发明背景
本发明通常涉及后视镜设备系统,更具体而言,涉及具备部分反射、部分透射元件的显示镜组件及反射元件背后的显示装置。
发明摘要
本发明的一个方面包括装有前屏蔽罩(包括第一侧及第二侧)的车用显示镜组件。部分反射、部分透射的元件安装在第一侧。后屏蔽罩安装在前屏蔽罩后面。显示模组安装在前屏蔽罩与后屏蔽罩之间,从前屏蔽罩开始依次包括:显示装置;光学装置;散热器(配备侧光式印刷电路板(PCB),安装在散热器的上沿)以及印刷电路板。前屏蔽罩通过第一保持特征件固定到显示模组的至少一个部件上,后屏蔽罩通过第二保持特征件固定到显示模组的至少一个部件上。外壳至少部分环绕着前屏蔽罩、显示模组及后屏蔽罩。

如图5-6所示,光学装置24包括面向显示装置22的正面90、面向散热器26的后侧92及外周94。光学装置24亦包括至少沿外周94的一部分,通常由此向外延伸的突耳96。突耳96通过前屏蔽罩14中带有向后指向的突耳74中的孔76被接收,经操作可机械性地啮合光学装置24与前屏蔽罩14。光学装置24亦包括至少一个安装在其后侧92上的螺丝接收元件98。螺丝接收元件98适合于啮合通过后屏蔽罩16及光学装置24与后屏蔽罩16之间的显示模组18的部件的螺丝100。在替代实施例中,用于啮合前屏蔽罩14、螺丝接收元件98或两者的突耳96可安装在显示模组18的不同部件上。
如图4及图6所示,眩光传感器102安装在光学装置24的正面90,位于可通过玻璃元件12接收光线且并非位于显示装置22后面的位置上。眩光传感器102卡入光学装置24的接收孔口104。眩光传感器102接收来自后面车辆前灯的光线,衡量眩光在玻璃元件12上可见的可能性相关信息,并将该信息传送给显示镜组件10,以便充分利用显示镜组件10,从而通过玻璃元件12观察显示装置22。眩光传感器102的光垂直/水平图案对称,因此眩光传感器102的方向并不重要。眩光传感器102亦可至少部分被包裹在显示镜组件10的外壳30内,且具备可用来将光线传送至眩光传感器102的导光管。眩光传感器102亦可作为汽车后部的成像器,在成像器中,信号代表接收的光线是从眩光传感器102传送至显示镜组件10。
如图5-6所示,散热器26从光学装置24向后安装,用于消散主印刷电路板28及显示模组18的其他部件所产生的热量。散热器26通常拥有平面主体110及正面112及上沿114。槽116沿散热器26的上沿114延伸,并界定前向开口118的界限。侧光式印刷电路板120及空隙填充器122部分位于槽116内,侧光式印刷电路板120通常从散热器26向前垂直延伸,且拥有朝下、远离上沿114的可操作侧面。侧光式印刷电路板120包括适合于与主印刷电路板28建立电气连接,以将电源及信号供应给侧光式印刷电路板120的布线。多元突耳128从散热器26的上沿114向上延伸,从而机械性地啮合后屏蔽罩16。
散热器26亦包括至少一个穿过其间的孔130,以接收从后屏蔽罩16延伸至光学装置24的螺丝100。光学装置24的螺丝接收元件98可选择性地升高,以穿过散热器26中的孔130及接收螺丝100。光学装置24的螺丝接收元件98亦有助于在制造期间校准显示模组18的部件,并在螺丝接收元件98升高时,在部件的相互作用中额外增强显示模组18的功能。
主印刷电路板28用来为显示模组18的部件及玻璃元件12提供电源及控制。如图5-6所示,主印刷电路板28通常呈平面,且具备正面140、后侧142及侧边144。正面140面向散热器26,后侧142则面向后屏蔽罩16。电气部件通常安装在主印刷电路板28的后侧142上。主印刷电路板28包括一个经操作可与玻璃元件12的电气元件导线建立电啮合的电连接器、一个经操作可与柔性电连接器80建立电啮合的电连接器及一个经操作可与线束建立电啮合的电连接器。显示镜组件10上可能安装的其他功能性元件亦可与主印刷电路板28建立电气连接,例如眩光传感器102及显示镜组件10的任何其他功能性按钮或特征件。主印刷电路板28亦包括沿侧边144安装的侧面开口150,以允许使用的螺丝100的通路将后屏蔽罩16固定到显示模组18的部件上。
