日本实用新型申请公开公报No.1974-120439中揭示了一种尿布覆层，它具有一顶层，顶层中央区域有一开口，开口沿顶层纵向的长度大于沿其横向的长度，且开口沿其周边有一可纵向伸张的弹性件，以构成一封闭的环形弹性边。日本专利申请公开公报No.1986-41304中也揭示了一种带有一顶层的尿布，尿布中央区域有一开口，开口沿顶层纵向比沿其横向长，且开口沿其横向相对的两侧缘分别有弹性件。

图4是显示一种方法的平面示意图，利用此方法，连续织带被部分地向回折使之盖住所述连续弹性件以形成第二连续组合织带，接着剪掉由所述弹性件包围的部分以形成第三连续组合织带;
图5是显示一种方法的平面示意图，利用此方法，一对所述第三连续组合织带被放置成对应边相对且有搭叠的形式。
参看图1和图2，尿布10包括可渗水的顶层11、不渗水的底层12、夹在其间的吸液芯层13以及耐水的触肤顶层14。触肤顶层14的中央有一开口16，开口16沿顶层14的纵向的长度比其横向长，且具有纵向相对的园弧形的两端。开口16制成至少可位于人的胯部区域内。
触肤顶层14实际上包括一对对应内边缘互有搭叠的顶层构件14a、14b，顶层构件有切口，每对相对的切口形成了一个开口16。用与顶层构件14a、14b相同的材料制成的起加强作用的顶层件14a、14d分别粘结到各切口的边缘，且在顶层构件14c、14b和加强件14c、14d之间沿各边缘用热融型粘结剂（未示）粘缚有可纵向伸张的弹性件17。在切口制成后将相互搭叠的所述内边缘沿长度方向用热融型粘结剂（未示）粘结在一起。
这对弹性件17相互独立，这与前面提及的已有技术中的尿布履
层所使用的构成一无端环的单一连续弹性件是不同的。另外，在纵向相对两端附近搭叠的顶层构件14a、14b的内边缘用热融型粘结剂粘结在一起。这种结构使得当希望将触肤顶层14下的几乎整个顶层表面露出来从而刮去留在触肤顶层14和顶层11之间的固体排泄物时，可很容易地沿内边缘的搭叠部分将触肤层撕开。虽然所述搭叠的内侧边缘是用所述粘结剂粘结在一起的，但用来组装这种尿布的热融型粘结剂即使在固化之后一般也没有足够的粘结力，所以撕开来是不难的。
液体排泄物通过开口16达到顶层11上，然后渗过此顶层11由芯层13吸收，而固体排泄物将进入顶层11和触肤层14之间形成的窝内。在将触肤层14沿开口16的纵向相对两端撕开来之后可将这种固体排泄物从顶层11上刮除到所需要的程度。
在都是从吸液芯层13的两侧向外扩展的顶层11的横向两边侧缘和底层12的横向两边缘之间，每一边缘都有弹性件19，它又包括多条弹性线，它们都是在拉伸状态下用热融型粘结剂（未示）粘缚的，以便能沿各层的纵向伸张而绕在穿戴者的腿上。类似地，在顶层11的纵向相对两端和底层12的对应两端之间，有多个弹性件24，每个弹性件24又分别包括多个弹性线，以便能沿各层的横向伸张而紧绕在穿戴者的腰上。
顶层11可用非纺织布、多孔塑料膜之类制成，底层12可用塑料膜、层叠塑料膜以及非纺织布之类制成，吸液芯层13可用绒毛状干纸浆和高吸水性的聚合物粉末之类的混合物制成。触肤顶层14和加强用构件14c、14d最好用防水且透气性好的非纺织布制成。应当理解，在本发明的描述中，“耐水”材料是指具有足够的防水能力使得当尿布戴在人身上时液体排泄物不易穿过其中的材料。
参见图1，尿布有两对分别从腰状部分的横向两侧向外延伸的翼片20，连接至各背面翼片20的系带件21的自由端可粘结于前侧上的底层12以将尿布10竖起来绕着穿戴者的身体。
下面将参照图3至图5举例描述本发明的方法。
参见图3，处于拉伸状态下的连续弹性件17由传送装置（未示）沿纵向送入到一连续织带34上，使连续弹性件17形成交替地向连续织带的第一边缘30和与其相对的第二边缘31弯曲的波浪线，以分别形成峰部17a和较宽的谷部17b，并用热融型粘结剂（未示）粘结至织带34以获得第一连续组合织带44。
参看图3和图4，将第一连续组合织带44的靠近其第一边缘30延伸的区域32沿一在第一边缘30和谷部17b之间纵向延伸的折叠线33打折，使各个峰部17a至少部分地位于在折叠线33和第一边缘30之间形成的范围内。然后将折叠区32粘结到第一连续组合织带54的非折叠区上，以获得包括覆有连续织带34的连续弹性件17的第二连续组合织带54。
将第二连续组合织带54的由各个峰部17a、谷部17b和折叠线33围成的区域35剪掉以获得一第三连续组合织带64，组合织带64因此有剪出来的开口36用来构成各开口16的一半。
参看图5，一对第三连续组合织带64并排放置，每一对的对应开口36以横向对称的关系相向且相互对齐，并且将这些织带置于包括多个单个尿布的连续尿布织带的顶层（未示）上，使各个第三连续组合织带64的每对边缘部分沿纵向延伸过相互搭叠的各织带64的每对相对的峰部17a。然后将这些织带64沿外边缘粘结到所述连续尿布织带的顶层上，此时将已粘结有织带64的所述连续尿布织带沿将各对相对的峰部17a垂直地分成两半的线37横切以获得单个尿布。各个第三连续组合织带64的横过各对相对的峰部17a的搭叠的边缘部分用热融型粘结剂（未示）粘结在一起。应当理解，如果需要的话，这些边缘部分也可不粘结。
所述连续尿布织带包括许多基本上如图1所示的单个尿布10（但没有触肤顶层14），这些尿布相互间沿纵向依次连接。本技术领域内的 熟练人员可从各种专利说明书中对制造这种连续尿布织带的方法知道得很清楚，因此这里不对这种方法进行详细描述。
这里虽然对采用系带件来将腰线封绕着穿戴者的身体的所谓开放型尿布实施例进行了图示和描述，但本发明对具有连续腰线的所谓短裤型尿布（包括训练用短裤）也是适用的。
从上述描述中可以看到，本发明的尿布包括用于从制成有开口的第三连续组合织带剪出来的每个单个尿布的触肤顶层，开口沿其半个周缘分别有一对相互独立的弹性件以使整个周缘具有弹性，这样沿开口的整个周缘形成的均匀的皱褶可以紧贴着穿戴者的皮肤，从而排泄物能可靠地导入开口。而且，各弹性件由各折叠的区域包着，也起加强开口周缘的作用，如此就制成了包括外观好强度高的开口的触肤顶层的尿布。
根据本发明，触肤顶层包括一对顶层构件，每个顶层构件都有用于构成半个开口的切口，各弹性件绕着所述切口粘缚。更具体地，这些顶层构件并排布置，各个切口相互对称地相对且对齐，以在组装好的触肤顶层的中央区域形成开口。这种结构使尿布的触肤顶层可容易地从开口的纵向相对两端撕开以将积留在位于所述触肤顶层下的顶层上的固体排泄物刮除。

