纲或绳(1),其特征为:各所述股(3)中的浮力芯(2)是连续的或者被分成几个单独的元件,后者连接在一连续的绳子上。`