后屏蔽罩16用来屏蔽显示模组18免受射频辐射的影响。如图4-5所示,后屏蔽罩16亦用来密封显示模组18,并进一步将显示镜组件10的部件进行互锁。后屏蔽罩16由适合于阻挡此类辐射并可为显示镜组件10提供所需支撑的材料(如钢)制成。作为非限制性示例,后屏蔽罩16可由厚度约为0.381毫米的压印钢材制成。
如图6所示,后屏蔽罩16包括具后壁160(具有外周162)及外壁164(至少外周162的一部分从后壁160向前延伸)。外壁164具有插入其中的插槽166,其与沿散热器26的上沿114安装的直立式突耳128相对应,且经操作可机械性地与之啮合。后屏蔽罩16亦包括至少一个穿过其间以容纳螺丝100的孔168,螺丝100通过这个孔穿过后屏蔽罩16并进入显示模组18的部件中,将后屏蔽罩16固定到显示模组18上。螺丝100穿过后屏蔽罩16的后壁160,穿过主印刷电路板28的侧面开口150,最后穿过散热器26,并固定到光学装置24后侧92上的螺丝接收元件98上。
后壳30包括带有向前指向的凹处170,在该处插入其间所支撑的所有或部分前屏蔽罩14、后屏蔽罩16及显示模组18。后壳30包括机械啮合特征件172,该特征件可卡扣位于后壳30外壁164或显示模组18的部件(如散热器26)上对应的啮合特征件174。安装构件32经操作可按任何已知方式与后壳30啮合。
就下列说明而言,当一条垂直于玻璃元件12平面的线沿观察者的眼睛延伸时,显示镜组件10就被认为处于“轴上”。由于观察者通过玻璃元件12观察到显示装置22,因此玻璃元件12上的任何眩光都可能会干扰显示装置22的可见性。当显示镜组件10位于轴上,并在夜间行驶环境下使用时,尾随车辆(即行驶在装有显示镜组件10的车辆后方的车辆)的前灯可发出驾驶员可清楚看见的刺眼灯光。根据本发明的一个实施例,驱动装置176(如图2及图6所示)经操作可与显示镜组件10耦合。驱动装置176运转后,其至少可令玻璃元件12移至轴外(即偏离驾驶员眼中的直线)。驱动装置176运转通常会导致玻璃元件12向上倾斜,进而使显示镜移至轴外位置。然而,我们应该认识到,配置驱动装置176不仅可使显示镜朝着轴的任何方向移动,也可通过运转令显示装置22移动,还可开启或关闭显示装置22。因此,在运转驱动装置176,使显示镜移至轴外后,显示装置22可被关闭。
此外,为向显示镜组件10的观察者提供信息,显示镜组件10可能纳入了有关视野178的信息,比如部分透射图形叠置情况或使用显示镜组件10时,在可视区40内可视的显示装置22显示的图像。
为组装本文件所述的显示镜组件10,需将J夹54安装到玻璃元件12上,然后将该元件的线缆焊接到J夹54顶部,然后再使用发泡粘合剂72及前屏蔽罩14的向前保持特征件70将玻璃元件12固定到前屏蔽罩14的正面64,接着反转前屏蔽罩14,令玻璃元件12向下面对保护面层。
通过将眩光传感器102卡入光学装置24的接收孔口104,并将显示装置22黏附到光学装置24上组装第一组件180(包括显示装置22和光学装置24)(图5)。黏附显示装置22和光学装置24可能包括给光学装置24的正面90涂上一层粘合剂,然后给粘合剂附上一层离型膜(离型膜可轻易从粘合剂上撕下)。当需要组装显示装置22和光学装置24时,撕下离型膜,显示装置22便会黏附在光学装置24的正面112。若要安装显示装置22,需将显示装置22的一边对准光学装置24上的适当位置,然后旋转显示装置22,使其与光学装置24的正面90贴合。将第一组件180置于前屏蔽罩14后侧66的位置,然后将光学装置24向外延伸的突耳96插入前屏蔽罩14带有向后指向的突耳74的孔76中。
第二组件182(图5)(包括散热器26、侧光式印刷电路板120)已组装完成。若要组装第二组件182,需将空隙填充器122黏附到侧光式印刷电路板120上。黏附可能包括给空隙填充器122的一侧涂上粘合剂,然后将空隙填充器122黏附到侧光式印刷电路板120上,以便其不会妨碍侧光式印刷电路板120可操作的一侧,接着将空隙填充器122和侧光式印刷电路板120插入散热器26正面112的槽116的开口中。在散热器26或侧光式印刷电路板120上安装定位装置,或者同时给二者安装定位装置,以帮助将侧光式印刷电路板和空隙填充器122插入槽116中。将第二组件182置于光学装置24后侧92的位置,然后使光学装置24向后延伸的螺丝接收元件98穿过散热器26的孔130。
