Abstract

Description

卷筒供料的标签粘贴设备
本发明特别涉及一种卷筒供料的标签粘贴设备,可以利用该设备将从标签纸带上取下的标签粘贴在各种制品上。这些制品通常为一些容器,它们用于饮料、食品、家用产品、化妆品、油脂、涂料和类似产品的生产、包装、灌装以及塑料、玻璃、金属和其他容器的生产。
在卷筒供料的标签粘贴设备中,取自标签纸卷架上的标签纸带是通过标签供料和张紧装置输送到剪切辊筒的。为了保持标签纸带的张力,剪切辊筒旋转时外圆周表面的速度要高于标签纸带的供纸速度,要求在纸带上有一个即时加速度。实际上,除非标签在剪切辊筒上有适当的滑动,否则标签会出现不希望有的拉伸甚至撕断。但是,要求这种带滑动的供给本身就是难以满足的,这需要取得在定位和涂胶过程中辊筒表面的摩擦系数的详细数据。纸带在被切成单片的标签后,通常需将标签输送到邻近的一个真空辊筒上。这个真空辊筒的旋转速度也要高于剪切辊筒的速度,因此前面所述的对于滑动的有关要求在这里也适用。
然后在标签的背面涂布粘结剂,一般涂在标签头部和尾部边缘的位置,随后再将标签由真空辊筒输送到各个容器或制品上,这些容器或物体是通过转架或传送装置传送到与真空辊筒上的标签相接近的位置。
在标签上涂布粘结剂的涂胶器一般包括带有表面滚花或特殊形状表面的另一个滚轮或辊筒以及粘结剂引导线,引导线的安装位置可以防止标签脱离真空辊筒落入涂胶器或其他装置中而造成阻塞、降低效率和停机。但是,实际上这些粘结剂引导线本身就不可靠,经常发生破断导致出现上述问题。
因此,可以看到,在标签粘贴设备中通常都使用了一系列旋转辊筒以便输送标签通过一系列的处理步骤。标签从一个辊筒表面输送到下一个辊筒表面,一般是利用真空将标签吸附在辊筒的表面。
辊筒的相对速度很关键,即使一个辊筒的速度出现微小的误差也可能导致出现大的问题或使效率降低。由于滑动和标签拉伸的程度的不可预测性和不稳定性,这些误差很难避免,因而在将标签从一个辊筒输送到下一个辊筒时会造成标签的皱折或皱纹。
本发明的一个目的是通过简化对标签纸带进行定位和剪切以及随后的涂胶所需的处理过程来减少出现这些皱折或皱纹的可能性。本发明的一个方面是,在标签处于一个辊筒之上时即可完成这些处理过程中的多个步骤从而实现上述目的,减少标签在辊筒之间的输送。
为实现上述目的,美国专利No.4,632,721的发明人Hoffmann做了一些工作。Hoffmann提出了在真空辊筒上直接安装剪刀以期省去单独的剪切辊筒。但是Hoffmann的主张需要真空辊筒和剪刀之间的互相配合,二者协同作用将每个标签从连续的纸带上剪断或切断。在紧靠着真空辊筒处也设置了涂胶辊。但是,Hoffmann提出的技术的缺陷在于,在辊筒旋转期间,将标签固定在真空输送辊筒上的夹持垫需在适宜的和精确的时刻缩回和伸出,在一种状态下是为了避免与静止的刀片发生碰撞,在另一种状态下是为了将标签压靠在涂胶辊上。因此,Hoffmann并不能完全克服要求提供一个机构相对于另一个机构的精确的相对速度的缺点。本发明还注意到,运动刀片与固定刀片之间剪断或切断标签纸带的动作也不能令人满意。因此,本发明的一个目的是减小已有技术中的这些缺陷。
下面的说明和描述会明确本发明的其他目的。
根据本发明的第一方面,提出了一种卷筒供料的标签粘贴设备,该设备包括可将标签纸带传送到剪切辊筒的传送装置,和与剪切辊筒相配合的可将被负压吸附在辊筒外圆周表面上的标签纸带切割成单个标签的一个或多个剪切装置,该设备可与输送容器的装置相联,输送容器的装置将容器输送到与旋转剪切辊筒上的单个标签接近的位置,以便将所述的单个标签输送到相应的容器上。
剪切装置最好设置在辊筒的外圆周表面上或靠近辊筒的外圆周表面。
剪切装置最好包括具有锋利刃口或尖端部分的装置或器械。剪切装置也可以是刀片。所述的剪切装置还可以是加热装置或器具、水切割、超声波切割或激光切割装置、或是可将标签切断成单个标签的任何装置。
在有一组剪切刀片的位置上,旋转剪切辊筒的外圆周表面上对应每个剪切刀片处有一个槽,最好每个剪切刀片的至少一部分从这个槽伸出,以便使刀片与剪切辊筒上的标签纸带相接触。刀片可以与位于汽缸中的活塞连接,通过作用在活塞上的空气压力的相应变化使活塞和剪刀动作。在需要时,最好使用能够在旋转剪切辊筒的外圆周表面上形成相对负压的装置,以提供作用在汽缸活塞上的相应的空气压力变化。也可以利用其他装置代替活塞,如可采用机械的、电气一机械的、气动的或液压的装置。
根据本发明的第二方面,前面所述的传送装置能够以很低的或可忽略不计的张力将标签纸带传送到剪切辊筒。为此传送装置可以包括一自由转向段机构。
这样做的优点是,标签纸带或单个标签在旋转剪切辊筒上出现的滑动很小或可忽略甚至是零滑动。而且,由于标签纸带的供纸张力很小或是可忽略的,因此不会使标签纸带受到拉伸或造成撕断,从而可以使用低强度的材料。
根据本发明的第三方面,卷筒供料的标签粘贴设备还包括紧靠着旋转剪切辊筒设置的涂胶器,其可在将标签粘贴到相应的容器上之前对标签进行涂胶。
涂胶器最好包括可将粘结剂喷涂在标签上的装置。涂胶器最好带有能够以脉冲喷涂方式将粘结剂喷涂在标签头部和尾部边缘的装置。
涂胶器还可以使其喷涂方式布置成能够在一次喷涂中完成对相邻标签的头部和尾部边缘的涂布。旋转剪切辊筒可以在每个槽的位置处具有带角度的外形,涂胶器相对于剪切辊筒的半径以一定角度安装定位,以便减少或消除供应粘结剂时对槽的粘污。
下面将结合附图,仅以范例的形式对本发明的一个实施例做叙述,附图包括:

