Abstract

一种比较容易地变形的机械性钩扣阴构件。它由无纺布和多条带片7构成,在无纺布上间歇地形成着从背面3朝向表面2的隆起部4,带片7相互地隔离、且平行地朝向一方向延伸。无纺布的背面3在隆起部中从带片7朝向表面2方向离开着。

Description

机械性钩扣的阴构件
技术领域
本发明涉及一种以相互结合、脱离的阴阳一对的构件构成的机械性钩扣的阴构件。
背景技术
作为现有技术,在日本特开平2-18036号公报所公开的该种阴构件的一例,它是接合在厚度约为0.025~0.13mm的塑料膜的单面上的纤度为1~10旦、单位面积重量为5~200g/m2的纤维呈波纹构造。在该波纹构造中,机械性钩扣的阳构件(也称钩构件)结合在纤维从塑料膜隆起的部位上。
在使用机械性钩扣的对象物为衣服及其他的穿戴用物的情况下,阴阳构件中的至少一方最好是不刺激穿用者的肌肤的柔软的构成。另外,该构件最好是不妨碍安装它的布料等比较自由的变形的刚性低的构成。将机械性钩扣使用在婴幼儿穿用的一次性尿布上就是上述的适用的例子。但是,在前述公知的阴构件中,由于存在塑料膜,这就有可能造成呈波纹状的纤维失去本来的柔软性、或变为刚性的阴构件。
本发明的目的是提供一种提高了由前述公知例的纤维和塑料膜组成的机械性钩扣阴构件的柔软性的阴构件。
发明内容
为了实现上述本发明的目的,本发明以由互相接合、脱离的阴阳一对的构件构成的机械性钩扣作为前提,该阴构件具有如下的特征,即,前述阴构件中的与上述阳构件的结合部位由无纺布构成,该无纺布由热塑性合成纤维构成,它具有表面和背面,在该背面上接合着朝向一个方向的相互平行地延伸的多条热塑性合成树脂带片,在上述无纺布上在上述那一方向上间断地形成着从上述背面朝向表面的隆起部,该隆起部中的上述无纺布背面自上述带片朝向上述表面方向离开。
在该发明的最佳实施例之一中,上述隆起部在与上述那一方向垂直的方向上也被间断地形成着。
在另一实施例中,上述隆起部连续地形成在与上述那一方向垂直的方向上。
在又一实施例中,上述无纺布由卷缩着的复合纤维构成。
在另一实施例中,上述无纺布为波纹构造,上述带片接合在该波纹构造的底部背面。

具体实施方式
图1、2为阴构件1的表面2和背面3的斜视图。构件1是由赋型件1A和带片7构成着,该赋型件1A由热塑性合成纤维制无纺布构成,上述带片7由热塑性合成树脂构成。在赋型件1A中,从背面3朝向表面2方向被赋型的隆起部4在以双箭头X表示的方向上伸着,并且在与X方向垂直的双箭头Y方向上间断地并列着,呈所谓的波纹构造或与其近似的构造。沿X方向延伸的平坦部6形成在互相邻接的隆起部4之间。在背面3上在X方向上间断地配置着的Y方向上延伸的多条的带片7。带片7互相平行地并列着,并且与平坦部6的背面3溶敷着,或通过粘接剂、热溶胶粘剂等进行接合。
在如此构造的构件1中,形成赋型件1A的无纺布使用的是由纤度是0.5~15旦的热塑性合成纤维构成的单位面积重量为10~100g/m2的无纺布,最好使用卷缩了的复合纤维构成的无纺布。隆起部4从平坦部6到顶部8的表面间的高度为1~10mm,更好为2~5mm。沿Y方向的宽度W为2~10mm,更好为3~7mm。
阴构件1中带片7其宽度为0.5~7mm,更好为1~5mm,厚度为0.01~0.2mm,更好为约0.02~0.1mm,互相邻接的带片7彼此间的间隔为0.3~10mm,更好为0.5~5mm。带片7溶敷在赋型件1A的平坦部6的背面上、或者由粘接材料或热溶胶粘剂接合在平坦部6的背面上。
阴构件1的平坦部6的背面朝向安装它的对象物被缝合、或由粘接剂、或粘着剂接合。这样,机械性钩扣的阳构件相对于被安装的阴构件1的无纺布部分接合或脱离。阳构件特别是在隆起部4处容易地结合。阴构件1的赋型件1A在X方向间断地配置着,它通过接合在Y方向连续的带片7而抑制Y方向的伸长。因此,可以经常地维持隆起部4的高度。另外,赋型件1A不受带片7约束,从而可以沿在X方向或Y方向延伸的折曲线比较自由地进行弯曲。该构件1可以很好地追随安装它的衣物等的穿戴者的变形。不会损害其衣物的着用感。
图3、4、5为与表示本发明的实施例的一例的图1、2相同的斜视图以及图3的V-V线剖视图。在图示的阴构件1中,隆起部6在X、Y方向上间断地配置着。X方向的隆起部4的长度为2mm以上。隆起部4彼此的间隔距离D1、D2为0~10mm,更好为2~7mm。隆起部4的宽度W为2~10mm,更好为3~7mm。带片7具有与图2的带片相同的尺寸,它与在Y方向上形成为列、并且交替地排列的隆起部4和平坦部6的各列分别1根1根地接合着。在图中,所谓的各列的带片7为带片7A、7B…7E。但是,本发明也可以省去带片7A~7E中的任何一条,例如省去带片7B和7D地进行实施。在这样地实施方式中,剩余的带片7A、7C、7E也能抑制赋型件1A的Y方向的伸长,从而产生与图1的情况相同的效果。该图示例的阴构件1通过其隆起部4在X、Y方向上被配置着,比起图1的构件1来说,阳构件的结合变得更加容易。
为了获得本发明的阴构件1,例如,通过将热塑性合成纤维无纺布进行压花处理而赋型了隆起部4和平坦部6之后,将从挤压成形机排出的多条的带片7在其处于软化状态间压着在平坦部6的背面上。
在本发明的机械性钩扣阴构件中,通过在无纺布的表面上间断地形成许多的隆起部,从而使阳构件的接合变容易,因为在其无纺布的背面相互平行地间隔并列地间断地接合着多条热可塑性合成树脂带片,所以,不会产生由于被赋型的无纺布的伸长而使隆起部变形的情况,而且,无纺布也不会失去其可挠性。因此,该阴构件比较容易变形,即使被使用在衣物上也不会损害衣物的着用感。

Claims (5)

1.一种机械性钩扣的阴构件,该机械性钩扣是由互相接合、脱离的阴阳一对的构件构成,其特征在于,上述阴构件中的与上述阳构件的结合部位是由无纺布构成,该无纺布由热塑性合成纤维构成,具有表面和背面,在其背面上接合着朝向一方向且相互平行地延伸的多条热塑性合成树脂带片,在上述无纺布上在上述一方向上间断地形成着隆起部,该隆起部从上述背面向表面方向隆起,上述隆起部中的上述无纺布里面从上述带片朝向上述表面方向离开。
2.如权利要求1所述的阴构件,其特征在于,上述隆起部在与上述一方向垂直的方向上被间断地形成着。
3.如权利要求1所述的阴构件,其特征在于,上述隆起部在与上述一方向垂直的方向上连续地延伸着。
4.如权利要求1~3中任何一项所述的阴构件,其特征在于,上述无纺布由卷缩着的复合纤维构成。
5.如权利要求1或3所述的阴构件,其特征在于,上述无纺布呈波纹构造,在该波纹构造的底部背面上接合着上述的带片。
