Abstract
一种便于更换电池,并可使电池盖牢固地锁紧的
用于锁紧电池盖的装置。该装置包括在其构成电池
盒的拐角处带有铰接部分和连接部分的一机壳,一带
有一对配置在机壳的铰接部分中、便于打开和关闭电
池盖的滑动销的电池盖,一对配置在机壳的铰接部分
中,便于在打开和关闭电池盖时在右边和在左边可滑
动地容纳滑动销的滑动导向件,和一模制在机壳的连
接部分中,便于锁住和打开电池盖的锁扣。该锁扣可
向上和向下滑动。
Description
本发明涉及一种便携式电气产品的电池盖锁紧装置,特别涉及一种便于更换电池、即使当机壳受到意外撞击、振动或类似作用时也能使电池盖牢固地锁紧而不会与便携式电气产品的机壳分离的装置。
通常,当更换装在便携式电气产品,例如象一般叫做寻呼机的便携式无线电接收机的机壳内的电池时,众所周知,如图1和2所示,若锁扣2往释放位置移动并推动电池盖3,于是带有锁扣2的电池盖3就与便携式电气产品的机壳分离(参见4,390,198号美国专利)。
此外,众所周知,如图3所示,当锁扣5沿箭头A所示方向滑动时,电池盖4能沿箭头B所示方向在锁扣5上滑动(参见第4880712号美国专利)。
但是,前者存在以下问题:(1)当更换电池时,电池盖3和锁扣2容易失落;(2)锁紧力太小,以致电池盖3很容易受到撞击、振动或类似作用而脱开。
后者也存在以下问题:(1)当更换电池时,电池盖4容易失落;(2)将电池盖4分别地装到机壳6上或从机壳6上拆下来都不方便。
因此本发明的目的在于提供一种当更换电池时,使电池盖几乎不可能失落或损坏的电池盖锁紧装置。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种锁紧力强的电池盖锁紧装置。
本发明提供一种用于锁紧电池盖的装置,包括:一个机壳,在其构成电池盒的拐角处,带有铰接部分和连接部分;一个电池盖,带有一对配置在机壳的铰接部分中的滑动销,以便电池盖的打开和关闭;一对滑动导向件,模制在机壳的所述铰接部分中,以便在打开和关闭电池盖时,在右边和在左边可滑动地容纳滑动销;和一个锁扣,配置在机壳的所述连接部分中,以便锁住和打开电池盖,该锁扣是上下可动的。
参着附图说明本发明的优选实施方式,将更清楚地说明本发明的上述发明目的和其它优点。附图如下:

图4根据本发明画出了象寻呼机那样的便携式无线电接收机,它包括机壳10,电池盖20,一对滑动导向件30(图5)和锁扣40。
参见图5,机壳10在电池盒13的拐角处具有铰接部分11和连接部分12。电池被安置在电池盒13内,其相应的端头与端子18和19电气接触,将电源提供给寻呼机的电路(未画出)。端子18最好是弹性端子,并固定在电池盒13的上部,端子19可以被埋置在电池盖20中。电池盖20有一对配置在机壳10的铰接部分11中的滑动销21,以便在90度角度之内打开和关闭电池盖。一对滑动导向件30可以被模制在机壳10的铰接部分11中,以便在打开和关闭电池盖时,在右边和在左边可滑动地容纳滑动销21,向上和向下可动的锁扣40被设置在机壳10的连接部分12中,以便锁住和打开电池盖20。
图5和6较详细地、分别地画出了电池盖20与锁扣40的接合和脱离状态。锁扣40在其内侧面有一钩紧的凸台42和两个半球形凹槽43,在其上面有一锁紧凹槽44(图7),并在其下面有一钩紧电池盖的凸台45。钩紧锁扣的凸台42,半球形凹槽43和锁紧凹槽44将分别地与钩紧锁扣的凸台的凹槽16和在机壳10的连接部分12上构成的半球形凸台17相啮合。
此外,锁扣40在它的内侧面的两旁有一对导向滑板41。导向滑板41沿着在机壳10的连接部分12上构成的一对导向凹槽15(图8)插进去并被导向。