Claims (2)

1、一种用于形成带有弹性开口的一次性尿布的触肤顶层的方法，其特征在于，所述方法包括下列步骤：
A.将一处于拉伸状态下的连续弹性件沿纵向送入到一连续织带上，使连续弹性件形成交替地向连续织带的第一边缘和与其相对的第二边缘弯曲的波浪线，以分别形成峰部和较宽的谷部，并用热融型粘结剂将弹性件粘结到织带上以获得第一连续组合织带；
B.将所述第一连续组合织带的靠近其所述第一边缘的区域沿一在所述第一边缘和所述谷部之间某一高度上纵向延伸的折叠线折叠，使各个峰部至少部分地位于折叠线和第一边缘之间形成的范围内，然后将折叠区粘结至第一连续组合织带的非折叠区，以获得包括由连续织带覆盖着的连续弹性件的第二连续组合织带；
C.剪掉第二连续组合织带的由各个峰部、谷部和折叠线围成的区域以获得一第三连续组合织带，此组合织带因此具有用来构成各开口的一半的切口；
D.将一对所述第三连续组合织带并排布置，使每对相关的切口以横向对称的关系相向且相互对齐，并且将这些织带放在一包括许多单个尿布的连续尿布织带的顶层上，使各个第三连续组合织带的每对边缘部分纵向地延伸过相互搭叠的每对相对的峰部，并将所述织带沿外侧边缘粘结到连续尿布织带的顶层上；以及
E.将这时已粘结有第三连续组合织带的所述连续尿布织带沿将各相对的峰部垂直地分成两半的线横向剪开以获得各单个尿布。
2、如权利要求1所述的方法，其特征在于，将各第三连续组合织带的沿纵向延伸过每对相对峰部的每对边缘部分以搭叠的关系相互粘结起来。