将主印刷电路板28置于第二组件182上沿(正面140朝上),并将显示装置22的柔性电连接器80与电连接器配接,然后将第二组件182上沿附近的主印刷电路板28旋转180度,以便正面140贴合散热器26。在旋转主印刷电路板28时,至少在一部分显示模组18的上沿缠绕柔性电连接器。将元件的线缆与电连接器进行电气连接,并将侧光印刷电路板120的线束与电连接器连接起来。
如图4-5所示,将后屏蔽罩16置于主印刷电路板28上,然后使散热器26向上延伸的突耳128与后屏蔽罩16外壁164上的插槽166啮合。至少将一个螺丝100插入后屏蔽罩16的螺孔168中,使其穿过印刷电路板中的侧面开口150及散热器26,直至进入光学装置24上的螺丝接收元件98。最好是以这种方式固定两到三个螺丝100。
将后壳30带向前指向的凹处170置于后屏蔽罩16上方,然后扣合后壳30的机械啮合特征件172,使其与散热器26的相应啮合特征件174啮合。在组装之前,可能需要将安装构件32安装到后壳30上。
本发明可能需要结合美国专利号8,201,800;8,210,695;美国专利申请号13/600,496;13/527,375;13/431,657;13/402,701;12/187,019以及美国临时专利申请号61/709,716;61/707,676及61/704,869(上述各项通过完整引用而纳入本文件中)所述的安装系统使用。而且,本发明可能需要结合美国专利号8,264,761;美国专利申请号13/567,363;13/405,697;13/402,701及13/171,950;以及美国临时专利申请号61/707,625及61/590,259(上述各项通过完整引用而纳入本文件中)所述的后视镜包装组件使用。此外,预计本发明可能包括美国专利号8,201,800;8,210,695及美国专利申请号13/271,745(上述各项通过完整引用而纳入本文件中)所述的遮光板。
根据本披露文件,显示镜组件具有多个优点:显示模组由前屏蔽罩和后屏蔽罩提供支撑,无需另外单独提供支撑或承板。省去承板,同时增加前屏蔽罩和后屏蔽罩的保持特征件可使显示镜组件更轻,待制造部件更少,并使显示装置的可视范围在显示镜组件更大比例的所有可视区内。
本文件所述的发明实施例可能包括本文件所述的一个或多个传统处理器、出于执行目的控制一个或多个处理器的独特储存程序指令,以及若干非处理器电路、显示镜组件10的部分、多数或所有功能。非处理器电路可能包括但不限于信号驱动器、时钟电路、电源电路及/或用户输入装置。因此,这些功能可能被解释为使用或组装分类系统时所使用的方法步骤。部分或所有功能也可通过并无储存程序指令,或者处于一个或多个专用集成电路(ASIC)中的状态机器执行,而且每一个功能或者某些功能组合都将按照定制逻辑执行。当然,也可两种方法结合使用。因此,本文件载明了执行这些功能的方法和方式。另外,我们预计尽管具有普通技能的人可能会付出大量辛勤劳动,且许多设计选择都由可用时间、当前技术和经济考虑因素等因素主导,但在本文件所披露概念和原则的指导下,其可在进行最少实验的情况下轻松完成此类软件指令、程序和集成电路。
具有本领域普通技能的人将了解所述发明及其他部件的构造并非局限于任何特定材料。本文件所披露发明的其他示范性实施例可能由各种材料制成,本文件另有所述者除外。
就本披露文件而言,“耦合”一词(包括“耦合”、“正在耦合”及“已耦合”等其他所有形式)一般是指直接或间接地将两个部件(电气或机械)相连。这种相连在本质上可以是固定的,也可以是不固定的。这种相连可以通过两个部件(电气或机械)与作为一体成型的整壳体车身的其他中间构件实现,也可通过两个部件实现。这种相连在本质上可以是永久性的,也可以是可拆除或可免除的,本文件另有说明者除外。

我们应该清楚,所述的任何流程或所述流程中的任何步骤都可以与披露的组成本发明范围内的结构的其他流程或步骤结合使用。本文件披露的示范性结构和流程仅用于解释目的,并非限于此。
我们还应该清楚,在不偏离本发明概念的情况下,前述结构和方法可予改变和修改。

Claims (20)

1.一种车用显示镜组件,其包括:
前射频屏蔽罩,所述前射频屏蔽罩具有前侧和后侧,其中,光电元件安装在所述前侧上;
后射频屏蔽罩,所述后射频屏蔽罩设置在前射频屏蔽罩的后面;
