Abstract

Description

两件式容器
                          技术领域
本发明关于一两件式容器,其包括一硬质的外容器及一可折缩的内容器。内容器中容纳流体。特别涉及具有压力补偿装置的两件式容器。
                          背景技术
在使用前在配置于一硬质外容器内的挠性内容器中保存可能包括一药物的流体是公知的。当流体通过一计量泵而自内容器中移除时,内容器可被折缩。如果外容器上未置一开口时,一减低的压力将会建立在两容器间的密闭中介空间内。当使用一计量泵而仅可产生一少量引入压力时,一旦两容器间减少的压力概略相同于引入压力时,移除流体将变得困难。因此必需在两容器间的中介空间内产生压力补偿。
DE-41 39 555号专利公开一种由一硬质外容器及一易变形内袋组成的容器。容器通过一复合挤压-吹气工艺,由两未粘固而并合在一起的热塑合成材料制作。外容器具有一密封底部,同时内含至少一开口,用以补偿外界及介于外容器与内袋间的空间之间的压力。外容器的肩部在其两个未被封合的对立壁面部位间,具有至少一未焊合的封道。最好两个未焊合封道配置于外容器的肩部。内袋以焊封方式密闭于此一区域内。由于外容器肩部区域内的未焊封部位之故,空气可进入外容器及内袋间的中介空间内。外容器肩部区域开封处的未焊合边缘在当有相当的减低的压力时,倾向于相互贴靠。因此,另一提议被提出而最好在外容器壁面的上方区域内,配置多个小孔,做为通气孔,其诸如由超声波或机械式地在外容器上穿孔而产生。外容器壁面肩部区域及上壁区域内的所有开口,均被置于容器上的泵壳体封盖。
根据以往技术的两件式容器,包括外容器内的开封口或通孔。外容器无例外地均由热塑合成材料组成。
如果挠性内容器不是完全地不可穿透扩散,且内容器中的流体挥发或内含挥发组分时,则流体将因扩散而自内容器中流失,或是流体成份以一种可能不被允许的方式改变。此一影响将因压力补偿结束后的一段长时间中、空气不再流入外容器及内容器间的中介空间内,以及因外容器的压力补偿开口具有如同已知两件式容器的截面积而更严重。
因此,本问题要求提供一种用于两件式容器的装置,其适合于外围空气及介于内容器与外容器间的气体空间之间的压力补偿,即使当内容器内含一挥发流体或内含一带有挥发组分的流体时亦然,这种流体一定程度上不可穿透扩散。即使当充满的两件式容器贮存多年之久、且当两件式容器经过配方使用达多月之久后,内容器中的流体量或流体组分浓度的改变远较使用已知两件式容器为小。
                           发明内容
本发明目的为提供一种装置,其适合于外围空气及介于内容器及外容器间气体空间之间的压力补偿,同时其可经济生产且免于阻塞。
此一问题可根据本发明而通过用于内含一外容器及一内容器的两件式容器加以解决。本发明提供一种两件式容器,该容器由一外容器及一内容器组成,具有一压力补偿装置,其中:内容器相对于至少部分挥发流体为一定程度上不可穿透扩散,同时其为可折缩式,而外容器为不可穿透扩散且呈硬质,外容器与内容器密封结合,一充有气体的中介空间位于两容器之间,一压力补偿装置,逐步平衡外容器与内容器间的压力差至该压力差为0,该压力补偿装置包括:至少一通道,使外容器与内容器间的充有气体的中介空间(5)连通至两件式容器的外围环境,此至少一通道具有一相当于直径介于10μm至500μm之间的截面表面积,且该至少一通道的长度为该至少一通道相当直径的5000倍至1/10倍之间。
内容器容纳一至少部分挥发的流体。两件式容器置于由气体充填的环境中。压力补偿装置具有下列特征:
内容器相对于至少部分挥发流体一定程度上是不可穿透扩散的,同时其可折缩。外容器不可穿透扩散且为硬质。
外容器与内容器呈密封连接。
一充有气体的中介空间存在于两容器之间。
至少一通道将外容器与内容器间的充有气体的中介空间与两件式容器的外围连通。
此至少一通道具有相当于10μm及500μm间直径的截面表面积。
此至少一通道长度,为此至少一通道的相当直径的5000倍及1/10倍之间。
此至少一通道的相当直径即为一圆直径,其表面面积相当于此至少一通道的截面表面积。此至少一通道的长度,较佳为相当的直径的100倍及1/10倍之间,更好为10倍及1倍之间。
通道截面积最好宽度与高度相等,亦即最好为一圆形或大致方形剖面或三角形剖面。此外,通道剖面可为长方形、梯形、半圆形、切槽形或是不规则形状。切槽型通道侧边的长度比例,可高至50∶1。多个通道可均匀配置,如置于一网格的交叉点上,或是不均匀配置,如按统计分配。通道剖面表面积小于1平方毫米,其可延伸至数千平方微米(μm2)的范围内。
通道可呈直线形或曲线形、或呈回纹、螺旋或螺纹型式。通道可最好以一通孔型式配置于外容器壁面上。此外,通道可配置呈一最好由塑料材料制作的插入件,插入件被封置于外容器壁面上,最好位于外容器底部的一向内倒置的凹穴内。在此一案例中,面向中介空间的通道末端,与外容器壁上的一开口连通。该开口具有较通道更大的剖面。
一种透气式过滤器、如羊毛纤维或一块开孔式烧结材料、可配置成在通道一端、最好是面向外界端的防尘器。
面向外界的通道末端在当充填流体的两件式容器被贮存时,可通过一密封箔片加以封闭,当流体第一次被移用时,密封箔片可部分或完全地自内容器中撕开或是刺破。
此至少一通道的壁面可呈平滑面或粗糙面。
此至少一通道可通过诸如一激光光束而在一平板上制成微孔型式。一回纹似或螺旋通道例如可通过选择性的硅化物表面腐蚀术而加以制作,此种通道可为三角形或梯形剖面。此外,三角形剖面及大多任何形状的通道,可通过模压一(金属)表面而得。一螺旋通道可配置于伸入一管件内的圆筒体侧表面上。同样地,此种通道可配置于一圆筒体置于其内的中空圆筒体的侧面上。几乎任何形状的通道均可通过石版印刷及模压于塑料材料或金属而制作。
下表范例说明用于圆形剖面的不同长度与不同直径的通道,在外围及3毫升容积气体空间之间的一压差小于20hpa(20mbar)的压力补偿半值时间及1/10值时间。