首先参见图1和图2,标签纸带4存放在标签纸卷架2上。还可以设置可选用的第二纸卷架2a,以便在一个纸卷用完时可迅速更换新的标签纸带。
可利用传送装置将标签纸带4由标签纸卷架2送到旋转剪切辊筒7。传送装置包括一系列导辊30,张力控制连杆31,和减张辊34。张力控制连杆31在B方向受到力的作用,因而可对标签纸带4有张力作用,可从标签纸卷架2上将标签纸带4拉出。张力控制连杆31可绕枢轴35旋转,以便标签纸带4在这个输送阶段保持稳定和安全的张力。
标签纸带4从标签输送辊32和夹紧辊33之间通过后,被引导绕过减张辊34。辊子34可在D和E方向上移动,辊子34在D方向上受到力的作用,尽管这个力比作用在张力控制连杆31上的力小的多,因此在这个位置可以有一个很小的张力作用在标签纸带4,标签纸带4在通过辊子34之后要经过一个自由转向段。
因此,标签纸带4在很小的张力下被送到旋转剪切辊筒7,标签的表面与旋转剪切辊筒7的外圆周面相接触,标签的背面暴露在外。
定位装置8与旋转剪切辊筒7配装,可测定每个标签头部和尾部边缘的位置,确保每个标签头部和尾部边缘的位置与剪切辊筒7上每个剪刀9的位置对正。
在使用中,旋转剪切辊筒7按顺时针方向旋转,将标签纸带4输送到C区域,在这个区域里,作用在活塞上的空气压力的相应变化使剪刀动作,后面结合附图4a和4b对此还有详细叙述。为了保证顺利的剪切,需增大旋转剪切辊筒7外圆周面标签纸带4附近剪切区域处的空气的相对负压。这一点从图2中可以看出,图2所示为图1中旋转剪切辊筒7外圆周面上用C标记的区域的正视图。孔50是在旋转剪切辊筒7圆周面上孔50区域内抽吸空气或降低空气压力的管路的出口。由于标签纸带4的张力非常小、零张力或标签纸带4被剪切之后标签的滑动非常小,因此,在剪切之后相邻的标签之间的间隙也非常小。这就意味着,在剪切线53处,标签51的头部边缘与相邻标签52的尾部边缘处于接合状态(如图2所示)。
处于这种接合状态的标签被旋转剪切辊筒7的进一步顺时针旋转输送到设有涂胶器11的涂胶位置。涂胶器11是一个挤压模,涂胶器11不需要使用引导线。可以将热融粘结剂涂布在每个剪开的标签的头部和尾部边缘,涂胶器以脉冲方式喷涂粘结剂,涂胶器的定时可利用定位装置8协调控制。在一个实施例中,由于剪切辊筒7设计成能够在剪切标签时使剪开的标签之间几乎没有缝隙,因此可同时将粘结剂涂布在相邻标签的头部和尾部边缘。涂胶器可以始终处于接通状态进行全面涂布,无须通/断定时控制。一种涂胶器的典型结构在下面结合附图进行了简要介绍。应该注意,本发明不局限于所使用的涂胶器或粘结剂的类型。实际上,涂胶器的使用并不是关键问题,也可以使用其他方法将标签粘贴在每个容器上。而且,如果使用粘结剂,可以将粘结剂涂布在标签的整个背面,或标签背面的局部,例如,如上所述的头部和尾部边缘。
如图3所示,本设备还带有容器的输送装置,输送装置通常包括输送机13,其通过送料星形轮16将容器14送到星形轮15上。可以使用送料涡形管(图中未示)来取代送料星形轮16或与送料星形轮16组合使用。送料星形轮16可以确保将容器放置在星形轮15的正确位置上,即以适当的间隔与旋转剪切辊筒7传送每个剪开并涂胶的标签的传送节奏相对应,标签的传送点是在星形轮15同辊筒7相接触或接近接触的位置处。
利用固定的或移动的压下引导板17,可将标签卷贴在每个容器上,然后通过出料星形轮19使容器返回到一输送机18上。本发明认为,有许多种输送容器14的方法可用于卷筒供料的标签粘贴设备中,本发明不局限于这里所述的实施例。例如,可以做这样的改进,利用通过上下夹具夹持容器14的可旋转转架取代星形轮15,容器14在与压下引导板接触之前被传动带驱动而转动。如前所述,可以使用送料涡形管来取代送料星形轮16或与送料星形轮16组合使用。

