浮子纲或绳
本发明涉及一种浮子纲或绳,它由两个或多个纤维股组成,纤维是诸如麻或马尼拉麻等植物纤维,或尼龙或涤纶等的人造纤维,并在绳中安置了一个/多个浮力件或一个/多个浮力体。
浮力纲或浮绳用于渔具,诸如渔网绳和渔网,或在另一种情况下,用于需要绳索例如具有浮力的场合,或要求绳索能浮在水面上(海面)的场合。
按照已知的在先发明,浮子纲是通过围绕一个泡沫塑料的连续浮力体编织绳股而成。因此,这类浮子纲只用了一个浮力体,以及,部分绳股形成了围绕此浮力体的“外套”。这种编成的浮子纲生产成本高,例如机械加工方法复杂和缓慢。此外,编成的浮子纲难以拼接和要用很长的时间,因为每个绳股或每一根绳的端部必须插入其它绳的端部中的浮力体内。
美国专利No.3558420公开了一种生产空心纤维的方法,它通过喷丝嘴挤压熔化的合成聚合物原料制成,亦即采用生产加捻的绳索的旋转喷嘴。这一专利指出,这一方法可以用于制造海上用的绳、索、网,此时将空心纤维与相同或不同直径的实心纤维交织起来。因此,采用这一方法,空心和实心纤维“混合”并加捻,所以将它们组合在一起构成每根绳的股。
就我们所知,这种类型的绳索在市场上买不到,因此,尽管早在1967年就已经发明了,但是在商品化方面没有取得成功。商品化没有取得成功的原因也许在于,按这一方法生产出来的绳索浮力小,以及制造方法本身昂贵。
按本发明生产浮子纲或绳,与上述已知的方案相比生产成本便宜得多,而且改善了漂浮性能,拼接可以更加简便和更加迅速。
本发明的特征在于,浮子纲或绳通过加捻制成(“拧成的绳”),浮力件/体作为芯子设置在一个或多个绳股内,纤维被围绕着浮力件/体加捻(“拧”),如公开的权利要求1所限定的那样。
这种“拧成”的浮子纲或绳的制造速度比编织的绳索快10-15倍。因此,生产成本显著降低。加捻绳的拼接也要更快和更简便,因为浮力件/体被设计为绳股的芯子,所以绳索可以按用于拧成的绳索的正常方法来拼接。
此外,通过将浮力件安排在一个或多个和也许所有绳股中,或通过减小在每个绳股中浮力体的直径,可容易地增大或减小浮力。
从属权利要求2-5说明了本发明有利的特点。
下面借助于举例和参见公开的附图详细说明本发明。附图表示了三股绳的绳索1,亦即一条绳索有三股。在每绳股3中的纤维(图未详细表示)围绕着分开的但连续的浮力体2加捻,所以,浮力体形成了在每个股中被保护的浮力芯体。绳股本身则被加捻并构成“完整的”浮子纲或绳。
按在权利要求中所定义的本发明并不限于附图中所示的方案。因此,按照本发明的浮子纲或绳可由两个或三个以上的绳股组成。此外,仅仅一个或若干个绳股可以设置浮力体。
有关浮力体,可用泡沫塑料制造,最好是泡沫聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚酯、尼龙或聚苯乙烯,或用空心的充空气或充气体的浮力件制造,最好是挤压的聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚酯、尼龙或聚苯乙烯。此外,浮力体可加工为连续的“香肠形”,或分成一些单独的最好是连续的浮力件。

Claims (5)

1.浮子纲或绳(1)由两个或多个纤维股(3)组成,纤维是诸如麻或马尼拉麻等植物性纤维,或尼龙、涤纶等合成纤维,以及安置在绳索中的一个(多个)浮力件或一个(多个)浮力体(2),其特征为:浮子纲或绳(1)通过加捻制成,浮力体(2)作为芯子安置在一个或多个绳股(3)中,在绳股中的纤维围绕着浮力体加捻。
2.按照权利要求1所述的浮子纲或绳,其特征为:所有绳股(3)都设有浮力体(2)。
3.按照权利要求1可2所述的浮子纲或绳,其特征为:浮力体(2)最好用泡沫聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚酯、尼龙或聚苯乙烯制成。
4.按照权利要求1或2所述的浮子纲或绳,其特征为:浮力体(2)最好用挤压的聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚酯、尼龙或聚苯乙烯制成空心的充以空气或充以气体的浮力元件。
5.按照上述权利要求1-4所述的浮子纲或绳,其特征为:每股中的浮力体(2)分成若干个最好是连续的单独元件。