除了一个通道之外,可以提供多个此一型式的通道,或可提供具有诸如一开孔烧结材料的开孔的多孔材料板。通孔具有直径介于0.1及150微米间的平均孔径。通孔体积为烧结材料体积的1%与40%之间。烧结本体可由诸如聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氟酸乙烯的塑料材料,或是玻璃、石英、陶瓷或金属组成。平板厚度最好介于1及5毫米之间。最好为圆形的平板,最好密封地插入外容器底部的一凹穴中,如被压入或粘合定位。
此外,内含多个此一型式通道的透气薄膜,可应用呈箔片、织布或羊毛的型式,其可由诸如聚四氟乙烯或多醚醚酮的热塑材料、或是诸如硅胶或乳胶的弹性体塑料材料组成。织布或羊毛型式的透气薄膜,可由天然纤维、无机纤维、玻璃纤维、碳纤维、金属纤维或合成纤维组成。同样地,亦可使用呈金属箔片型式的透气薄膜,譬如金、硅、镍、特种钢,或是玻璃或陶瓷。
此种透气薄膜内的通道,可以非均一的方式配置,同时可以离子中击或以等离子体腐蚀制作。此外,通道可以均一方式配置,同时以石版印刷及模压或激光钻孔制作。在此一状况下,许多通道可根据通道剖面形状及尺寸,以及根据通道长度而呈现于透气薄膜内侧的狭窄空隙内。
不可穿透扩散的外容器,最好由诸如金属的硬质材料组成。此种型式的外容器便于贮存及两件式容器的操作,同时保护内容器免受外来的机械影响。
根据本发明的压力补偿装置,用于诸如一两件式容器中,其用以接收一可内含一溶于溶剂内药物的医疗流体。适当的溶剂为水、酒精或诸如其混合物。可用药物可为Berotec(非诺特罗-氢溴化物)1-(3,5-二羟基-苯基)-2-[[1-(4-羟基-苄基)乙基]胺基]乙醇氢溴化物),Atrovent(异丙托溴铵),Berodual(非诺特罗氢溴化物及异丙托溴铵之组合),沙丁胺醇(Salbutamol或Albuterol),Combivent,Oxivent(气托溴铵(oxitropium-bromide)),Ba 679(tiotropiumbromide),BEA 2108(二-(2-噻吩基)乙醇酸托品醇(tropenol)酯,氟尼缩松(Flunisolid),布地奈德(Budesonid)等等。
根据本发明的压力补偿装置,具有下列优点:
其不含任何可移动零件而为一静止装置。
透气能力可以调整,纵使使用可透气薄膜或一烧结板亦然。
其容许压力补偿可立即针对每一压差启用。
压差补偿为渐进式。当依配方使用时,时间常数及压力补偿过程,可适应流体自内容器计量移除的暂时通过。
其可用于任何材料的外容器,该容器不可穿透扩散。外容器可由诸如金属或塑料材料的硬质材料、或是柔性材料组成。
其不容许外及内容器间气体空间内的任何意外介入,可保护折缩式内容器。
补偿时间过后,压差终究为零。
其在气体空间与外界空气之间,产生一定的连通。
其当密封箔片被移除后可以透气,同时容许气体同时在两个方向通过。
其不需任何外物介入且无外力,同时可持续有效。
一种自存于内容器中的流体经由内容器壁而扩散至内容器与外容器间的中介空间内的挥发物质,初期通过扩散经由至少一通道自中介空间中逸出。因此,即使长期使用内容器内的流体,仅有极少比例的挥发物质自内容器中的流体中漏失。此一损失远少于已有的两件式容器。
在内容器中内含一流体的两件式容器,可贮存许多月份之久而不会有任何重大的物质损失,即使当内容器的不可穿透扩散为有限的时,亦可使用许多月份之久。
其可经济地大量生产。
根据本发明的压力补偿装置,可用于诸如一两件式容器中,其可内含在WO-97/12687专利中所述的用于在喷雾器中喷雾的液体。
根据本发明的装置,将在附图中的范例协助下,更详细地加以说明。

