本发明的一些应用一般涉及多种医疗装置。更具体而言,本发明的一些应用涉及多种经皮植入物。
背景技术
神经失常会影响神经、肌肉或大脑。许多神经失常会减少或消除肌肉的自主招募(voluntary recruitment),这可能导致丧失执行运动任务的能力或丧失维持依靠肌肉活动而产生其功能的系统的能力。许多神经失常引起疼痛。

发明内容
本发明的一些应用涉及多个植入物迁移的抑制,即在植入一对象的组织中之后,植入物的不期望的移动。所述植入物通常是电刺激器植入物,包括一植入物主体和设置在所述植入物主体上的至少两个电极。

具体实施方式
本发明的一些应用涉及多个植入物迁移的抑制,即在植入一对象的组织中之后,植入物的不期望的移动。除非另有说明,本文中描述的各植入物是(1)一电刺激器植入物,包括一植入物主体22,至少两个电极24(例如一第一电极24a和一第二电极24b)和设置在所述植入物主体内的一电路26,并且配置用于驱动所述多个电极以施加电流至所述植入物植入于其中的组织,以及(2)通常可以沿着所述植入物主体的纵向轴ax1注射至所述组织中。所述植入物可以包括两个或更多个电极(例如2-8个电极)。
现在参考图1A至图1B,其为根据本发明的一些应用中一植入物40的多个示意图,所述植入物40包括设置覆盖所述植入物主体22上方的一网件42。图1A显示使用一植入工具30将植入物40植入在组织10中,而图1B显示在所述植入物展开之后从组织撤回的所述工具。网件42配置用作为植入物40的一锚定件(即抑制植入后所述植入物的迁移)。网件42通常设置覆盖植入物主体22的至少20%上方(例如至少50%、例如至少70%)。对于一些应用,网件42设置覆盖少于植入物主体22的90%上方。网件42设置覆盖植入物主体22的一部分上方,所述部分纵向位于所述植入物主体上设置有电极24a和电极24b的部分之间。

对于一些应用,提供一可经皮推进的递送工具30,植入物40可通过所述经皮递送工具30注射。例如工具30可以包括一管状组件32(例如一针管)和一展开机构34,所述展开机构34对植入物40施加作用力,使所述植入物从所述管状组件暴露。对于一些应用,网件42(例如其股线44)具有形状记忆,并且被偏斜以呈现其植入状态,例如使得(1)当植入物40设置在所述工具内,工具30将所述网件维持在其递送状态,并且(2)当从所述工具展开时,所述网件自动呈现其植入状态。可替代地,工具30可以配置用于对网件施加作用力,而驱动所述网件成为其植入状态。

对于一些应用,框架42在其植入状态中将组织10(例如固体组织)与植入物主体22分离,由此形成一囊体50,而血液(或其组分)可进入其中而组织生长可在其内发生,从而进一步将植入物固定在组织内。
现在参考图2,是根据本发明的一些应用中一植入物60的一示意图,所述植入物包括设置覆盖所述植入物主体22上方的一网件62。网件62通常是一织物,例如一移植材料(即例如用于支架移植物中的移植材料)。例如网建62可以包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的织物(polyethylene terephthalate fabric)。

再次参考图1A至图1B和图3。在所述网件从其压缩的递送状态扩张至其扩张的移植状态期间,当所述网件处于其展开状态时,网件42的最宽部分通常沿轴ax1移动少于1毫米。对于一些应用,网件42的所述部分完全不沿轴ax1移动。也就是说,对于一些应用,网件42所限定的锚定件径向地扩张而不会纵向地扩张或移动。

所述多条股线的区段彼此重迭,并且各股线(或其区段)可至少部分围绕所述植入物主体22的纵向轴ax1而呈螺旋状弯曲。与植入物40的网件42不同,植入物140的网件144设置在所述植入物的末端,一般使得电极24a和电极24b都设置在锚定件142的同一侧(例如远离锚定件)。对于本文所述的其它植入物,使用一植入工具150经皮递送植入物140,植入工具150通常包括管状组件32和展开机构154。对于一些应用,展开机构154类似于本文描述的其它展开机构。展开机构154可逆地连接到植入物140(例如连接至植入物140的植入物主体22的一近端)。
如图6A所示,在所述装置的一递送状态下,植入物140设置在管状组件32内,并且网件144是管状的,从植入物主体22向近侧延伸,覆盖展开机构154的至少一远侧部分(例如网件144覆盖介于机构154和植入物主体22之间的连接件的位置152)。管状组件32将网件144约束成此形状。当植入物140展开时(例如通过使管状组件32向近侧缩回,同时经由展开机构154通过施加一参考作用力而保持植入物固定),网件144扩张(例如自动地扩张),变得更宽和更短(例如形成锚定件142),且通常暴露机构154和植入物主体22之间的连接件的位置(图6B)。对于一些应用,植入物140在植入物主体22的一端部包括一连接件156,并且机构154可包括与连接件156配合的一互补联接器158。对于一些应用,网件144抑制连接件158与连接件156的分离,直到网件144暴露连接件158和156的至少一者。

对于一些应用,且如图所示,硅胶锚定材料182被成形用于定义合成刚毛184,例如一般而言类似于壁虎脚(gecko’s feet)。刚毛184通常为0.1至1毫米长。刚毛184通常为0.1至1毫米宽。通常硅胶锚定材料182定义每平方毫米具有1至100根刚毛(例如10至100根)。

参考图9A至图9B,根据本发明的一些应用中一植入物的多个示意图,所述植入物200包括一柔性尾部202。尾部202连接到植入物主体22,并且作为植入物200的一锚定件。尾部202(或其至少一部分)沿着轴ax1远离植入物主体22而延伸。应该注意的是,本描述旨在表示植入物200(包括主体22和尾部202)的总体纵向外观,其包括主体22和尾部202,并且包括尾部202远离轴ax1而弯曲的实施例,其在没有作用力存在其上,或者有此作用力存在其上,例如在植入期间和/或之后。对于一些应用,尾部202包括硅胶(部分地或完全地)。对于一些应用,尾部202的硅胶被成形用于定义合成刚毛,例如参考图8所述,必要时加以变更。
