Abstract
一种用于割断处于高速传送中的料幅的设备,它有一把可运动的切刀。其特点在于,为切刀(12)配设一个操纵设备,操纵设备至少包括一个脉冲交替装置(11)。
Description
本发明涉及一种割断料幅尤其是纸幅或纸板幅的设备。这类方法和设备例如应用在造纸机中,此外还应用于连接在造纸机后面的机器中,例如重绕机、涂刷机或卷割机。
例如由DE3815277已知的设备有一把与机器等宽的刀具,它垂直于纸幅运行方向延伸。按照上述文件的切刀刀刃,从刀刃切入点到粘结滚筒的粘结位置有一个大的距离。其后果是,在料幅切断和与新的料幅粘结后,在粘结位置后面留下了过长的残纸或纸尾,这会导致例如在下游的涂刷机中尤其是遇到薄的纸种时将纸幅拉断。此外,按照DE 3815227的设备还有一个缺点,它使用带齿的刀刃,所以纸幅的刀口带有不希望有的锯齿形。
DE-U-9413363提供了一种割断运行中的料幅的设备,它有一把逆料幅运行方向强烈倾斜的切刀,从而避免了上述最后一项缺点。在切割过程中在切刀与料幅之间形成的角度,在按照DE-U-9413363的发明对象中为小于45度。而且,采用这一设备可以在料幅速度较低时获得一个沿料幅大体为直线的刀口。但是,首先是在料幅速度较高为>1500m/min时,按DE-U-9413363所采取的措施不再能满足为达到所期望的工作可靠性所提出的要求。在上述高的料幅速度的情况下,除了已知的问题外,切刀的切割速度大多不够快,不能做到无锯齿形地切割。
本发明的目的在于提供一种割断运动料幅的设备,使之在料幅速度较高时,也能达到所期望的工作可靠性,从而使切断的料幅具有大体为直线的平齐刀口。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,即采用一种用于割断处于高速传送中的料幅,尤其是纸幅的设备,它有一把可运动的切刀,其中切刀的刀刃位于料幅下面在料幅与压辊之间的楔形空间内,离一个由压辊与滚筒构成的间隙有一小间距,为切刀配设操纵设备,此操纵设备至少包括一个脉冲交替装置。
按照第一种解决问题的方案,装在料幅下方,处于静止状态下的切刀的刀刃位于纸幅与压辊之间的楔型空间内,离一个由压辊与滚筒构成的间隙有一个小的距离。这样做的优点是,在料幅切断后进入间隙中的料幅残余很短,这一间隙例如可能是一个粘结间隙。
按照本发明设计,为切刀配设一个操纵设备,它至少包括一个脉冲交替装置。通过使用这样一种操纵设备,与迄今已知的操纵设备相比可获得的优点是,在料幅速度非常高时也能无锯齿状地切割。
按本发明的进一步设计,脉冲交替可通过机械式或气动式的途径实现。借助于此脉冲交替装置产生两个质量的冲击亦即脉冲交替。
由下列用于机械式脉冲发生器的公式可以看出,当切刀的质量很小时有突出的优点,
式中V2是受冲击后具有质量m2的切刀的速度,V1是脉冲质量m1的速度。如果m2比m1小得很多,那么在最有利的情况下可以做到,切刀的速度有脉冲质量的速度的两倍那么大。
如前面已提及的那样,也可以设气动式脉冲发生器作为脉冲发生器。在这种情况下采用一股定向的气流,例如压缩空气流,它被引向切刀方向并通过气流脉冲的交替作用而使切刀加速。
此外,若操纵设备除了已介绍的脉冲发生器外还设有蓄能器,例如弹簧或蓄气器,这就可以进一步支持切刀的加速。在操纵切刀时,在这一系统中储存的能量突然释放,并转化为切刀的动能。
特别有利的是将切刀逆料幅运行方向倾斜。在一种最佳设计中规定,切割过程中在切刀与料幅之间形成的角度小于45度。由于切刀倾斜定位,与前面曾介绍的那些方案相比,更进一步地缩短了切割时间,所以料幅的切割进行得非常迅速。因此几乎完全避免了例如料幅的避让并因而形成皱褶的倾向。