                    具体实施方式
图1a显示流体第一次被移除前的两件式容器的截面图。外容器1内含填有流体3的折缩式内容器2。可拆除的连接件4伸入流体中。内容器在其末端以密封方式与外容器连接(未图示)。气体空间5配置于两容器间。一平直通道7置于外容器底部6,其将气体空间5与两件式容器外的外界连通。此一通道被密封箔片8遮盖。
图1b显示部分流体已自内容器中移除后的两件式容器的截面图。显示的密封箔片8被部分地撕开,而显示的内容器呈部分折缩状况。
图2显示流体第一次自内容器中移除前的另一两件式容器实例的截面图。平直通道7在其面向外界的末端被一压入式止动件9以密封方式封闭。此一止动件可在流体第一次自内容器中移除前,通过环圈10而用手移去。
图3a显示一螺旋通道11,其在外容器1底部6外侧具有约略多于3圈的螺旋。图3b显示此一实例的截面图。通道一端开通至凹穴12内;其另一端开通至一开口13中。螺旋通道由密封箔片8封闭,其当流体第一次被移除前,用一针头14刺破。

Claims (14)

1.一种两件式容器,该容器由一外容器及一内容器组成,具有一压力补偿装置,其中:
内容器(2)相对于至少部分挥发流体(3)为一定程度上不可穿透扩散,同时其为可折缩式,而外容器(1)为不可穿透扩散且呈硬质,
外容器(1)与内容器(2)密封结合,
一充有气体的中介空间(5)位于两容器之间,
一压力补偿装置,逐步平衡外容器(1)与内容器(2)间的压力差至该压力差为0,该压力补偿装置包括:
至少一通道(7;11;23),使外容器(1)与内容器(2)间的充有气体的中介空间(5)连通至两件式容器的外围环境,而
此至少一通道具有一相当于直径介于10μm至500μm之间的截面表面积,且
该至少一通道的长度为该至少一通道相当直径的5000倍至1/10倍之间。
2.根据权利要求1的两件式容器,其特征为,所述至少一通道(7;11;23)的长度介于该至少一通道的相当直径的100倍与1/10倍之间,且若介于10倍及1倍之间则更佳。
3.根据权利要求1或2的两件式容器,其特征为,所述至少一通道(7;11;23)具有圆形、方形、三角形或梯形剖面的通道。
4.根据权利要求1-2中任一项的两件式容器,其特征为,所述至少一通道平直,或是通道形状呈回纹、螺旋或一螺纹状。
5.根据权利要求1-2中任一项的两件式容器,其特征为,所述至少一通道(7;11;23)具有一小于1平方毫米的截面表面积。
6.根据权利要求1-2中任一项的两件式容器,其特征为,所述至少一通道的面向外界的一端配置一可透气的过滤器(16;24)。
7.根据权利要求1-2中任一项的两件式容器,其特征为,所述至少一通道(7;11;23)的面向外界的一端被一密封箔片(8)封闭。
8.根据权利要求1的两件式容器,其特征为,所述至少一通道包括多个通道,其使外容器与内容器间的气体空间与两件式容器的外界互相连通,其中该通道在一由开孔烧结材料构成的平板(29)上呈现为细孔的型式,且具有0.1微米至150微米之间的平均孔径,而其细孔体积为烧结材料本体体积的1%及40%之间。