承板,所述承板设置在前射频屏蔽罩和后射频屏蔽罩之间;
安装在前射频屏蔽罩和后射频屏蔽罩之间的显示模组,其中,所述光电元件能够被调节到轴外位置,这同时改变显示模组的激活状态,并且其中,所述光电元件还能够被调节到轴上位置,这同时改变显示模组的激活状态,所述显示模组包括:
显示装置,其中,显示装置的平面范围与光电元件的平面范围平行;
光学装置,所述光学装置设置在显示装置的后面;
散热器,所述散热器靠近光学装置并且具有沿着散热器的上沿安装的侧光式印刷电路板;以及
主印刷电路板,其中,前射频屏蔽罩通过第一保持特征件固定到显示模组的至少一个部件上,后射频屏蔽罩通过第二保持特征件固定到显示模组的至少一个部件上;以及
外壳,所述外壳至少部分环绕着光电元件、前射频屏蔽罩、承板、显示模组及后射频屏蔽罩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的显示镜组件,所述显示镜组件还包括:图形叠置部,所述图形叠置部为观察者提供关于显示镜组件中显示的视野的信息。
3.根据权利要求1所述的显示镜组件,所述显示镜组件还包括:眩光传感器,所述眩光传感器毗邻光学装置设置并且接收通过光电元件的光。
4.根据权利要求1所述的显示镜组件,其中所述光电元件的外围没有边框。
5.根据权利要求1所述的显示镜组件,其中光电元件是电致变色装置。
6.根据权利要求1所述的显示镜组件,其中显示装置为LCD、LED、OLED、等离子和DLP显示元件中的一者。
7.根据权利要求1所述的显示镜组件,所述显示镜组件还包括:双模开关,所述双模开关设置在外壳的底侧并且被配置成使光电元件在轴上位置和轴外位置之间运动。
8.根据权利要求1所述的显示镜组件,其中前射频屏蔽罩和后射频屏蔽罩封装显示模组。
9.一种车用显示镜组件,其包括:
光电元件;
显示模组,所述显示模组包括:
显示装置,其中,显示装置的平面范围与光电元件的平面范围平行,并且其中,所述光电元件能够被调节到轴外位置,这近乎同时改变显示模组的激活状态,并且其中,所述光电元件还能够被调节到轴上位置,这近乎同时改变显示模组的激活状态;
光学装置,所述光学装置设置在显示装置的后面;
散热器,所述散热器靠近光学装置并且具有沿着散热器的上沿安装的侧光式印刷电路板;以及
主印刷电路板,所述主印刷电路板与侧光式印刷电路板电耦合;
其中,显示模组设置在前射频屏蔽罩和后射频屏蔽罩之间;以及
外壳,所述外壳至少部分环绕着光电元件和显示模组。
10.根据权利要求9所述的显示镜组件,其中主印刷电路板包括用于接纳机械紧固件的侧面开口。
11.根据权利要求9所述的显示镜组件,其中光电元件的边沿具有铬环边沿处理。
12.根据权利要求9所述的显示镜组件,其中光电元件是电致变色装置。
13.根据权利要求9所述的显示镜组件,其中显示装置为LCD、LED、OLED、等离子和DLP显示元件中的一者。
14.一种车用显示镜组件,其包括:
光电元件;
靠近光电元件的显示装置,其中,前射频屏蔽罩设置在光电元件和显示装置之间,后射频屏蔽罩设置在显示装置的后面,所述显示装置与光电元件的平面范围平行,所述光电元件能够被调节到轴外位置,这近乎同时改变显示模组的激活状态,并且所述光电元件还能够被调节到轴上位置,这近乎同时改变显示模组的激活状态;
散热器;
主印刷电路板,所述主印刷电路板能经操作与散热器耦合;以及
外壳,所述外壳支撑光电元件和显示装置。
15.根据权利要求14所述的显示镜组件,其中光电元件由玻璃元件限定,所述玻璃元件独立于显示装置运动。
16.根据权利要求14所述的显示镜组件,其中所述显示镜组件还包括:双模开关,所述双模开关设置在外壳的底侧并且被配置成使光电元件在轴上位置和轴外位置之间运动。
17.根据权利要求16所述的显示镜组件,其中所述双模开关使光电元件旋转并同时改变显示装置的激活状态。
18.根据权利要求14所述的显示镜组件,其中光电元件是电致变色装置。
19.根据权利要求14所述的显示镜组件,其中显示装置为LCD、LED、OLED、等离子和DLP显示元件中的一者。
20.根据权利要求14所述的显示镜组件,其中所述显示镜组件还包括:眩光传感器,所述眩光传感器毗邻光学装置设置并且接收通过光电元件的光。