在一种特别有利的实施形式中规定,影响刀口的因素如,切割过程中在切刀与料幅之间形成的角度、料幅速度以及切刀的进刀速度,根据不形成锯齿地切割的要求,彼此之间最佳地调谐。
本发明的突出特点在于,切刀在脉冲交替作用下这样加速,即,运行中的料幅采用高的切刀速度进行切割。
借助于下面附图所示实施例进一步说明本发明,附图中:
图1为本发明切割设备的配置,它处在料幅下面的楔形空间内,离一个由压辊与滚筒构成的间隙有一微小距离;
图2为图1所示本发明配置中的切刀的结构设计;
图3为带有作为操纵设备的机械式脉冲发生器的切刀实施形式;
图4为带有非机械式脉冲发生器的切刀实施形式;
图5为带有脉冲发生器和蓄能器的切刀实施形式。
图1用简图表示了在一个用于涂刷机的粘结设备中的切刀在本发明中的布置状况。
符号1表示新纸卷,符号2表示老纸卷,以及用符号3表示向终点运行的纸幅。若纸幅3的端头粘结在新纸卷1的纸幅起头上,则将粘结设备朝纸卷1的方向移动。在压辊4与新纸卷1之间形成一个间隙或连接位置5,在那里,老的纸幅端头粘结在新的纸幅起头上。切割设备10安置在紧挨着压辊4的前面,在图示的情况下它设有一个脉冲交替装置11。切刀12有一把逆纸幅运行方向倾斜的刀刃13。通过将切割设备10安排在纸卷1和压辊4之间的楔形空间内,离粘结间隙5有一个微小间距处,可以使纸幅3切断后进入粘结间隙中的老纸幅残段很短。
此外,按图中所表示的切割设备的结构,在切割时纸幅不会提升,所以在按现有技术的设计中所需要的纸幅稳定装置,例如装在粘结位置前面的吸气箱,在本发明中是多余的。
图2详细表示了图1所示的按本发明的切割设备。
如按图1所示布置,切割设备10安置在纸幅3下面的楔形空间内压辊4的附近。带有逆料幅运行方向倾斜的刀刃13的切刀12被固定在夹具14中。切刀12未被夹紧的部分可沿垂直方向在弯曲力作用下运动。夹具14牢固地装在切割设备10的支承臂15上。在夹具14下面,在支承臂15旁的支座16中,可摆动地装有一个机械式脉冲发生器17。此可摆动亦即可转动地支承在支座16中的机械式脉冲发生器17,在夹具14下侧与托架18之间,借助于两个可变形的构件,例如弹性的压缩空气软管,通过夹紧力固持着。若现在下部的压缩空气软管19充气而上部的压缩空气软管20放气,那么机械式脉冲发生器17便绕支座16的轴线摆动,并与切刀12的下侧发生碰撞。因此由机械式脉冲发生器在切刀上造成了脉冲的交替。被夹紧的切刀12朝纸幅的方向加速并切断纸幅。因为切刀12夹紧在夹具14中,所以由于刀具的过大张力引起的回复力作用,使刀具回到图中表示的起始位置。在这种情况下,挡块52防止切刀朝机械式脉冲发生器17的方向摆幅过大。在老的料幅与新的料幅粘结时,粘结辊位于图中所表示的移出后的粘结位置4′。
在图4和5中示意表示了一种机械式脉冲发生器(见图3)以及一种气动式脉冲发生器的另一些实施形式。按图3切刀12可转动地支承在一个实心的支架21中。支架21有一个圆孔22,孔22中装入切刀12的支座16。在支座孔22上连接着一个进入支架中的V形槽23。在静止状态,切刀12支靠在V形槽23的下侧24上。在支架21上借助于固定装置25安装一个机械式脉冲发生器26。在此实施例中,机械式脉冲发生器26包括一个缸筒部分27,它可以借助于压缩空气或也可以借助于液压进行工作;以及包括一个质量m1的挺杆28,它装在活塞的活塞杆29上,此活塞则装在缸筒部分27中。若要操纵切刀,则缸27从其图中所示的静止位置启动,挺杆的质量m1加速到速度V1,质量m1以这一速度在点30处冲击在静止的、可转动地支承着的切刀上。
通过这种最好为非弹性的冲击,质量m1的脉冲实际上完全传递给切刀的运动质量m2,后者加速到速度V2并绕支座轴线运动到虚线所表示的位置,与此同时切断纸幅3。切刀12的转动受V形槽23上侧31的限制。若纸幅已切断,切刀在复位力例如重力的作用下回到起始位置,在这种情况下,切刀处于与V形槽23的下侧24贴靠着的位置,以及,挺杆28移到图中所表示的起始或静止位置。