图9画出了电池盖20的被打开的状态,该电池盖20在其顶端的两侧面上含有一对钩紧凹槽22。该钩紧凹槽22将与一对在机壳10的连接部分12上构成的钩紧电池盖的卡爪14相啮合。另外,在电池盖20的顶端上的锁扣凹槽23将与钩紧电池盖的凸台45相啮合。
以上所说明的本发明装置的动作过程如下:
如果在图5的箭头D所示的方向上推动锁扣40,则钩紧电池盖的凸台45将与电池盖20脱离。其时,如图8最佳所示的那样,锁扣40的导向滑板41将沿着钩紧锁扣的凸台的凹槽16被导向和滑动,并且钩紧锁扣的凸台42将沿钩紧锁扣的凸台的凹槽16被导向滑动。在图7的释放位置F,半球形凸台17被嵌入到半球形凹槽43之中。结果,电池盖20的钩紧锁扣的凹槽23将与锁扣40的钩紧电池盖的凸台45分离。其后,若将电池盖20推进到图5的右边,则滑动销21将从图5的锁住位置A在滑动导向件30内移动到图5的释放位置B。因此,电池盖20可以在90度的角度之内绕处于图6的位置B处的滑动销21旋转,从而可打开电池盖,那时,由于弹簧端子18的弹力,电池将被向下顶出。
若电池盖20沿相反方向旋转,并被推进到图5的锁住位置A,滑动销21将从松开位置B在滑动导向件30之内移动到图5的锁住位置A,电池盖20的钩紧凹槽22将嵌入机壳10的钩紧电池盖的卡爪14中,电池盖20将被关闭。其后,如果沿着图5的箭头C所示方向推锁扣40,电池盖20的钩紧锁扣的凹槽23的顶端将与锁扣40的内侧上构成的钩紧锁扣的凸台42将嵌入,并与机壳10的钩紧锁扣的凸台的凹槽16相啮合,机壳10的半球形凸台17就与半球形凹槽43分开,并与如图7的实线所示的在锁扣40的上面构成的锁紧凹槽44相啮合,所以,锁扣40保持在锁住的位置,结果,它就与电池盒20相啮合,如上所述,按照本发明,在更换电池中,电池盖的打开动作是在90度的角度之内可旋转的,因此,便携式电气产品的电池盒将可完全暴露,其结果是方便了更换电池,并且,由于电池盖能被牢固地锁住,即使遇到突然的撞击,振动或类似的作用时,电池盖也不会与便携式电气产品的机壳脱离。
虽然已经说明了本发明的一个优选结构,显然,借助上面的教导,可以进行各种修改和变化,因此,可以理解,允许实施在权利要求范围内的不同于说明书所描述实例的本发明。
Claims (5)
1、用于锁紧电池盖的装置,包括:
一机壳,在其构成电池盒的拐角处,带有铰接部分和连接部分;
一电池盖,带有一对配置在所述机壳的铰接部分中的滑动销,以便电池盖的打开和关闭;
一对滑动导向件,模制在所述机壳的铰接部分中,以便在打开和关闭电池盖时,在右边和在左边可滑动地容纳所述滑动销;和
一锁扣,配置在所述机壳的连接部分中,以便锁住和打开所述电池盖,所述锁扣是向上和向下可动的。
2、如权利要求1所述装置,其特征在于所述电池盖的其顶端的两侧面上含有一对钩紧凹槽,并且所述机壳含有一对可与所述钩紧凹槽相啮合的钩紧电池盖的卡爪。
3、如权利要求1所述装置,其特征在于所述锁扣的其内侧面的两旁含有一对所述导向滑板,并且所述机壳的连接部分含有一对所述导向滑槽,所述导向滑板插进该槽,然后可沿其内部被导向。
4、如权利要求1、2或3所述装置,其特征在于所述锁扣包含在其内侧面上的一钩紧锁扣的凸台和许多半球形凹槽,在其上面一锁紧凹槽和在其下面一钩紧电池盖的凸台;所述机壳的连接部分包含一钩紧锁扣的凸台的凹槽和一半球形凸台,它们可与所述钩紧锁扣的凸台,半球形凹槽和锁紧凹槽相啮合;和所述电池盖包含在其顶端可与所述钩紧电池盖的卡爪相啮合的钩紧凹槽。
5、如权利要求1,2、3或4所述的装置,其特征在于所述电池盖的打开角度是90度。
