技术领域
本发明涉及一种柱,特别但不仅仅是一种可被用于例如交通标志、街灯、交通信号灯和各种路标的柱。传统的电力和电话线杆就是应用中的一大类。
背景技术
用于这些用途的柱子可由很多不同的材料制成,并通常由于例如象为了节省材料这样的一些原因而做成中空的。最常使用的通常是各种金属柱。其他的选择包括由加强塑料和其他塑料制成的柱子。木制的柱子也是通常使用的。
在一些情况下,柱子的重量是一个重要的因素。因此,金属和实心的木制柱子的重量常常是在应用中所必需的重量的很多倍。例如,人们使用加强塑料来试图减小重量问题。但是,这种柱子有它们自身的缺点,例如缺点之一是在碰撞过程中容易破损。
本发明的目的在于提出一种柱子,其可消除在现有技术中柱子所存在的上述一些缺点,从而获得重量轻且耐用的柱子,用于各种不同的应用中。
为了实现上述目的,本提出了一种柱,是一中空的管状件且被用作交通信号灯、街灯、路标的柱子,所述中空的管状件的壁由两层形成,其特征在于,内层为纤维加强的热固性塑料,外层为聚烯烃塑料。

具体实施方式
因此,图1示出了本发明的柱1的横截面的一个非比例视图。具体地说,柱子是中空的,从而包含了一个纵向的空心2。柱子的基本结构是双层的,具有内层3和外层4。层3和4的厚度可与附图中所示的厚度完全不同。
根据本发明,内层3是用纤维加强的热固性塑料,而外层4是聚烯烃塑料,例如聚乙烯。这种结构形成了一个非常轻的总体结构,除由内层提供强度外,该总体结构还具有一个受很好保护的结构特性,这是因为外层4在内层的外侧形成了一个紧密的保护层。例如,在碰撞中,保护层通过防止破碎的材料以很大的力撒到环境中去,而保护内层不会因破碎而损坏。
图2和3示出了本发明的柱结构的两种纵向剖面。在这两种结构中,聚烯烃塑料被用作外层4,内层3为纤维加强的热固性塑料。在图2所示的实施例中,内管具有一个均匀的管状结构,而在图3中,该管状结构由多个部件组成,这将在下文详细描述。在这两种可替换结构中,该管或该多个管可具有均匀的厚度或尤其可呈圆锥形变窄。
因此,图3示出了另一个实施例,其中内部管状部件由两个或多个具有不同直径的独立的管状部件组装而成,它们一个装配在另一个的内部,以形成一个逐级变窄的柱结构。一个均匀的聚烯烃塑料层4也覆盖在所形成的肩部上,例如,如图3的右侧所示的方式,或者更加可能的话,如图3的左侧所示,即非常紧密地覆盖住肩部。
很显然,两层之间被画成彼此分开仅仅是为了清楚地进行说明,实际上层3和层4形成了一个坚固的实体。
很显然,很多不同成分的热固性塑料可被用来制造内层,而且很多不同种类的加强纤维也可被使用,玻璃纤维是传统的纤维材料,但是现今在市场上也有其他高强度的纤维材料,例如凯福勒纤维(Kevlar Fibre)和碳纤维。根据本发明的基本概念,很明显塑料材料和纤维材料均可根据所需的应用进行选择。
如果必要的话,一种适当的胶状或其他粘接剂可被施加在本发明的柱结构的两层之间,例如,尤其是当外层在内层的外侧受挤压时,粘接剂将被加到两层之间。内层的外表面也可用能增加粘着性的方式来制造,例如使其变粗糙,或使用来自破损柱子的细碎材料。
总之,本发明的预制柱将形成极为有效和耐用但又很轻的柱子,因此比现在使用的柱子具有更显著的优点。而且它还具有显著增加交通安全性的特性。

Claims (5)

1.一种柱(1),是一中空的管状件且被用作交通信号灯、街灯、路标的柱子,所述中空的管状件的壁由两层形成,其特征在于,内层(3)为纤维加强的热固性塑料,外层(4)为聚烯烃塑料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柱,其特征在于,内层(3)包括玻璃纤维、碳纤维,外层(4)为聚乙烯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的柱,其特征在于,外层(4)为一均匀连续的层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的柱,其特征在于,在内外层(3、4)之间有粘结材料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的柱,其特征在于,内层(3)的外表面被制成粗糙状或采用可改善抓固性能的其他方式制成。