图4表示带有一个气动式脉冲发生器的按本发明的切刀另一种实施例。
如图3所示的情况那样,切刀12可转动地装在实心支架21内的一个支座22中。支架21如在图3中那样有一个V形缺口23。在支架21的V形缺口23下侧24中,连续地设有多个喷嘴孔40。
孔40经通道41与一个在支架21内部的蓄压腔43连接,蓄压腔43中有一根压缩空气软管42。在静止状态下,切刀处于与V形缺口23的下侧24支靠着的位置。若要操纵切刀,则在压缩空气软管42放气时,压缩空气从蓄压腔43通过通道41流向孔40。通过与流动同时发生的脉冲操纵切刀12,并加速到速度V2,因此切断了纸幅3。切刀12的转动如图3所示那样受V形缺口23上侧31的限制。
代替压缩空气软管42,也可以启动阀门(图中没有表示)从蓄压腔43排气。为此,阀门最好分别组合在通道41中。
也可以选择按照图5所示的实施形式,将一个蓄能器或一个蓄能系统与一个例如按图3或图4的脉冲交替装置组合起来。按图5采用弹簧50作为蓄能器。也可以考虑其它的蓄能器,例如充气的弹性压缩空气软管等。
当切刀如图所示处于静止位置时,弹簧处于受压缩状态。为了使切刀不因储存在弹簧中的能量而被无意地操纵,切刀用支顶器51固定在图示的位置。若要启动切刀,则切刀在时间上互相协调地受到气流脉冲的冲击,支顶器51被摆动到虚线表示的位置,因此,在弹簧中储存的能量突然释放,切刀除受脉冲交替冲击外还被加速。
因此,采用本发明第一次可以做到,即使纸幅高速传送,也能毫不费力地切断它,从而避免给例如在粘结设备或涂刷机中进行的后续加工造成困难。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于割断处于高速传送中的料幅,尤其是纸幅的设备,它有一把可运动的切刀(12),其中切刀(12)的刀刃(13)位于料幅(3)下面在料幅(3)与压辊(4)之间的楔形空间内,离一个由压辊(4)与滚筒(1)构成的间隙(5)有一小的距离,其特征在于:为切刀(12)配设操纵设备,此操纵设备至少包括一个脉冲交替装置(11)。
2.如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于:脉冲交替装置(11)是一个机械式脉冲发生器(26、27),脉冲的传递通过一个冲击体的质量冲击进行。
3.如权利要求2所述的设备,其特征在于:切刀质量(m2)比冲击体的质量(m1)要小得多。
4.如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于:脉冲交替装置是一个气动式脉冲发生器,采用它时,脉冲交替通过一股作用在切刀(12)上的气流进行。
5.如权利要求6所述的设备,其特征在于:此气流是一种压缩空气流。
6.如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于:操纵设备包括一个蓄能器(50)。
7.如权利要求6所述的设备,其特征在于:蓄能器(50)是一个压缩空气系统。
8.如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于:切刀(12)的刀刃(13)逆料幅运行方向倾料。
9.如权利要求8所述的设备,其特征在于:切刀(12)的刀刃(13)这样倾斜,使得在切割过程中在切刀与料幅(3)之间形成的角度小于45度。
10.如权利要求9所述的设备,其特征在于:切刀(12)的刀刃(13)在切割过程中逆料幅运行方向倾斜在切刀与料幅之间形成的角度、料幅速度以及切刀的进刀速度互相调谐,使得在料幅上的刀口近似一条直线。