实施例中的剪切组件9带有安装在支架42上的汽缸22,汽缸22可驱动与可转动连杆44连接的拉杆41。连杆44可绕销轴40转动,并且设有一连接装置25,该装置用于安装带有剪切刀片26的剪刀支架43。连接装置25便于剪刀支架43的调节和更换。类似地,剪切组件也可设计成可迅速更换刀片26。在使用中,刀片26从剪切辊筒7上的每个槽53中伸出而完成剪切或分离动作。
汽缸22可以是电气-机械结构、气动结构或者是其他任何适宜的结构形式。
应该注意到,本发明可以延伸到任何可对剪切辊筒上的标签进行分离、分割、剪切或切割的方法。例如,除了如上所述的剪切刀片结构,任何具有锋利刃口或尖端部分的装置或器械、加热装置或器具、水、超声波或激光切割装置,或可将标签穿孔和拉断的装置都可以使用。此外,前面所述的活塞也可以用其他任何机械的、电气-机械的、气动的或液压的装置代替。
应该认识到,本发明的重要意义在于它不需要单独的剪切辊筒。这样不仅可以在实现所需功能的同时降低设备的复杂性,而且还可以减少由于若干个旋转辊筒在速度一致性方面的差异和标签在辊筒之间的不成功输送造成的不利后果。
另外,本发明对标签的滑动或张力没有要求。在不偏离这里所规定的本发明的范围,本发明还可包括进一步的修改和改进。

Claims (13)

1.一种卷筒供料的标签粘贴设备,包括可将标签纸带传送到旋转剪切辊筒的传送装置和位于剪切辊筒上可将被负压吸附在辊筒外圆周表面上的标签纸带剪切成单个标签的一个或多个剪切装置,其特征在于,剪切动作通过位于剪切辊筒上的剪切装置来完成,不依赖于一个不属于剪切辊筒一部分的附属表面、刀刃或刀片。

5.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,剪切装置包括具有锋利的刃口或尖端部分的装置或器械。
6.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,包括绕辊筒的周向彼此间隔,其距离大约等于标签长度的一组剪切装置。
7.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,旋转剪切辊筒设置有对应于每个剪切装置的槽,每个槽均位于旋转剪切辊筒的外圆周表面上。
8.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,剪切装置包括与处于汽缸中的活塞相连接的刀片,所述活塞至少部分地位于一个汽缸中并在其中往复运动,以便使所述刀片推进进行切割和在切割后缩回。
9.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,在使用时传送装置以低的或微小的张力将标签纸带传送到剪切站。
10.根据权利要求4-9之一所述的设备,其特征在于,还包括紧靠着旋转剪切辊筒设置的涂胶器,在将标签输送到对应的容器上之前涂胶器可对标签进行涂胶。
11.根据权利要求10所述的设备,其特征在于,涂胶器包括可将粘结剂喷涂到标签背面的装置。
12.根据权利要求11所述的设备,其特征在于,粘结剂被喷布在标签头部和尾部边缘位置。
13.根据权利要求12所述的设备,其特征在于,涂胶器的喷涂被布置成能够在一次喷涂中完成对相邻标签的头部和尾部边缘的涂布。
